Breastfeeding is a natural process in which pregnant mothers will be breastfeeding to help their babies stay healthy. However, several factors can interfere with appropriate breastfeeding, such as family income, mothers’ knowledge about breastfeeding and supportive environment. This study aimed to identify the effect of health education on maternal behavior in breastfeeding techniques. The design of this study was one-group pre-post design. 122 postpartum mothers were chosen as samples in this study by simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using observation sheets, and then analyzed by using Wilcoxon signed rank test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant effect of health education on maternal behavior in breastfeeding techniques with a result of p value of 0.000. It is hoped that all postpartum mothers can follow breastfeeding techniques with a proper positioning, ensure proper latching on to the nipples, so breastfeeding can be a comfortable and pain-free experience both for mothers and the babies.

ABSTRAK Kolostrum atau susu jolong yang keluar pertama kali sering dibuang karena masih dianggap kotoran ASI, sehingga masih banyak ibu  yang memberikan susu formula bagi bayinya  padahal kolosotrum banyak mengandung gizi dan zat kekebalan bagi tubuh (Bahiyatun, 2009). Masalah  penelitian ini adalah masih tingginya ibu yang tidak mengerti tentang kolostrum. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh Health Education  (HE) tentang pemberian kolostrum pada 1 jam pertama terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil.Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperiment dengan pendekatan One Grup Pratest-Postest Design. Sampelnya sebanyak 27 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel independent pemberian Health Education tentang kolostrum dan variabel dependent pengetahuan ibu hamil. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah SAP, leaflet dan lembar kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan HE hampir seluruh (81,5%) ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang pemberian kolostrum pada 1 jam pertama, dan setelah diberikan HE lebih dari sebagian (59,3%) berpengetahuan cukup. Hasil Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test didapatkan p= 0,001 dimana p0,05. Maka H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh HE tentang pemberian kolostrum pada 1 jam pertama terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil.Melihat dari hasil penelitian, maka HE sangat penting diberikan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dalam pemberian kolostrum pada bayi terutama pada 1 jam pertama, sehingga bayi terjamin untuk mendapatkan ASI eksklusif serta mengurangi angka kesakitan maupun kematian pada bayi.                                        Kata kunci : Health Education, Pengetahuan, Kolostrum   ABSTRACT Colostrum or weaned that out the first time are often discarded because they are considered dirt breast milk, so there are many mothers to give formula to their babies even though colosotrum contain many nutrients and substances for the body's immune (Bahiyatun, 2009). The problem of this study is still high mother who does not understand about colostrum. The research objective was to determine the effect of Health Education (HE) on the provision of colostrum in the first hours of the first to the increased knowledge of pregnant women.The research design was Pre Experiment with One Group  approach Pratest-Posttest Design. The sample as many as 27 people with simple random sampling technique. The independent variable is giving Health Education about colostrum and the dependent variable is knowledge of pregnant women. The instruments used  were SAP, leaflet and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance level of 0.05.Results showed before being given HE almost all (81.5%) of pregnant women have less knowledge about the provision of colostrum in the first hours of the first, and after being given HE more than most (59.3%) are knowledgeable enough. Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test results obtained p = 0.001 where p 0.05. Then there is H1 accepted meaning HE influence on the provision of colostrum in the first hours of the first to the increased knowledge of pregnant women.Judging from the results of the study, then HE is essential given to improve the knowledge of pregnant women in giving colostrum to the baby, especially in the first 1 hour, so that the baby is guaranteed to get exclusive breastfeeding and reducing morbidity and mortality in infants. Keywords: Health Education, Knowledge, Colostrum

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Mayoritas kejadian stunting pada balita terjadi pada negara berkembang, salah satunya adalah Indonesia yang mencapai 29,6% pada tahun 2017. Pendidikan orang tua, pendapatan dan jumlah balita dalam keluarga menjadi faktor risiko terjadinya stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor kejadian stunting pada balita di sebuah desa Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 balita diambil dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan orang tua, jumlah balita, dan pendapatan keluarga. Variabel dependennya adalah stunting. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikasi, data yang terkumpul akan diuji dengan uji statistik spearman rho pada tingkat kemaknaan α=0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwwa 35,8% orang tua responden berpendidikan terakhir SMA, 79,2% keluarga memiliki <2 balita dalam rumah, 84,2% keluarga termasuk pada pendapatan golongan menengah kebawah, dan 30,8% balita mengalami stunting. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan orang tua memiliki p value=0,489 (ayah) dan 0,926 (ibu), jumlah balita (p value= 0,246), dan pendapatan keluarga (p value=0,548). Kesimpulan: Pada penelitian ini, jumlah balita dalam keluarga merupakan faktor kejadian stunting di sebuah desa Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. AbstractBackground: The majority of stunting occurrences in children occur in developing countries, one of which is Indonesia which reached 29.6% in 2017. Parent education, income amount of children in family are risk factors for stunting. This study aims to study incidence factor of stunting at a village in Jawa Barat. Methods: This study is an observasional analytic research with cross-sectional approach. A total sample is 120 children was taken by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this research is parent education, amount of children, and family income, and the dependent variable is stunting. The measuring tool used in this research is the questionnaire. To determine a significant level, the collected data will be tested by spearman rho at significance level α=0,05. Results: The results of the study revealed that 35.8% of the respondents' parents were last high school, 79.2% of the families had <2 toddlers in the home, 84.2% of the families were included in the income of the middle to lower classes, and 30.8% of the children had stunting. The results of bivariate analysis showed that parent education had a p value = 0.489 (father) and 0.926 (mother), the number of children (p value = 0.246), and family income (p value = 0.548). Conclusion: In this study, the number of children in the family was a factor in the incidence of stunting in a Tasikmalaya Districts.

A woman looking at pregnancy as a natural result marital relationship, intended and unintended. Most of the other women received a pregnancy as a natural desire and even some women, including teens, the pregnancy is the result of sexual experimentation without using contraception and pregnancy showed no preparation is a problem. This study aimed readiness relationship with the incidence of postpartum blues pregnancy on postpartum mothers in RSIA Prima Husada Sidoarjo. Methods: The study design was cross-sectional analytic, the entire population was puerperal women of 30 people, with a simple random sampling technique obtained a sample of 28 people. the independent variable is the readiness of pregnancy and the dependent variable was the incidence of post partum blues. The instruments used were questionnaires, analyzed with the chi-square statistic. Results: of the 28 respondents, there were 15 respondents were unprepared for pregnancy, most experience post partum blues events. Results of chi-square test with significance level α = 0.05, P = 0.000 found <α = 0.05, H0 is rejected that there is a relationship with the incidence of pregnancy readiness post partum blues. Conclusion: mothers who are not ready to get pregnant may experience post partum blues. Suggestion: the provision of information about the gestation period should be given to the couple before pregnancy.

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food for babies that is produced directly from the mother's breast to her newborn baby, because its composition is appropriate for every baby's growth and development, breast milk also contains protective substances that can prevent babies from various infectious diseases . Dates contain iron, protein, fiber, glucose, vitamins, biotin, niacin, folic acid, and minerals such as calcium, sodium, and potassium which can increase breast milk production . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dates on breast milk production in postpartum mothers on days 3-9 at PMB Binti Qoni'ah Nganjuk 2021. The design of this study was pre-experimental using a one-group pre-posttest design. In this study obtained a population of 15 people, with a sample of 15 people using total sampling technique. The data was collected using an observation sheet and the hypothesis test used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance value = 0.05. The statistical test result from the Wilcoxon Sign Rank obtained p value = 0,01 with an error level (=0.05), it can be said that p < than it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is an effect of dates on breast milk production in postpartum mothers on days 3 - 9 at PMB Binti Qoni'ah Nganjuk 2021. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the research area can be used as input for using dates to increase breast milk production in the development of traditional medicine

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Sibling rivalry is the natural jealousy or dislike feeling of a children to a new child in the family. Preliminary study result obtained 6 (60%) children have sibling rivalry. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with sibling rivalry incident in preschooler. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the parent role in the anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is sibling rivalry. The unit of analysis of this study is preschool children who have younger siblings, and the source of information is parents, the sample of 37 children with simple random sampling technique. The data collected from these three research variables used questionnaires. The statistical test using spearman rank with α (0,05). The result of the statistical test shows the value of p value with the alpha significance level α (0,05), mean value of p value < α, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is relation of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with incident sibling rivalry preschooler. The results of this study is expected parents can perform its role in anticipatory sibling rivalry and improve the emotional intelligence of children to avoid sibling rivalry between siblings

Abstract Water is a good medium for bacterial growth, so that contamination is happening especially if less attention in terms of hygiene and sanitation. The use of bed water sources can increase the risk of diarrhea. Diarrhea is one of the environmentally based disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Kampung Baru village located around Jagir Kali Surabaya Most people are in the middle to low socioeconomic level.  The lifestyle of them, also pays less attention to environmental hygiene and sanitation, so that it can cause water pollution which can increase the risk of diarrhea. This study was an observational analytic cross sectional study. Entire study population villagers of Kampung Baru. A sample of 75 respondents drawn with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis using the Spearman rank test with a significance level (α = 0.1). The results showed that 53,3% affected diarrhea and 46,7% didn’t affected (P =0.087, r=0.463). The results showed a medium correlation between the source of water with the incidence of diarrhea in Kampung Baru Resident At Ngagelrejo Wonokromo Surabaya. Keyword : Diarrhae, Water Sanitation

Snack foods that are less qualified health and nutrition will threaten the health of school-age children as gastrointestinal diseases, one of which is diarrhea.This study aims to determine the relationship of parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen.This study uses descriptive correlative with retrospective approach. The study population 192 respondents. The research sample 66 respondents. This study was conducted in February-March 2016. The samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. Analysis of data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov correlation test with significance level of 0.05. Based on the research results, the majority of parental knowledge about good hawker food as much as 53 (80.3%) of respondents and elementary school children who are not suffering from diarrhea were 58 (87.9%) persons. The results of the analysis with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov can be known p-value of 0.008 with (p <0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen.There is a relationship between parental knowledge about street food with the incidence of diarrhea in children SD Negeri 1 Buayan District of Kebumen. Keywords: Diarrhea, Food Snacks, Knowledge

Cases of sexual violence and abuse in Indonesia are increasingly common. Not only in adults, children are now victims. Some cases of victims or perpetrators involve underage children. Many parents feel taboo to talk about early childhood education with children. This causes children not to get information that is supposed to protect themselves from sexual violence. Need to do various efforts to provide education to children about knowledge to protect themselves from sexual violence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sexual violence education on children on efforts to protect from sexual violence. This study uses pre-experimental design with approach pretest-posttest design. The number of samples is 195 children taken by purposive sampling technique. Analyze data using  different Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with 95% significance level, p ≤ (0.05). The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 10.2 years and most of the men were 52.8%. Before giving education, the average score of respondents' knowledge about efforts to protect themselves from sexual violence was 6.7 and increased to 7.79 after giving education. There is a difference in knowledge about efforts to protect themselves from sexual violence before and after being given education (p value ≤ 0.001; <α = 0.05). It is recommended that the provision of information about sexual violence be given regularly by teachers and parents.Keywords: Education - Elementary School Age Knowledge - Efforts to Protect Themselves from Sexual Violence

Abstrak. ASI memberi semua energi dan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan bayi selama 6 bulan pertama hidup bayi, sehingga dianjurkan untuk enam bulan pertama bayi hanya diberi ASI Ekslusif tanpa tambahan makanan atau minuman lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan frekuensi perawatan payudara dengan kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu nifas hari ke 4. Metode penelitian yang digunakanan adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas hari ke 4 di BPS Asri dan Polindes Permata Bunda Tuban bulan Juli - AgustusTahun 2020, sampel penelitian adalah sebagian ibu nifas hari ke 4 di BPS Asri dan Polindes Permata Bunda Tuban bulan Juli – Agustus Tahun 2020. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah frekuensi perawatan payudara sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini kelancaran produksi ASI. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan korelasi Spearman dengan batasan signifikan jika p-value < 0,05. Analisa hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value = 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara frekuensi perawatan payudara dengan kelancaran produksi asi pada ibu nifas hari ke 4. Pentingnya ASI bagi bayi maka ibu nifas diharapkan selalu menjaga kelancaran ASI dengan cara melakukan perawatan payudara secara rutin dan benar.  Kata kunci. Perawatan payudara, ASI, Nifas   The Correlation between The Frequency of Breast Care and The Smooth Production of Breast Milk on Day 4 Postpartum  Abtract.Breastmilk provides all the energy and butrition a baby needs for the first 6 months of baby life. The firts six months only exclusive breastfeeding is provided for babies without any additional food or drink. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the breast care frequency and the smooth production of breastmilk in post-partum mothers on day 4. The research method was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all-day 4 postpartum mothers and the study sample were some of the fourth days' postpartum mothers at BPS Asri and Polindes Permata Bunda Tuban in March-April 2020. The research sampling was simple random sampling. The independent variable was the frequency of breast care, while the dependent variable was the milk production smoothness. Data analysis used the Spearman correlation with significant limits of p-value <0.05. The analysis of the results showed a p-value=0.000, which means that there was a correlation between the breast care frequency and the breastmilk smooth production in postpartum mothers on day 4. The importance of breastfeeding for babies is that postpartum mothers are expected to always maintain the smooth running of breast milk by doing regular and correct breast care.  Keywords.
