The proliferation of Internet information technology has fundamentally changed the way of learning. It is now a research hotspot to improve teaching effect in col-leges with Internet information technology. Starting from the actual needs of col-lege teaching, this paper designs a college teaching system based on various In-ternet information technologies. Specifically, the front end was developed under the lightweight progressive Vue.js framework, which relies on the model–view–view model (MVVM); the overall structure of the system was set up based on the browser-server (B/S) architecture; the system functions were realized through HTML5, Node.js and database technology; the compatibility between mobile terminal and desktop was realized under Bootstrap. The system test shows that the Vue.js-based college teaching system operated stably, achieved the design goals and satisfied user demand. The research findings shed important new light on modernization and quality of college teaching.

This study focused on examining how the roles and responsibilities of teachers about information technologies in Aydın district/Turkey are perceived. Qualitative research method was used in the study and descriptive content analysis was done. Computer and instructional technology department academic staff, students and information technology teachers were interviewed via semi-structured interview forms. According to research findings; it was observed that the works expected from the teachers have spread to a wide range of technology. Qualities of the ideal information technology teacher include, following developments in the field, using them in daily life, being prone to interdisciplinary work, dominating not only the application dimension of the field but also the theoretical concepts. According to participants' opinion, the status of teachers of information technology is expected to gain even more importance due to the increasing use of technology in society.

While there has been research on the diffusion of a particular type of innovation, few if any studies have examined the acceptance of a set of innovations (behavioral innovativeness) over time. This study using the Rasch methodology found evidence that computer hardware innovations are adopted in a particular order. The same could not be said for computer software, whose acceptance may be application based. This study applied a theoretical framework based on the diffusion of innovation literature (See Rodgers 1995). Data was collected via a telephone survey of 302 computer users. Scores obtained from Rasch analysis were used as the dependent variable (that of behavioral innovativeness) in a regression analysis, against factors such as overall innovativeness, use innovativeness, opinion leadership/acceptance, product class knowledge and use of sources of information. Determinates of the level of behavioral innovativeness were found to be personality traits of innovateness, (a willingness to trial new technology) and use innovateness (how innovatively existing information technology was used). The level of recent purchases in the last month of information technology items, a measure of leading edge use was also positively associated with acceptance of new technology. The research findings suggest that computer hardware manufacturers can assume that there is an order of acceptance of new technology and so can predict from the knowledge of existing hardware the acceptance of innovations in the future. Computer manufacturers can also effectively target early adopters of their technology given the results of this study. Rasch modeling can also be beneficial for organizations wishing to market diverse computer packages to users, as it allows a numerical scoring of a users acquisition profile or use of information technologies.

The article assesses the current state of marketing communications at industrial enterprises from the standpoint of priority development of global information technologies. Radical changes of the modern world information industry and its infrastructure are noted. This causes a logical and consistent entry of such technologies into the processes of marketing communication in all spheres of society and production. At the moment, there has been a sharp push of such global trends due to changes in Internet information technology, as the dominant platform has become 5G Internet technology. Globally, this has allowed the formation of a separate digital business and highlighted key roles in the socio-economic environment of leading information and communication firms - FAGMA (Facebook, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple), BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencen). These information technology giants have shaped the so-called behavioral complement of any Internet digital platform user, and the involvement of artificial intelligence technologies in the information network has created accurate predictable standards of human behavior for any level of management or team of managers responsible for decision-making in specific departments production processes of the enterprise. The leader in the promotion of marketing communications for industry in the eastern region of the world - the Chinese manufacturer of information technology - Huawei. Its directions of activity in the development of ICT for industrial enterprises are analyzed. The state of ICT implementation in the domestic economy is studied, the main areas of promotion of these technologies are indicated, single implementation in industrial enterprises is determined only in the direction of financial and tax accounting and analytical assessment of both production and competing processes of industries.

Computerized information technologies are gradually instead of the traditional methods as primary sites of knowledge and information since 1980s and has been widely used in higher education recent years, but from the current condition of speaking, most of these efforts still stay at the surface level. Determining how to actively promote the integration of information technology and curricula and the construction of an interactive teaching system in normal university is discussed in this paper.

The existing structures of the steel sinking headgear and permanent headframe do not meet the requirements of resource saving (metal consumption and manpower input at installation), and the present methods of the headframe designing do not fully reflect recent possibilities of applying of the advanced information technologies. Technical level of the modern software makes it possible for designers to set up multiple numerical experiments to create a computer simulation that allows solving the problem without field and laboratory experiments, and therefore without special costs. In this regard, a mathematical simulation has been developed and based on it, software to select cross-sections of multi- purpose steel headframe elements and to calculate proper weight of its metal structures depending on the characteristics and hoisting equipment. A headframe drawing is displayed, as the results of the software work, including list of elements, obtained optimal hoisting equipment in accordance with the initial data. The software allows speeding up graphic work and reducing manpower input on calculations and paper work. The software allows developing a three-dimensional image of the structure and its functional blocks, based on the obtained initial parameters, as well as developing control software for units with numerical control (NC) in order to manufacture multi-purpose headframes.

In this paper, we set up the model of downlink for Time Division synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA), and present link level simulation to TD-SCDMA mobile terminal smart antenna system. By carrying on performance simulation in system bit error rate between dual-unit antenna and single-unit antenna, we can validate the advantage of dual-unit smart antenna. Besides, we analysis the mobile terminal smart antenna may influenced by many factors, such as distance of two antenna, moving speed, the number of multi-path and user and so on, solve the contradiction between miniaturization of mobile terminal smart antenna and independence between antenna, and provide a valuable design reference to commercialize the limited frequency spectrum resource.
