The relevance of the study is due to higher requirements for the professional training of engineering specialists and the need to determine the most significant aspects of their readiness to conduct professional activities. Focus on certain training aspects will make it possible to increase both the quality and the speed of specialist training, as well as contribute to their personal motivation and help them reveal their talents. The purpose of the study is to identify the elements of archi-tecture student readiness to conduct professional activities. The study took place at the Ural State University of Architecture and Art (Russia, Yekaterinburg); it involved 120 four- and five-year-students of the Faculty of Architecture, as well as 12 faculty teachers and 154 graduates of different graduation years who have from 5 to 20 years of professional experience. Based on the analysis of available research on professionalism and professional readiness, as well as a preliminary participant survey, a number of elements of students' readiness for professional activities have been identified. The concept of students' readiness to conduct pro-fessional activities has been clarified; it is described as complex integrative struc-ture, which simultaneously reflects the level of development of professionally important qualities and abilities of specialists, especially their attitude to profes-sion. The elements of students' readiness to conduct professional activities have been identified: motivational-axiological, informational-cognitive, activity-oriented, personality-reflexive. The survey participants described the elements that they believed would most contribute to professional readiness: motivational-axiological (22% of participants), informational-cognitive (18.8% of participants), personality-reflexive (16.7% of participants) and activity-oriented (13.4%). The study can be useful for vocational education teachers to help them identify the in-fluence of students' personal characteristics on the successful development of their readiness for professional activities.

The article substantiates that in the context of organizing the independent cognitive activity of teachers in the post-Soviet space, the process of improving their qualifications, which takes place on the basis of their free choice of forms of education, programs and educational institutions, is of particular importance. At the heart of this choice, decision-making on independent cognitive activity and emotional-motivational resource are not only external stimuli, but also neurophysiological and psychological mechanisms. The purpose of the study is a scientific substantiation of the necessary and sufficient psychological and pedagogical conditions and models of organization of independent cognitive activity of teachers of secondary schools in the process of competence development. The analysis of the experimental data showed a noticeable difference between samples B3 and B4 at the end of the experiment for each of the defined criteria, as well as for the general indicator of the organizing of independent cognitive activity. The results obtained during the pedagogical experiment proved that the organizing of independent cognitive activity of teachers on the basis of the author's model helped to increase the effectiveness of this activity. During the discussion, it was proved that an important component of a person's professional training for any activity, especially in educational, is the development of neurophysiological and psychological potential for subjective self-determination of self-learning, self-improvement, and in micro-development - for independent choice and decision-making in a situation of cognitive or activity-related uncertainty. Therefore, decision-making is a basic component of any constructive activity.

The article is devoted to the importance of the connection of the type of the nervous system and self-regulation in the professional development of future teachers. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the formation of the foundations of selfregulation occurs during the period of training, when the process of personality formation takes place. Self-regulation of activity has its own characteristics among representatives of various areas of professional training and is associated with the structure of their temperament. Nowadays, the most urgent problem is the introduction of a differentiated approach into educational practice, but for its implementation an in-depth study of the individual typological and behavioral characteristics of students in pedagogical training areas is necessary. Since the modern high demands on the personal qualities and professional activities of teachers on the part of students and their parents, colleagues and heads of educational institutions are serious external incentives in the teacher’s work on himself. It is obvious that the success of pedagogical activity, in many respects depends on the ability of the future teacher to regulate his professional activities and personal characteristics. The aim of the study was to identify the types of temperament in future teachers, the formation of self-regulation and the relationship between them. The results obtained allow us to more effectively implement a personality-oriented approach in accordance with the specifics of the educational and professional orientation of students. To solve the tasks and verify the consistency of the hypothesis, the study used a combination of informative, reliable, complementary research methods. The data obtained during testing were subjected to mathematical processing in the SPSS program, Pearson’s correlation analysis was used, which allowed us to identify the relationship between the type of nervous system and the level of self-regulation.

Today, mathematical sciences play a special role in the life of society, because they serve the development of scientific, technological and technological progress, determine the prestige of the country on the world stage. In this context, it is important to continuously prepare future teachers of mathematics for further professional activities, which in accordance with the current needs of the individual, society, state, allows to create conditions for self-expression, self-realization and self-improvement. The article is devoted to the issue of modeling the continuous professional training of mathematics teachers using ICT. The research goal is to analyze modern models of future teacher training for the use of innovative tools and methods in their pedagogical activities, to present a structurally component model of continuous professional training of a future mathematics teacher using ICT. The following research methods were used: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem; synthesis and comparison; theoretical modeling. The results. The main components of the structural model of continuous professional training of future mathematics teachers with the use of information and communication technologies are described. The main features of the new model of student training are identified: focusing on the need for lifelong learning; transformation of the bachelor's degree into the core of the educational system; providing students with a broad aspect of systematically updated master's programs, programs of professional and general cultural training and retraining; in the system of continuing education the key factor is the independent access of students to educational resources and innovative technologies of self-education; quality management of education based on a point-rating system to assess the level of students' mastery of academic disciplines. The directions of increase of efficiency of this process and ways of realization in practice of higher educational institutions of a pedagogical profile are allocated. Conclusions. It is proved that the semantic component of modeling the continuous professional training of a future mathematics teacher with the use of ICT forms one of the main tasks of teaching mathematics - to establish a connection between a particular course and the relevant school subject. The integration of theoretical and practical training of future mathematics teachers in the system of continuing education contributes to the activation of students' cognitive activity, forming a holistic view of the future profession, creating optimal conditions for gaining solid knowledge and skills at work. The criterion-diagnostic component of the model provides for linear consistency between the monitoring of professional readiness, criteria and levels of its formation. The model of forming the readiness of future mathematics teachers using ICT for professional activities in the system of continuous training helps to consider the structural elements and stages of preparation of future mathematics teachers for professional activities, the relationship between elements, design content, forms and methods of such training.
