The article describes the main components of the teacher’s professional training for the implementation of the idea of the New Ukrainian School, the role of integrating the theoretical and practical training of future teachers, and the peculiarities of the introduction of dual education into pedagogical activity. The innovative methods, technologies and forms of educational activity organization during the study of theoretical foundations of pedagogy, the peculiarities of their application in practical and seminary classes, have been separated, in particular, individualized and differentiated learning, group forms of activity, mixed and adaptive learning, a digital storytelling, a personalized learning, an inverted class, a virtual classroom, a gaming education, STEM education, a training, debate, etc. The main aspects that promote the professional competencies of students, their technological and personal readiness, and the formation of a competitive specialist in this field during the pedagogical practice are investigated. The correlation between theory and practice in pedagogical activity has certain regularities. The objective laws of pedagogical activity determine only its main direction. The forms of manifestation of pedagogical patterns are multivariate; in different situations they can be different and determined by specific conditions. The theory of pedagogy gives only a possible choice of methods, techniques, means and forms of content implementation, but can not predict many specific situations, give timely guidance for each case. The integration of theoretical and practical future teachers’ training contributes to activating cognitive activity of students, forming a holistic view of the future profession, creating the optimal conditions for gaining strong knowledge and skills in the work. A student integrates into the school system, improves the theoretical and methodological knowledge, practical skills and examines the age and psychological characteristics of children. The New Ukrainian School is designed to form a person capable of being successful in life, holistic and versatile, initiative, patriot with an active position, an innovator capable of changing the world. To accomplish the above tasks, a professional teacher must possess a range of competencies such as informational, digital, research, civic, linguistic-communicative, social, technological, etc. An educational activity at the institution of higher education is constructed in such a way as to ensure the formation and improvement of the professional competences necessary for the New Ukrainian School teacher. The specificity of the professional training of future teachers is to ensure continuity and integration of the theoretical and practical components of training.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for the development of the information culture of museum specialists as an independent area of personnel training in the context of the digital transformation of society. As a research methodology, a set of complementary approaches was used: systemic, allowing to ensure the integrity of museologists' ideas about the phenomenon of information culture; technological and activity, revealing the possibilities of using information and communication technologies in various types of museum activities; culturological, allowing to give a holistic view of modern culture as a unity of its spiritual, social and technological sides. As a result of the study, the authors of the article proved the need to form a special facet of the culture of modern museum specialists - the information culture of a museologist. The definition of the notion "information culture of a museologist" has been developed, where a special place is occupied by the information worldview of a museologist. It acts as the basis for the development of professional self-awareness for the purpose of personal professional self-development and continuous improvement of the level of professional qualifications. The structure of the training course "Information culture of a museologist" is proposed. The purpose of which is the formation of a systematic understanding of the digitalization of culture and the digital transformation of information resources in museology, protection of objects of cultural and natural heritage and related subject areas; mastering the algorithms for searching for information in the electronic information environment, mastering the methods of analytical-synthetic processing and critical analysis of information in the structure of the professional activity of a museologist, mastering the technology for creating information products in the context of digital transformation of the culture industry in accordance with the tasks of educational and professionally oriented research work. The thesis is argued that in the professional training of museologists, a harmonious unity of intellectual and technological principles should be observed on the priorities and values of culture. It is concluded that the differences between the ideas of the formation of the information culture of a personality, the information culture of a museologist and the idea of integration of media and information literacy promoted by UNESCO, developed in Russia, are not of a fundamental nature. They only reflect the desire of Russian scientists and practitioners to combine the advantages of international theory and practice with the traditions of national culture and education, the accumulated experience of Russian museums and educational institutions. Scientific novelty consists, firstly, in the theoretical understanding of the danger of the digitalization of museums becoming a purely technical and technological process and the loss of the educational and educational function of the museum; secondly, in adapting the concept of the formation of an individual's information culture to the tasks of information training for museologists.

Based on the status growth of professional development of future specialists when studying at higher educational establishments, the author of the article outlined the tasks designed to solve the specifics of the approach to independent work organization in the professional training process of future teachers of the first (Bachelor) level of higher education by example of studying profile and practical disciplines. The emphasis is made on a number of new tasks related to the education content update. Implementation of the function of deliberate development management lies in a combination of traditional education with modern electronic technologies. Therefore, in order to achieve the training objectives (the expected application of acquired competencies) and improve the quality of education, a student must master existing forms of self-education. The practicability of using electronic means in educational activities has been proved as most students are active Internet and programs users that help to interest them, concentrate students' attention on studying new material, motivate their active cognitive activity. Since it is a priority task of modern higher education establishments to create pedagogical conditions for the identification and development of students' abilities, satisfaction of their needs and interests, formation of competences, development of educational and cognitive activity and creative autonomy, purposeful regulation of independence development is carried out in the process of educational interaction by helping to form creative student activity experience. The pedagogical aspect of students' motivation for independent cognitive activity has also been analyzed in the article by the author. It has been proved that the formation of educational motives is directly proportional to the success and further individual development as a future specialist.
