scholarly journals GREEN BONDS: WORLD’S EXPERIENCES, CURRENT STATUS AND PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVING VIETNAMESE LAW

Vietnam is a developing country, often adversely affected by environmental pollution and climate change. One of the main reasons leading to this situation is outdated production technologies, which is not environmentally friendly. This situation has been causing serious impacts on the economy and society of this country. According to the experience of developed countries and to fulfill national commitments on the environment, investment projects in production and business are encouraged to be implemented in an environmentally friendly manner. To do this, investors, especially businesses, need to mobilize a certain financial source to equip facilities and production technologies that cause less pollution. Among financial instruments, green bonds are an emerging factor applied by many countries around the world and Vietnam is also ready to test it. However, up to now, the issuance of green bonds in Vietnam has not been possible because of the lack of a complete legal mechanism. So, this article will analyze Vietnamese law on this issue on the basis of learning experiences from other countries to come up with a complete solution for Vietnam.

A country is called developed when the capacity and progress of science and technology have created products that always meet the requirements and increasing needs of people, ensuring stability and development of the nation in particular and the movement of the world in general. In Vietnam, the quality of goods is still modest. This exists not only from a macro perspective but also from a micro perspective and the transition from macro to micro because of a lack of orientation, or can be called the lack of "Product quality planning” [21,25] in terms of space. This paper will discuss the concepts of quality, expand the concept of quality with the aim of achieving good quality, meeting increasing requirements, need to perform the "quality planning" work under the space degree. The paper uses a mathematical tool based on the Cartesian coordinate system to determine the optimal value of product quality in order to demonstrate quantitatively according to the spatial frameworks when the quality is desired to achieve the required perfection through the magnitude of the "quality demand.” In a similar way, in order to get the construction project achieve the maximum quality, there must be adjustment solutions in 3 aspects. However, at present, in Vietnam in particular and the world in general, there have not been many in-depth studies on the formation of quality and the factors affecting the quality, especially the industrial construction projects [3]. Through the success or failure of investment projects in the form of public private partnerships (PPP) of countries around the world, including developed countries, the author thinks that in order for the project to be successful, it is necessary to apply construction product quality planning.

Introduction: the paper investigates the legal regime of corporate financial instruments in the context of the convergence of the world legal systems taking into account historically determined national differentiation. We study the legal regime of corporate financial instruments with respect to the status peculiarities of a corporation as a subject of legal relations and the regime characteristics of a financial instrument as a legal object. The purpose of the study is to analyze and generalize the legal experience of economically developed countries and to explain the modern legal content of the concept ‘corporate financial instrument’ against the related legal terms ‘securities’, ‘financial instrument’, ‘corporation’; to reveal major problems in the doctrine and positive legal regulation. Methods: comparative-legal, formal-logical, historical, analytical, empirical methods, and legal modeling. Results: the analysis of Russian and foreign experience made it possible for us to explain the specific nature of the legal status of corporation as the main component of modern economic systems, which determines special legal regimes of financial instruments that provide certain corporate rights. Conclusions: in terms of comparative analysis, of special interest is legal experience of such countries as Germany, France, Great Britain, and the USA since these countries show a higher level in the development of corporate legal forms and financial markets. Since early 1990s, Russia has been demonstrating high rates in the formation of the system of financial instruments circulation, which, with respect to the legal development of the corporate legal entity doctrine, brings Russian legal system closer to the world major legal systems. In the light of the focus on the sustainable economic development and defense of state interests with the use of modern digitalization methods, this also objectifies and makes currently relevant the development of the national legal regime of the corporate financial instrument based on the international legal experience.

Occupational diseases are disorders of health resulting from conditions related to the workplace. There are 2.3 million deaths annually for reasons attributed to work globally, primarily to chemicals or dust. China has the largest working population in the world, with 776 million employed in 2018. According to the National Health Commission, about 12 million companies were found to have occupational-disease-inductive factors and at least 200 million people are exposed to occupational disease hazards. Preventing occupational diseases is a serious worldwide challenge. On the other hand, many developed countries already have rich experience in the prevention and treatment of various occupational diseases. They have set up various occupational disease prevention agencies and formulated strict occupational disease prevention systems. It is necessary for developing countries to learn from their advanced control measures.

Abstract Operators need industry-wide standardization to manage the $3 trillion in CAPEX expenditure forecast for 2018-2025 (Global Data, 2018), while maintaining competitiveness and mitigating risks. With the backing of the World Economic Forum, Joint Industry Program 33 (JIP 33) was initiated to drive industry-level standardization for procuring equipment items, moving the industry structurally – across the value chain - towards common engineering designs and solutions, established by means of cross-company and value-chain collaboration. Over 40 standard specifications have been delivered to date. Their adoption by 12 major operators is being measured and is progressing well. This enables the program to capture and evaluate successes, challenges, key learnings and feedback. The program has also established a process for future maintenance of JIP33 specifications in order to achieve sustained benefits. In the years to come the JIP33 program will continue to develop more new specifications, expand the scope of existing specifications and work with Standards Development Organizations to move valuable JIP33 content into the underlying parent standard. This paper will present the current status of the JIP33 program and showcase some of its early successes, challenges and learnings.

“The Book of Tribulations by Nu`aym b. Hammad al-Marwazi (d. 844) is the earliest Muslim apocalyptic work to come down to us. Its contents focus upon the cataclysmic events to happen before the end of the world, the wars against the Byzantines, and the Turks, and the Muslim civil wars. There is extensive material about the Mahdi (messianic figure), the Muslim Antichrist and the return of Jesus, as well as descriptions of Gog and Magog. Much of the material in Nu`aym today is utilized by Salafi-jihadi groups fighting in Syria and Iraq.

Analysis of linguocultural aspect of temporal nominations is impossible without involving the problems of hrononymic lexics. Chrononyms is an important information resource of a certain linguaculture, some distinctive peculiarities of conceptual picture of the world. The aim of the experimental analysis is a complex examination of the linguacultural aspect of temporal nominations that function in Chinese and Turkish languages reflecting the concepts of the world. The research was based on the material of the novels “Imperial woman” by Pearl Buck and “Roxolana” by Pavlo Zagrebelniy. The analysis of recent scientific publications allowed us to come to the conclusion that the investigation of hrononymic lexics can involve different theoretical and practical principles. Being guided by the existing classifications of chrononyms (N. Podolskaya, M. Torchinsky, S. Remmer) the linguocultural features of the following types of temporal chrononymic lexical units were identified and studied in the research: georthonyms, dynastic chrononyms, tumultonyms, parsonyms and mensonyms. The results of the research demonstrate that not all lexical units of temporal denotation chosen from the above mentioned novels refer to the class of chrononyms. The group under investigation includes the following lexemes: nominations of the lunar calendar, nominations of the solar calendar, nominations of mixed calendar and temporal slots denoting day and night. The basic system of chronology in the linguiacultures under analysis is the dominance of the lunar calendar nominations (Chinese picture of the world — 51,0 %, Turkish — 40,4 %). In the analyzed works the nominations of the solar calendar are used less often in the Chinese picture of the world; the usage of this unit reaches 20 %, and this phenomenon is historically conditioned. Mixed calendar nominations (21 % of temporal units) are rather common, solar calendar nominations are refined by the monthly calendar; it can be explained by the fact that the Chinese mind is conservative towards the new temporal system. In the Turkish picture of the world 45 % of temporal vocabulary belongs to the solar calendar since in the sixteenth century only a lunar calendar operated in the Ottoman Empire. It should be mentioned that significant place in the temporal vocabulary of “Roxolana” is conditioned by the influence of the linguistic personality of the author, who was a Ukrainian.
