In this article the use of electronic resources in compliance with the didactic goals of developing research potential in high school students is represented. The implementation of these goals is aimed at achieving subjectivity and subjectness which represent the integral process of developing the personality in students. The idea of subjectivity is implemented when electronic resources enable the student to plan his or her own development in education connected with an informed choice and coordination of different offers of educational services to build his or her own educational programme. The idea of subjectness means that using the digital resources and technologies, the student acquires experience of intellectual self-organization which enables him or her to achieve a higher degree of proactiveness and independence. The research potential can be evaluated with the help of digital tools as follows: referring to the past as a general resource of natural and acquired research aptitude which ensures their further development; referring to the present as research aptitude which is in demand in definite cultural and creative circumstances; referring to the future as proximal development zone, as research aptitude which, for a number of reasons, has not been used and is expected to be developed in future in the course of cognitive activity. The author presents pedagogical characteristics of digital tools which are used to estimate the dynamics of the development of personal research aptitude from the point of view of culture genesis, as well as the manifestations of the emotional and cognitive components of cognitive activity and to ensure comprehension by high school students of their self-development in the process of gaining new knowledge.

The actual direction of research in the field of higher professional education is the improvement of the quality of future software engineers’ professional training in a reduced period of study at universities. This is due to contradictions between the list of competencies defined in curricula, fewer numbers of disciplines in the curriculum and the competencies already available to students. We believe that competence oriented tasks are means to gain this point. Such tasks involve the organization of students self-work to solve professional problems. This orientation motivates undergraduates to cognitive activity and contributes to the formation of professional competencies. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of competence oriented tasks in the process of future software engineers’ short-term training at universities. Scientific publications devoted to various aspects of the use of competence oriented tasks in the training process are analyzed. Their definition, classification, structure, and recommendations for design are given. The concept of professional competence by definition of the TUNING project and professional competence of the software engineer in particular are considered. The characteristics that allow to consider competence oriented tasks as means for formation and evaluation of future software engineers professional competencies are determined. Examples of such tasks aimed at the formation and evaluation of the level of professional competencies in «Programming» course are given. Further research is aimed at evaluation the effectiveness of the implementation of educational and criterion functions of these ones in the training of future software engineers.

Education is the leading springboard for the formation of an environmentally cultured and educated person who can live and work in today’s rapidly changing society. The environmental crisis and the focus on sustainable development determine the relevance of socio-ecological education in the interests of the Concept of Sustainable Development (1994). The process of professional training of the future professor is based on the Federal State Educational Standard of Pedagogical Education and the professional standard, which defines the universal, general professional, and professional competencies and labor actions of the professor. The lack of special competencies indicates the formation of knowledge, abilities, skills, and experience in the field of socio-ecological education within the framework of general professional and professional competencies. The result of the future professor’s readiness for continuous socio-ecological education of students is determined by the socio-ecological knowledge. The development of socio-ecological knowledge in the conditions of professional training at the university requires the creation of a specific pedagogical system, including forms, methods, technologies, and pedagogical conditions for its development. These conditions include the creation of a socio-eco-oriented educational environment, the integration of formal, non-formal, and informal education, the use of modern digital, information and communication, and educational technologies. The selected components of socio-ecological knowledge: motivational-value, cognitive, activity, and reflexive formed the basis of the experimental study.

The article determines that the basis for providing distance learning in the military education system is the subject-activity approach. The positive aspects of the application of distance learning technology from the perspective of a teacher and from the perspective of a learning subject are summarized. The processes of organization and implementation of distance learning are determined by the specifics of a military educational institution and depend on the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of the teacher, his professional skills to use modern interactive teaching methods and information and communication technologies. An attempt was made to determine the main psychological and pedagogical features of the teacher, which are needed in the process of organizing distance learning. This is a high motivation for cognitive activity, the acquisition of new professional competencies, the ability to avoid subjectivity during assessment. The use of distance learning can significantly reduce the cost of training, to intensify the process of learning thanks to a variety of visual means of presenting new educational information using modern information technologies. It is proved that a promising direction of training in the system of higher military education is blended learning. This is an interactive form that optimally combines the format of full-time and distance learning. The organization of blended learning makes it possible to create an appropriate environment for the successful fulfillment of military duties while studying at a military educational institution, self-preparation for classroom studies and self-assimilation of training material at a convenient time. The use of this form of training will contribute to enhancing cognitive activity, expanding the possibilities of forming both professional competencies and “soft” skills, which are the basis for the upbringing and harmonious development of the individual in the military education system. The development of the military higher education system is connected specifically with distance learning as a priority technology based on the Moodle educational content management system. The proper organization of training allows you to create the conditions for increasing the motivation of the subject of training to mental activity and to obtain high-quality military-vocational education.

In connection with the introduction in Russian Federation of state final certification, the study of the effectiveness and level of development of students' memory and its impact on the success of passing the final school exam is becoming increasingly relevant. The material of the experiment, which is conducted in schools in the city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, examines the process and results of updating the knowledge of students. The study involved 42 students of the Orekhovo-Zuyevo city district, Moscow Region. The technique of diagnostics of mnemonic abilities of L.V. Cheremoshkina. Statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman rs-rank correlation test, Mann-Whitney U-test. The patterns of updating knowledge at the final school exams for schoolchildren with different productivity of natural memory, the level of implementation of mnemonic actions and the presence of regulation of cognitive activity are analyzed. The level of memory development is associated with the success of schoolchildren passing the state final certification in mathematics, computer science and social studies. The productivity of natural memory is a factor in the successful updating of knowledge in mathematics and computer science (rs=-0,75; р<0,05). The presence of regulation of mnemonic activity is a factor in the effective actualization of knowledge in social science (rs=0,41; р<0,05) The results of the study allow, on the other hand, to look at the problem of preserving educational material, emphasizing the practical importance of psychological studies of memory, and can be used in the implementation of the educational process at all levels of general education, starting from the programming stage and ending with each specific lesson.

Abstract Sociocultural developmental psychology can drive new directions in gadgetry science. We use autobiographical memory, a compound capacity incorporating episodic memory, as a case study. Autobiographical memory emerges late in development, supported by interactions with parents. Intervention research highlights the causal influence of these interactions, whereas cross-cultural research demonstrates culturally determined diversity. Different patterns of inheritance are discussed.
