This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of income on the consumption benefit of Pusong fishermen in Lhokseumawe City. The results of the research show that partially the income has a significant influence on the consumption benefit of Pusong fishermen in Lhokseumawe City. An adjusted R square figure of 0.775 indicates that 75.5% of the benefit variable consumption bias explains the income used in the regression equation. While the remaining 24.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to determine the influence of learning facilities and student learning motivation towards the independence of student learning. The result of the research shows that there is positive and significant influence of learning tool (X1) on learning independence (Y). It is obtained by tvalue (2,159) with p = 0,034 <0,05 and ttable at 5% significant level with df = 78 equal to 1,991. There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation (X2) on learning independence (Y). It is obtained tvalue (7,858) with p = 0,000 <0,05 and ttable at 5% significant level with df = 78 equal to 1,991. There is a positive and significant influence of learning facilities (X1) and learning motivation (X2) simultaneously to the independence of learning (Y). This shows the coefficient of double correlation RY (1,2) = 0,746 and R² = 0,557 and price Fvalue equal to 48,980 with p = 0,000 <0,05 and Ftable = 3,11 at 5% significant level. Coefficient value X1 = 0,186 and X2 = 0,647, constant number equal to 8,650 so that can be made regression equation Y = 8,650 + 0,186X1 + 0,647X2. The higher the learning means (X1) and the learning motivation (X2), the higher the learning independence (Y). Coefficient of Determination is R² of 0,557. Means 55,7% learning independence is explained by learning tools and learning motivation. Meanwhile, 44,3% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. The study concludes that partially, learning facilities and student learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student independence (self-sufficiency) in learning.  In addition, both learning facility and motivation have a positive and significant effect on student learning independence or sense of self-sufficiency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sanara belajar (X1) terhadap kemandirian belajar (Y). Hal ini diperoleh dengan nilai thitung (2,159) dengan p = 0,034 <0,05 dan ttabel pada 5% tingkat signifikan dengan df = 78 sama dengan 1,991. The hypothesis of this research was: there is a positive and significantinfluence teknological teaching style of teachers christian education towards students visual learning styles inclass VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara in 2018/2019 academic years.Research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire prepared by the research. analyzing datawas indicated that the teknological teaching style of teachers christian education towards students visuallearning styles in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara by 16,40 % with the calculation bycomparing tcount ttable namely 2,426 2,042. Tes the regression equation between X and Y with.Hypothesis test indicated that the Fcount Ftable namely 5,870 1,62 then H0 rejected and Haaccepted. the conclusion drawn from this study was there is a positive and significant influence teknologicalteaching style of teachers christian education towards students visual learning styles in class VIII SMP Negeri 1Pahae Julu Tapanuli Utara regency in 2018/2019 academic years.Keywords : teknological teaching style of teachers christian education, students visual learning styles.

The purposse of this research is to know the influence principal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher toword on student’s learning achievement at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district. This hypothesis is made to know that there are positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between independent variables with dependent variable. The method used in this research is quantitative. While the sample in this research are the all teachers at SMPN south tangerang city in pamulang district which amounted to 140 people using Slovin sampling technique to find samples that will be used to random respndents. The results of these research show that the effected parcially between leadership of the principal on the positive student learning achievement of thitung 2,242 at a significant level of 0,027. There is partial influence between the competence of teachers to student achievement of thitung 2,428 at a significant level of 0,016. There is patial influence between work athic of teacher to positive student learning achievement equal to thitung 2,262 at a significant level 0,025. And simultaneous relationships occur between the pricipal’s leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teachers on positive student learning achievement of fhitung 3,741 with a significant level of 0,013. So, this hypothesis can be concluded there is positive and significant influence between principal leadership, teacher competence and work ethic of teacher to student achievment both partially and simultaneously.

ABSTRACT This study aims to assess and analyze (1) the level of academic supervision services perceived by the teachers, (2) the effectiveness level of principal leadership perceived by the teachers, (3) performance of the teachers, (4) the significant correlation between academic supervision services and the performance of the teachers, and (5) the significant correlation between the principal’s leadership and the performance of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City. The population of this research are all teachers of the Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City which amount to 204 teachers who are government employyees. The sample of the research is determined by using the formula of minimum sampling. From the calculation with the minimum sampling formula known to the population of 204 teachers, a minimum sample size of 64 teachers is obtained. The data on each research variable is collected by using Likert scale questionnaires. The data analysis is conducted using the Z test, correlation, and regression. The results of this research show that (1) the supervision of academic services perceived by the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari is quite high, (2) the effectiveness of principal leadership perceived by the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari is quite high, (3) the competence of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City is quite high, (4) there is a significant correlation between the service of academic supervision and the competence of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City, (5) there is a significant correlation between the leadership of the principal and the competence of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City, and (6) there is a significant influence of the academic supervision service and the principal’s leadership on the competence of the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Kendari City.Keywords: Academic supervision service, principal leadership, teachers’ competence

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. This research has problem formulation as follows whether product attribute have an effect on student satisfaction in STIE "KBP" padang. In this research of type data used is quantitative data. The populatiion in this students study STIE "KBP" Padang which amounted to 538 people and samples 85 people using the formula slovin. Based on the results of research show that attribute product have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction because t-hitung value (9,678) with significant value 0,000 smaller than level of significance 0,05. While the F-test value of the resullt test is 93.656, and the significant value f for the product attribute variable 0.000 this means significant f smaller than 0.05 This indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the product attribute to consumer satisfaction.

The government faces quite big constrains in the implementation of rural development due to the aspects of Geography, Topology, Demography, infrastructure availability, poor human resources, and relatively low rural institutional capability. One of the very important attempts which needs to be carried out by Central Government and Local Government is to encourage, promote, develop and actualize the power and ability of the rural communities themselves. The power and ability sourced and found in the rural communities themselves is defined as “Community Participation”. This study  used the primary data obtained through interviewing the respondents (local community) and the secondary data obtained from the data of Subdistrict Government of Teluk Mengkudu, Statistic Coordinator of Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict, Community Empowerment and Rural Government Board of Serdang Bedagai District. The result of this study showed that, based on the result of regression equation, the coefficient value of village competition was 0.6071 with sig.t = 0.000. Since the value of sig.t was < α (0.05), Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, village competiton had a significant influence on the initiatives of the community in developing their village in Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict. Then, from the other regression equation, it was found out that the coefficient value of village competition was 0.3278 with sig.t = 0.0156. Since the value of sig.t was < α (0.05), Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. Thus, village competition had a significant influence on the active participation of the community in developing their village in Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict. The positive sign of coefficient value of village competition showed that if Village Competition is increasingly enhanced, that intiative of the community in developing their village in Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict is also increasingly increased or both variables had unidirectional relationship. The conclusion drawn from the result of this study is that Village Competition is one of the activities done by both Central Government and Local Government in theirn attempt to educate their people to increase their initiatives and active participation to develop their villages.

This study aims to determine how much entrepreneurial competence influences the performance of the Principal of Elementary Schools in Peranap, Indragiri Hulu District. The method used in this study is a causal method with quantitative research. Data is taken from the distribution of instruments to 34 public elementary school principals from Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: There was a significant influence between entrepreneurial competence (X) on the Principal's Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry = 0.343 and a regression equation = 71.301 + 0.463X.
