<p>This study aims at identifying the importance of using smartphone apps in tourism marketing in Al-Kharj Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach in studying its hypotheses and achieving its objectives. It concluded that the majority of the study sample use smartphones and their tourism apps in the process of obtaining information and complete the purchasing process for the tourist trip.These apps are used to attract tourists as the best advertising method that attracts the targeted market. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is increasing cooperation between the authorities that supervise the tourism activity in the governorate when designing these apps and working to develop the technological infrastructure in line with the nature of development in the field of smartphones.</p>

Identifying language affiliation among children for family immigrants is crucial for one’s language identity. This study aimed to determine the role played by Arab families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Austria, and Britain to attain language affiliation among their children. It also aims to identify the challenges facing families living in these countries in achieving language affiliation among their children. The study population consisted of all the families that live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to all the Arab families that live in Austria and Britain and the study sample included (120) parents. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used the questionnaire as the study tool. The study reached several results; first, the role played by families in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Austria, and United Kingdom to attain language affiliation among their children got a high degree of response. Second, the challenges facing activating the family’s role in attaining language affiliation of their children in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Austria have got a high degree of response, while in Britain, they obtained a very high degree of response. The study recommended involving all family members in accessing different and creative ways of practicing their native language and activating the role of social media in developing the language affiliation of children.

The transport sector in its various forms, has an important weight in tourist activity, it is a direct producer that deserves direct planning. It is coordinated with the objectives of the comprehensive tourism plan. Also, it is an important factor in the tourism industry where depend on it to transport tourists from outside their places of residence to the tourist destination. An analysis of the reality of transport and tourism activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shows the relative importance of the transport and communications sector, the relative importance of the retail sector, restaurants and hotels, the highest level of passenger services, In addition, there is the presence of religious tourism as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia benefits from the influx of millions of Muslim pilgrims from all over the world to perform Hajj rituals annually and Umrah every day. And to see the archaeological sites and the holiest Bekaa in the Holy Haram area where in 2017 religious tourism attracted more than 8 million Muslim visitors, around 3 million came to perform Hajj. According to the National Transition Program, the Ministry of Hajj is committed to achieving the goal of providing the greatest possible number of Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah. The end of this ministry is to increase the number of pilgrims from outside Saudi Arabia to 15 million by 2020 compared to 2017 (6.8 million) And according to Vision 2030, this number will double to 30 million by 2030, This is due to major growth in the fields of living accommodations, wellness maintenance, advanced shipping, retail and infrastructure. Equally part of its vision for growing the tourism sector and diversifying the sources of income, it intends to implement the first two projects, the Red Sea project and the second project of the city of Neum.

The aim of the current research is to determine the extent to which the images, drawings and tables included in science textbooks for all middle school grades meet the textbooks standards, which are: (appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept, clarity and attractiveness of the colors, titles, size, realism, density of shapes, clarity, adequacy of number). To achieve the research goal the descriptive analytical approach was used, The research ppopulation consisted of all science textbooks for middle school (6) textbooks of the edition (2019). The results showed that the highest standard for images is: (titles) by (69%), and the highest standards for drawings are: (appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept, clarity and attractiveness of the colors, titles, density of shapes, clarity) by (40%), while the highest standard for tables is: (realism) by (16%). As for the least applicable standard in the images is (size) by (46%), and the least applicable standards in the drawings are (appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept, clarity and attractiveness of the colors) by (27%), and the least standards that applies to the tables are (clarity and attractiveness of the colors, and appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept) by (7%). In light of the results, it was recommended that attention should be paid to image standards (size, clarity and realism), as well as the need to pay attention to drawings standards (appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept, clarity and attractiveness of the colors, titles, density of shapes, clarity, and adequacy of number), as well as the need to pay attention to tables standards (appropriateness of the shape's position to the concept, clarity and attractiveness of the colors, titles, density of shapes, clarity, and adequacy of number) in science textbooks for the middle school.

This study aims to determine the determinants of the electronic distribution of services for tourism and travel organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study uses some descriptive analytical approach in achieving its goals and testing its hypotheses. The study found that there are a set of determinants that stand for the distribution of services of tourist organizations, the most important of which is the weakness of communication and software networks as well as the lack of qualified human resources to manage distribution channels. The study recommends the need to develop communication networks and train human resources to manage electronic distribution channels.

This study aimed to identify the impact of liquidity on the profitability of commercial banks in Saudi Arabia during the period 2010 to 2019. The study was based on the descriptive analytical approach where this approach is based on data collection, description and analysis, by analyzing the financial statements of the sample banks study that will be obtained from a trading site, and then using the appropriate statistical method of data analysis based on SPSS, in order to identify the impact of liquidity on profitability. The study showed that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of liquidity (0.05) on the return on equity, while there was no effect of liquidity (trading ratio) on the return on assets. The study recommended: Saudi commercial banks should focus on aligning liquidity with profitability. to avoid falling into a financial deficit. It also needs to focus on profitability, which demonstrates the bank's ability to make profits. In addition to paying more attention to liquidity because of its impact on profitability, commercial banks also have appropriate policies to better manage their liquidity, while working to achieve profitability. Finally, work on more studies and research which are more widely available to include all banks in Saudi Arabia. Finally, some semi-liquid investments need to be maintained to ensure that there is no future liquidity crisis.

This study aimed to clarify the legal aspects of issuing financing sukuk in the Saudi financial market. Because of its important stages, the procedures of which have not been studied in detail and criticized; In the absence of clear legal regulation for it. To address the problem posed therein, this study followed the analytical approach, by analyzing the legal texts related to financing instruments in the Saudi financial market system and its implementing regulations. To demonstrate the appropriateness of these general procedures, usually related to all securities, to be applied to financing sukuk. This study reached conclusions, the most important of which is that the Saudi regulator did not stipulate any condition that must be met in the financing sukuk project or that the project be within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether the issuing authority is a Saudi or foreign company. Contracts subject to the provisions of Islamic law. In light of the results of this study, it recommended that the regulatory authorities organize the financing sukuk project and organize the documents and evidence necessary for it related to assets and assets located outside the Kingdom. It also stipulated the necessity of stipulating that the contracts issued in the financing instruments are contracts that are subject to the provisions of Islamic law, especially since the Kingdom adopts the provisions of Islamic law in its dealings.

  The study aimed at identifying the reality of applying administrative digitization and its role in supporting future entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study's importance stems come from that administrative digitization is a newly established management approach to supports future entrepreneurs. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and was applied to a sample of future entrepreneurs amounting to (217) individuals who were chosen randomly. The results of the study found a statistically significant effect at the level of (0.05) for managerial digitization on supporting future entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial projects. To enhance the application of administrative digitization in entrepreneurial projects because of its positive effects on supporting future leaders, to develop plans and programs to benefit from them, and to establish a mechanism to stimulate the participation of future entrepreneurs to support and enhance efforts aimed at creating an organizational environment.

The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of female leaders in public schools in Al-Delam governorate of the entrance to re-engineering administrative processes in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision; to achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool applied to the study sample consisting of (640) agents and teachers from all schools in Al-Dilam Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the study sample was represented by ( 24%) of the total population, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which were: The results showed that the general arithmetic average of the respondents ’answers to the paragraphs that measure the degree of the practice of female leaders of public school in Al-Dilam Governorate of the entrance to administrative re-engineering“ Hindarah ”has reached (3.51) and represents an average degree of appreciation The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the values ​​of the arithmetic mean for the responses of the sample individuals towards the study tool paragraphs related to the degree of leadership practice for the entrance to re-engineering administrative processes according to the job variable on the tool as a whole and on the sub-dimensions, and the results also showed and there were statistically significant differences in the opinions of the respondents on the practice of female leaders in the approach to re-engineering administrative processes according to the variable of experience on the tool as a whole and on the sub-domains (planning, organization, and communications) and the differences were in favor of the category (less than 5 years) at the expense of the two categories (from 5-less), (10 years) and (10 years or more).

The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing Saudi woman while working in a mixed work environment. The main study sample consisted of (223) from the health sector female affiliates and were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of (129) participants from the health sector and workers in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) hospitals. The second group involved (94) participants from the health sector and workers in Najran, KSA hospitals. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach and the study instrument consisted of a questionnaire to identify the obstacles that the Saudi women encounter in the mixed environment. Results indicated that the most serious obstacles that Saudi woman encounters in the mixed work environment were social, professional, ethical, and psychological obstacles. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of women working in Riyadh and those women who working Najran regarding to the social obstacles in favor of women working in Najran and the ethical obstacles in favor of women working in Riyadh. There were no statistically significant differences between both groups in accordance to psychological and professional obstacles and the overall questionnaire degree. Furthermore, there were significant differences due to the nature of the work, whether a physician, nurse, or administrative employee regarding the social obstacles in favor of the woman working the administration field. There were significant differences with regard to both ethical and psychological obstacles in favor of women working in the administration field.
