This study aimed to analyze the influence of physical evidence in service marketing mix and how it reflect on it profitability and won the market share among their competitors, it also highlight how physical evidence reflects on service quality and students satisfaction in Nigerian private Universities. This study took 20 universities as samples with a stratified random sampling. 500 questionnaires were used for the research purpose, were each university was given 25 questionnaires.  The results Agreed with hypothesis one (HI) variables  that said that physical evidence is significantly associated with market share of private university, while its disagree with the (H0 )that said physical evidence is not significantly associated with the market share of the private universities, the research also agreed on the second (HI) physical evidence is significantly associated with profitability of the private universities in Nigeria (H0)  This research disagreed with the null hypothesis that physical evidence is not associated with the profitability of the private Universities in Nigeria and the success of every private university is to satisfy the need and want of their student, which is being achieved through service quality that had strong influence on students’ satisfaction in Nigerian private Universities. Physical evidence had significant influence in service marketing and service quality had significant influence on student’s satisfaction.

This study is a replication of research conducted Risdwiyanto and Dharmmesta (2001), which seeks to develop a concept of higher education services based on the wishes of potential customers. This study examined the effect of marketing mix models to the selection of private universities (PTS) in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Sleman Regency is one of the areas in the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region which has a lot of colleges. The model in this study based on marketing mix consisting of seven marketing stimuli, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. This study aimed to analyze the influence of factors of marketing stimuli to the selection of private universities in Sleman Yogyakarta by prospective students and know the significance rank of the influence of each marketing stimuli factor. This study uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to collect preliminary data and surveys to obtain primary data. By using the 142 students of XII class of High School (SMA) in Sleman as samples, this study proves that the replication model used may indicate a significant influence of marketing stimuli on the election of PTS. The important contribution of this research is the development model of the influence of marketing stimuli factors on the selection of PTS that can be used as a basis for decision making PTS marketing strategy.

The model inquiry for an effect of marketing mix and the best service quality on perception of image and the implacations of consumer activities in private universities. The structural equation modelling techniques was conducted applied in survey research method to analysis from 224 respondents in higher education at Jakarta. The resulted indicated that marketing mix variables positively have influenced but not significant on image and consumer activites. The best service quality variable have positively impact and significant leads on image with standardized reggresion weights value=.706 and P value .001. Furthurmore service quality and image variables were indicated that positively impact and significant on consumer activites, with standardized reggresion weights value= .474 and .393 than P value .001. The research structural equation model have the marjinal fit on hybrid model with χ2 value=802.07, P value=.000, RMSEA=.101, GFI=.794 and CFI=.849.Keywords: Service Quality, Image, Consumer Activities

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the decisionof the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis and analyze the factors that most influence the decision of the students chose to study in Obstetrics Prodi STIKES Muhammadiyah Ciamis. Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, F test and test T. The result is a marketing mix that significantly is the product, place, and physical evidence. And that does not affect the marketing mix is price, promotion, place, and processes

This study aims to analyze how strategic management in the Firta Collection Boutique to develop its business, especially in providing services to customers. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that includes Marketing Mix (4P Analysis) and SWOT Analysis, to find out what external factors are opportunities or threats to the Firta Collection Boutique. The results of the study show that the strategies adopted by the Firta Collection Boutique are still inappropriate and need to use other strategies. Changes in the external environment have continued to increase so that it is an opportunity and anticipates threats by utilizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses by innovating and improving approaches and gaining customer trust in product quality, in order to compete in the fashion sector.

The relationship between the university services marketing and the leading orientation and their impact in enhancing the university reputation: Field study on a sample of administrative leaders in       private universities in the Erbil city Objective - The current study try to find the role of marketing university services (educational services, research services, community services) and the leading orientation (research mobilization, distinction, cooperation, university policies, proactive) as independent variables in enhancing the university's reputation as dependent a variable (Social responsibility, innovation, quality of service, image of the organization) in a sample of private universities in the Erbil city. Methodology of the study - The problem of the study was determined in several questions related to the nature of the correlation relationship - the effect of independent study variables (marketing of university services and leadership orientation) and the dependent variable (the reputation of the university). For this purpose, the hypotheses were subjected to multiple tests. The study used the questionnaire as a means to obtain data from the administrative leaders of the investigated universities. - The study was used the analytical descriptive method. The main and sub-variables were described and correlation and effect relationships were analyzed between the variables using advanced statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, Pearson correlation, multiple regression test) , And the implementation of the statistical program (SPSS-Ver.18). The study was conducted in the educational sector in the city of Erbil, in order to obtain the necessary information for the field through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose and distributed to six universities. The number of respondents was (73) (Presidents of universities, their assistants, deans, their assistants, heads of departments) at the universities in question. The value of the study: The main conclusions of the study are the existence of a significant relationship between the variables of the study and the existence of a significant effect of the independent variable marketing of university services and the leading trend in the dependent variable universities reputation and the existence of variation of the effect of independent variables in the dependent variable in the universities investigated, A set of recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of a center for the marketing of services at the university level and at the level of each college. In order to conduct a continuous study of the labor market to determine market needs, the university should be aware of the importance of marketing orientation in university education

The research objective describes an integrated marketing communication strategy in developing Sakura Syariah Hotel to see a comprehensive marketing communication strategy. Hotel Sakura Syariah is a 3-star syariah concept hotel which has 70 rooms. The analytical method uses the 7P (marketing mix) approach. The research results to increase the number of guests staying the strategy consisted of products, which offer a sharia concept with various types of representative rooms. Pricing, using the appropriate price preferences. Place, hotel location that is close to the center of the district capital and easy access. Promotion, with direct selling in accordance with local government and private selling by participating in various marketing events, sales proposals and advertising. People, conduct trainings to improve human resource capabilities. Physical evidence, a physical building that has Sharia characters and is supported by fairly good technology. Process, reservation service is quite fast and excellent. The development of this Sayriah hotel must be supported by related parties, especially the local government in order to increase the number of hotel guests
