The Industry 4.0 technologies are in ascension in the worldwide market, in Brazil still needs to be explored. It was made a Systematic Review to measure the application of IoT in the food industry. Some platforms were used to select works, applying the string “IoT AND Raspberry Pi AND Cheese”. It was possible to evidence the majority of IoT applications in the food industry, focus on the control of temperature, humidity, color, traceability of productive chain, and enlargement of sustainability in the food industry. The most difficulties faced in the conventional application of IoT are related to the high cost of proprietary arquitectures, qualified manpower and obstacles of data security implementation. There are alternatives that aim to reduce the costs of implementation, like the utilization of Raspberry Pi. The food industry presents potential application of technologies that aim for the quality of products, being an excellent opportunity.

The purpose of this article examines changes in the technological capabilities of the supplier firms in the automotive sector after the introduction of Industry 4.0. The Industry 4.0 policy has recently been introduced to revive the manufacturing industry and promote competitiveness in the global market. Questionnaire data were collected from 32 supplier firms of the automotive component industry in Indonesia. The questionnaire was designed to measure variables, including production, investment, innovation, and linkage capabilities. The result shows that the Indonesian supplier firms, mainly large firms, are engaged in Industry 4.0, which affects their capabilities. Production capabilities have been improved among most firms, including large, small, and medium enterprises. There is an improvement in the volume of production and the quality of products. However, Indonesian small and medium firms acknowledged the limitation of investment and innovation capabilities. Compared with large firms, small and medium firms have limited resources that hinder them from investing in technology or human capital. During the introduction of advanced technologies, supplier firms' linkage relationship and their customers remain relatively stagnant. Moreover, in terms of linkages, in which the arrangement between assemblers and suppliers has been set, the automotive firms are highly independent.

The quality of teachers in Nigerian education sector has been a source of concern to stakeholders in recent time given that every nation strives towards the provision of quality education for its citizens in realization that education is an essential means to consolidate the nation’s developmental progression. The importance of teachers to the socio-economic development of any nation cannot be overemphasized given that teachers are the most important factor in quality education and responsible for the transformation and execution of educational policies and curriculum in line with the expectations of the society. Even though various teacher education courses are offered by different institutions with varying degree of achievement recorded, various problems still confront the programme with far reaching consequences on education system which have invariably affected the quality of products churned out of the education system in Nigeria. This paper examines the influence and relevance of quality teacher education on teacher’s efficiency in Nigeria. Some challenges affecting teacher education like inadequate funding, poor policy implementation and lack of motivation were identified. In view of the fact that achieving quality education will be an illusion if teacher education is not in good shape, some solutions to the identified constraints like allocation of adequate funds for the education sector, review of teacher education curriculum, appointment of seasoned educationist as heads of education institutions in the country and regular training and re-training of teachers are also adduced for remediation. Since the end of the 20th century, economists have been attracted to the study of the economics of happiness (e.g., Singh, & Alexandrova, 2020; Crespo & Mesurado, 2015; Ferrer-i-Carbonell,2013). The use of the term happiness characterizes an essential volume of this bibliographical production as a synonym for the words satisfaction, well-being, or quality of life (Teixeira&Vasque, 2020; Carlquist et al., 2017). Under this umbrella, the culture of happiness management teaches us that a management model or direction oriented to the holistic search for happiness or job satisfaction of its employees is one of the essential axial pieces that organizations have to increase the commitment of their human capital, and therefore, their productivity and business performance (Ravina et al., 2019). Public administration employees are not exempt from this reality, a group that is characterized by job stability compared to private company employees. This article is dedicated to them. The era of Industry 4.0 is a period that is characterized, among other things, by the high precariousness of labor that is originated by the implementation of management models in advanced economies. This phenomenon is derived from the technological point of view by the automation and massive robotization of production processes and the supply chain. Together with the digitalization of companies, both factors are very present in the ecosystems of the Covid-19, and have come, perhaps, to stay in the future (Bragazzi, 2020; Ghadge et al., 2020). In line with the above, a more holistic examination of this issue seems likely to show that there is a keen interest among people to enter into Work mostly in public administrations, in search of a permanent contract for their entire working life. As is known, this is especially true in countries with high unemployment levels, such as Spain. Its unemployment rate is 20.1% in mid-2020. In the collective imagination of these individuals, there is the conviction that this type of Work constitutes ambrosia of eudaimonic happiness, job security, and quality of life, especially at present, in times of the Covid-19 pandemic (Fernández-Urbano, & Kulic, 2020). In this sense, it should be noted that in the last decades of the 21st century, there has been a growing interest in researching public employees' job satisfaction (e.g., Ryu&Bae, 2020; Steijn &Van der Voet, 2019; Luechinge et al., 2010). Most of the studies carried out on this scientific topic to date show empirically that public sector workers are happier than individuals in the private sphere. It's basically due to the intrinsic benefits (flexibility, vacation, or family reconciliation, among others) that this type of government entity offers concerning for-profit organizations (e.g., Lahat&Ofek, 2020; Sánchez-Sánchez, & Puente, 2020; Danzer,2019). In this context, this article aims to examine, as a priority in the era of Industry 4.0, whether there are observed differences in the levels of congratulations between human capital working in the private sector and that working in the public sector in Spain, by analyzing a set of variables that define positions: hours, salary, stability, promotion, and stress. Finally, we must indicate, on the one hand, that the choice of this spatial framework is motivated by the scarce literature investigating the happiness of Spanish public employees in an economy with high levels of youth unemployment (Núñez-Barriopedro et al., 2020). On the other hand, the results achieved in this study may be useful in the future for the implementation of public policies aimed at significantly promoting the welfare of working citizens through the happiness management approach (Ravina-Ripoll et al., 2019), or for taking this management concept to private companies to increase the motivation of their employees (Foncubierta-Rodríguez & Sánchez-Montero, 2019). Keywords: Happiness, human resources, Industry 4.0, public sector.

The introduction of the newest technologies of organic pig breeding has the basic principle of minimizing the use in pigs of chemicals, trace amounts of which in pig production adversely affect the quality of products and the health of consumers. The transition to herbal remedies, the maximum possible rejection of chemical synthesis products, is inhibited, in the main, by the relatively small spectrum of plant compounds with the investigated activity. According to the results of previous studies, six working solutions of Juglans regia L phytosupply extracts - potential phytosine disinfectants were developed: To investigate the bactericidal activity of the experimental preparations of Juglans regia, flushes were made from the internal structures and technological equipment of the housing of the pig stock of the experimental base v. Takhtaulove. Obtained samples of typical banal microflora of the pig complex were mixed to obtain a bacterial-containing suspension averaged over the concentration of microbial bodies and the spectrum of types of microflora in the microbiota. When cultured on nutrient media, with the superficial sowing of a suspension of banal microflora of a pig in the presence of a potential phytodisinfectant, processes of development of individual colonies of the microflora are observed. The amount and intensity of their development, the degree of inhibition of life, assess the level of bactericidal activity of the extracts. The highest bactericidal and fungicidal activity, and consequently, the potential efficacy as a possible disinfectant in the technology of organic pig breeding was revealed by the extracts of phytosupply Juglans regia L No. 2 (extractant - acetic acid to 5 %, nut of wax ripeness) and 4 (extractant, alcohol 20 % nutrient wax ripeness (proven after obtaining the primary extract of up to 5 % alcohol), which have bactericidal properties against gram-positive cocci and gram-negative sticks, but have a weak effect on the spore-forming bacilli. Key words: organic pig breeding, bactericidal activity, phyto-disinfectant, commonplace typical microflora of a pig complex, phyto row materials, walnut extract.
