Development becomes a tool to achieve the goals of a nation. Meanwhile, economic growth is used as an indicator to determine the success of a country's development. HDI is a measuring tool to determine the level of development. Indonesia's HDI is included in the high category, including West Java and Banten provinces. There are allegations that the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 affected the factors that formed the HDI. This study aims to determine the description of HDI and the influence of factors forming HDI consisting of AHH, RLS, HLS, and per capita expenditure. The secondary data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Republic of Indonesia. This research method is multiple regression analysis. Based on the study results, the partial test showed that the variables AHH, RLS, HLS, and per capita expenditure had a significant positive effect on the Regency/City HDI variable in the Provinces of West Java and Banten in 2020

The demand for water in Special Region Yogyakarta, which is increasing every year, is not matched by the quality and effectiveness of water production. The distribution of PDAM water is uneven in every region in the Special Province of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of water prices, the number of hotels, the number of industries, and the GRDP per capita of the population, also, in order to determine the effect of employee retribution and operational costs of the PDAM on PDAM water prices. The study uses secondary data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and SEM structural modeling analysis. The results showed that the number of employees had a significant positive effect on remuneration for PDAM employees. Reply to PDAM employee services and PDAM operational costs affect water prices. At the same time, the price of PDAM water and GDRP per capita of the population has a significant positive effect on PDAM water demand. The number of hotels and industries that subscribe to water in PDAMs has a significant negative effect on water demand.

This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk on the financial performance of banks, the effect of market risk on bank financial performance, the effect of liquidity risk on bank financial performanc. The research method used in this is a quantitative method. The population observed in this study was all conventional cemmercial banks listed on the idx for the period 2015 to 2018. The population in this study was 42 banking companies sampling techniques with a total sample of 56. The type of data used is secondary data. The results showed that Credit Risk (NPL) no significant positive effect on finanial performance (ROA), Market Risk (NIM) has a significant positive effect on bank financial performance (ROA). Liquidity Risk (LDR) has a significant positive effect on bank financial performance (ROA). Credit risk (NPL), market risk (NIM) and liquidity risk (LDR) have different effects. Because seen by the t test, where there are variables that cannot be seen.

This study aims to determine how the influence of tourism growth as measured by the number of tourists to tourism objects, the number of tourists to accommodation, the number of hotels and accommodation, and the number of restaurants and restaurants on economic growth as measured by GRDP and Human Development Index in West Java Province. 2012-2018. The population that becomes the object of this research is the regency / city in West Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the West Java Provincial Tourism Office. In this study using path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out in this study, the results show that the variable number of tourists to accommodation and the number of restaurants and restaurants has a positive and significant effect on GRDP, while the variable number of tourists to tourism objects and the number of hotels and accommodation is not significant to the GRDP in Java Province. West. GRDP has a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index in West Java Province. The number of tourists to accommodation is the variable that has the greatest indirect effect on the Human Development Index.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

Abstract This study aims to empirically challenge the moderation of Non-Performing Loans to the effect of Credit Distribution Rates on Profitability. The population of 81 bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018 and which met the criteria of the research sample (purposive sampling) were 22 companies. The research method uses survey methods with quantitative research approaches, the analytical tool used is moderation regression. This study concludes that the level of credit distribution has a significant positive effect on profitability and the existence of the problem loan variable is proven to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between the level of credit distribution and profitability.

In this paper, the author develops an econometric framework to analyze the effect of access to credit on the economic welfare of households in Vietnam. The findings confirm that household credit contributes positively and significantly to the economic welfare of households in terms of per capita expenditure, per capita food expenditure and per capita non-food expenditure. The positive effect of credit on household economic welfare is observed regardless of whether they are poor or better-off households. The author also finds that credit has a greater positive effect on the economic welfare of poorer households and finds that the age of the household head, the household size, land ownership, and savings and the availability of credit at village level are key factors that affect household borrowing. Some policy implications are drawn

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

This studyaimed to examine the effect of budgeting participation, public accountability and job relevant information to managerial performance. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study are 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionnaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 20.00 program. The result of the study showed participation has a significant positive effect on managerial performance. However public accountability and job relevant information have no effect on managerial performance.

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Happiness is the main goal in life. To measure someone's happiness is not easy, many opinions have emerged. Some say happiness can be measured through the satisfaction of one's life, some say happiness is measured through one's income, education, and health. The number of people's opinions to measure one's happiness appears as an indicator of happiness. At present, there are 48 indicators. One of the most accurate is HPI. The HPI indicator is very important for a country to increase the happiness of its people. Example: life expectancy in a country will increase and unemployment will decrease because a person has extensive knowledge and knowledge that is needed both by himself and the company that will accept him as his employee. The purpose of this study is to find out how HDI influences, life expectancy, unemployment on the level of happiness of people in ASIA. In this study using secondary data sources conducted by taking HDI data, life expectancy, unemployment in ASIA, and HPI data on ASIA. The results of the analysis using quantitative methods indicate that the independent variables namely HDI, life expectancy, and unemployment. Has a significant positive effect on the HPI dependent variable.
