This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously whether the level of education, level of income, level of awareness, and level of service affect community motivation in paying land and building taxes in the Village of Lemang, West Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, multiple analysis, classic assumption test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research partially indicate that the level of education is positive and significant for community motivation. The level of income is positive and significant for community motivation. The level of awareness is positive and significant for community motivation and the level of service is negative and not significant for community motivation. Simultaneously the level of education, level of income, level of awareness and level of service significantly influence community motivation with a large influence of 71.3%.

Indonesia is an agricultural country which is famous for its abundant natural wealth. The agricultural sector plays an important role for some developing countries. This can be seen from the role of the agricultural sector in meeting food needs in the country, this agricultural sector can also provide employment opportunities for the population. To get maximum agricultural yield, this is influenced by factors of education level and age of farmers. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of education level and age to have a positive and significant partially significant effect on income of farmers, 2) to determine the effect of education level and age simultaneously on the income of farmers in Central Perean Village. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of education level and age on income. The research results from the tests that have been conducted show that education has a positive and significant effect on income, age has a negative and significant effect on income of farmers, and the level of education and age simultaneously affects the income of farmers. The level of education should be paid more attention, with the knowledge gained from education so that it can be applied in agriculture. Improve facilities to increase agricultural yield. For researchers who have the desire to examine the same variables, it is hoped that they can develop this research further and better by considering other variables that have not been tested in this study.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

This research aims to know, analyse, and explain:  The extent of the relationship between education level and training on competency of participants graduates.  Partial influence between the level of education and training on the competence of graduates of participants.  Simultaneous influence between the level of education and training on the competence of graduates of participants. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and literature. The population in this research is a participant who graduated at PT Satria Tamtama Rahayu and has been placed in the industrial company with samples used as many as 135 respondent. Data obtained from respondents was processed using test aids using IBM SPSS 22. The results showed that:) There was an influence on the level of education on the competency of participant graduates. There is no training influence on the competency of participant graduates.  There are influences on the level of education and training on the competency of participant graduates. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,662 or66,2% which means that 66,2% of participants graduates competencies are influenced by education and training levels, while the remaining 33,8% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Aeon mall is company from Japan, and joint venture with Sinarmas Land for PT.AMSL Indonesia. Aeon mall grand opening in BSD, Tangerang 30 May 2015, after two years from the opening Aeon Mall has already many visitors from area in Jabodetabek.  Marketing mix approach is used from Morrison (2002) product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging and programming, also partnership. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix based on Morrison theories to visitor decision of visiting Aeon Mall. This research used descriptive method approach. The population in this study is Aeon Mall visitors. The respondent was chosen by random sampling. The numbers of respondents are 218 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used validity and reliability, frequencies, mean, the classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows 20.0. The study found that there was a positive and significant impact of product, promotion, and partnership to visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall. But there wasn’t a positive and significant effect of price, place, people, packaging and programing to the visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on students’ entrepreneurship interest at semester VI Department of Information Systems Study Program Information System of Sampit Darwan Ali University Academic Year 2016/2017. This study used quantitative methods using survey technique. The subjects of the study were 92 students. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire fulfilled the requirements of validity and reliability. The technique of validity test used correlated item-total correlation and reliability test of Cronbach's alpha. In this study, the instrument used was questionnaire by using the likert scale. The data analysis technique used was a simple linear regression analysis fulfilled the analytical prerequisite, such as the test of normality, linearity and autocorrelation. This study revealed that emotional intelligence was moderate 70.65% and entrepreneurship interests were also moderate 67.39%. The result of analysis showed that there was  an influence of emotional intelligence to student entrepreneur interest. Coefficient of determination (r2) was  0.265. It meant that emotional intelligence could foster interest in entrepreneurship student.

The implementation of green banking principle is reflected in a series of initiatives for the community program, community development and business programs, and encourages investment in more responsible businesses as a form of Bank's high concern for the environment. This study aims to analyze Green Investment, and Green Competitive Strategies that have an impact on the implementation of Green Banking in Surakarta City. This research was a survey conducted on bank customer in Surakarta City. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. Data collection methods use in this study were questionnaire and observation. The analysis technique used includes the test of the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability test; classic assumption test include: heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that green investment and green competitive strategies have an impact on the implementation of green banking in Surakarta City. The variable that has the greatest impact is Green Competitive Strategies.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education on the performance of cooperative supervisors in Klungkung District. This research was carried out in all cooperatives in Klungkung District. The population is 126 supervisors. The number of samples taken was 66 supervisors with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and education level simultaneously had a positive effect on supervisor performance. Partially that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education also influence the performance of supervisors. This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

AbstractAccount executive is human resources which seek revenue for the company. Given the importance of the role of account executive, it should be noted also factors that affect productivity such as education level account executive who owned and had experiences. The problem in this research is to determine how much influence the level of education and experience on the productivity of account executives in MNC Media (Okezone.com). The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is influence between the level of education, experience and productivity account executive. A population of 30 people account executive, used as a sample of 30 people taken from the business unit MNC Media others with the same title. The method used was a questionnaire. The conclusion is obtained no positive and significant influence between variables either jointly or individually after T test and F test Multiple regression analysis has also been done with the coefficient of educational level (X1) of 0.521 which means that every increase of 1 unit variable educational level (X1) it will raise the value of the variable productivity (Y) amounted to 0.521 units assuming other independent variables remain valuable. So is the experience coefficient (X2) of 0.614. The coefficient of determination at variable levels of education and experience together show the result in the amount of 50.6%, which means that the influence exerted by the level of education and experience to work productivity in this study was 50.6%, while 49.4% of them are affected by other factors that are not observed in this study.Key words: effect, education level, experience level, productivity, account executive

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.
