The construction safety supervision errors can lead to unsafe behavior; further affect the working conditions of workers and result in accidents at last. The probabilities of data are provided by statistical analysis between the different types of neighborhood-level factors by the independence of the chi-square test. The relationship analysis of the independence between the behavioral factors has been performed in order to find the non-independent factors. Among the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), the impact of the high-level factors on the bottom level is determined. Based on the data, the work path of various factors in the HFACS frame is confirmed and it can be a reference for the development of the preventive measures.

Work system safety is a function of many factors, besides it is dynamic and complex. There may be relations and dependencies among the safety factors. Therefore, work system safety should be analyzed in a holistic manner. In this study, the accidents data analysis is used to identify the links among the factors; the relationship analysis of the independence between the behavioral factors has been performed in order to find the non-independent factors. Among the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), the impact of the high-level factors on the bottom level is determined. After a period of monitoring and rectification, it implements a new round of safety monitoring and factors comparison and interaction analysis, so to achieve the goal of “the nature of safety” of hydropower projects construction.

The technologically sound students of today are open and very much inclined to adopt new modes of knowledge transfer inclusive of online classes. However, there are various viewpoints related to the aspect of online classes as not much of comparative studies on real classes and online classes have been carried out in Bahrain. Therefore, the need for a research study to find out the merits and demerits of real classes and online classes was identified. The objective of the study was to find out the reasons behind the preference of a class of HRM students of Gulf University, Kingdom of Bahrain with respect to the mode of its imparting – whether it is the real classes or online classes. A class of a HRM course was taken as a sample with the same faculty handling real classes before the midterm exam and online classes after midterm exam so that analysis could be carried out on the responses of the same set of students exposed to both the modes of teaching imparted by the same teacher. With an exhaustive literature review to trace the emergence of online classes and the impact of the same on the current generation, the study recorded the students’ responses in the form of a survey questionnaire. The quantitative analysis was carried out using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the variables were tested for the significance of the relationship using the Pearson Chi-Square test. The findings implicitly confirm that the students are comfortable with both real classes and online classes as far as the instructor is efficient to use appropriate pedagogies and digital tools to support learning.

Covid-19 in a short time spread to almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The impact of Covid-19 is very dangerous, in Indonesia taking preventive steps, namely Pshycal distancing is a policy that has an impact on decisions regarding online learning. This policy is to minimize and suppress the spread of Covid-19. Studying online is not easy. Difficulties arise not only in terms of skill in using technology, but by adding a large quota and not having a laptop. This research aims to determine the impact of online learning and Pshycal distancing on the anxiety level of midwifery students. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the midwifery students of STIKES Muhammadiyah Sidrap. Sampling was done by  random sampling. The criteria for the sample were midwifery students who were still active and following online learning. ZSAS research instrument. The research questionnaire uses Google Form through online media. Dianalisi using the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between the two variables. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 24.0. The results of the analysis show that online learning carried out at STIKES Muhammadiyah Sidrap was obtained by students who did not agree with online learning (83.3%) because of obstacles in using learning applications, namely students did not have a quota (47.9%) and difficult Internet networks (41.7%). While students tend to experience severe anxiety (50.0%) and moderate (29%) It can be concluded that there is an effect of online learning and Pshycal distancing on student anxiety. Criticism can appear in various stages of lectures, so it is important for research related to differences in the degree of anxiety of early and late students.

Present research was designed to study the level of commitment and personal efficacy amongst the associates of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and also to understand the relationship between these two variables. Data was collected from 50 executives and 50 non-executives of DMRC. For this purpose, Organisational Commitment Instrument (OCI) and Personal Efficacy Test was administered individually to all employees. Chi-Square was applied to see the level of commitment and personal efficacy of executives and non-executives. The results were analysed using Chi–square test Pearson Product Moment correlation. The Chi–square results of commitment are shown in Table 1. The results revealed that Chi–square for commitment was 35.78, which was significant at 0.01 level. The comparison of results of executive and non–executive associates showed that large number of executive associates (n = 27) where highly committed, moderate number of employees (n = 15) fell into medium commitment range and few (n = 8) were low committed executives. The results were almost reverse in case of non–executive employees. There was only one employee from nonexecutive group who showed high level of commitment. Majority of this group was either moderately committed (n =22) or low on commitment (n = 27). The comparison of results on personal efficacy between executive and non-executive employees showed a Chi–square value of 27.01 significant at 0.01 level. The results reflect that the executive employees showed high personal efficacy (n =27), medium personal efficacy (n = 17) and few showed low personal efficacy (n = 6). The reverse trend was seen with the nonexecutive employees. Majority of employees showed low personal efficacy (n = 25) and medium personal efficacy (n = 20). There were only 5 non executive employees who showed high personal efficacy. The correlation coefficient of commitment with personal efficacy (n–100) came out to be 0.324 significant at 0.001 level.

Purpose: International Judo Federation introduced a set of new rules in a short time period (2009 − 2013). The aim of this research is to determine how the rule modification influences the gripping configurations used by elite male judo athletes. Methods: The sample contained 280 combats from the 2011 and 2014 World Championships. All the effective and ineffective throw attempts with related gripping configurations were registered. The Chi-square test was used to determine the difference between frequencies, along with Z-test for calculating the partial difference. Results: A total of 1707 actions and gripping configurations were registered. The Chi-square test showed that there is a significant difference in the usage of gripping configurations between the two championships (χ2=32,8; sig<0,001). The Z-test showed a significant increase in the usage of kenka-yotsu and ai-yotsu, and a significant decrease in the usage of central grip, cross grip and situations where only tori has established a grip. The difference in the usage of the same side grip was not detected. Conclusion: The recommendation for coaches is to reduce the use of all other gripping configurations except kenka-yotsu and ai-yotsu when practicing techniques, especially unorthodox gripping like the cross grip and the same side grip.
