Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Background: The choice of contraception by family planning acceptors greatly determines the success rate of the family planning program, because not all contraceptives are suitable for someone. This study aims to determine what types of contraceptives chosen by family planning acceptors and whether there is a relationship between the selection of contraceptives there is a relationship with the poverty level in the District / City in South Sumatra in 2015, 2016 and 2017. The source of data obtained from the Provincial BPS South Sumatra. Methodology: This study uses a descriptive approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. Results: The results of the analysis were grouped into two, first long-term contraception method KB IUD, MOW, MOP and implants, both short-term contraceptive methods namely injection KB, pill and condom from 17 regencies / cities in South Sumatra. Conclusion: contraception devices that are mostly chosen by long-term contraceptive methods are implants (10000-35000) or 10-20 times larger than other contraceptives. Short-term contraceptive methods are injections, (7700 - 76000) or 5-7 times greater than other contraceptives. From the simple linear regression analysis it turns out that the relationship of long-term contraceptive selection by acceptors with the poverty level is R² = 0.7382 and the short-term method R² = 0.9223. District / City Governments in South Sumatra should provide alokon (contraceptive devices and drugs) in accordance with the type and amount in the field to be on target

Starting from the phenomenon occurred especially among Muslim women who were very concerned with fashion issues. Many of them did not know the function of the clothes they wear, and how Islam arranges the clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of religiosity on the decision of purchasing Muslim clothes in Tembilahan District. This was quantitative research by simple linear regression method analysis. The results showed that the T count was bigger than the T table. The T table was 12,763>2,024 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 means Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The contribution of religiosity to the decision toward purchasing Muslim clothing by looking at the results of the R Square was 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% influenced by other factors outside of the researcher's discussion.

The population in this study were all students of the 11th grade of the all department at SMK Al Ghazaly as many as 90 students. The population is limited less than 100, all subjects in this study were used as research samples This research use descriptive and verificative methods. The sample of the Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression. Normality test uses the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and simple linear regression. All data calculation using IBM SPSS v. 25 for Windows. The result showed that self efficacy effect toward work readiness The magnitude of the influence of self efficacy against the results of work readiness by 0,275 (27,5%) while the remaining 0,725 (72,5%) is affected by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

In an effort to achieve a success, then the satisfaction of organizational communication is a very important factor, it ‘caused communication satisfaction is the result of a number of processes that are internal and external.Employees is one of the most important assets who participate in helping in the achievement effortof organizational goals that is realization of the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, good cooperation between the organization and all employees are indispensable so that common goals can be realized. This research aims to find the influence of communication organizational satisfaction to employees performance in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city. This research uses quantitative research, the method used in this research is survey method. In this research, researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Sample in this study is all civil servants in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city numbered as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression test, obtained constant values from the regression variable employees performance that is equal 26,603. While the regression coefficient of the variable communication organization satisfaction is positive that is equal 0,462. This means that the variable communication organization satisfaction have a positive influence on variable employees performance that is equal 0,462. Based on t-test result, obtained t value of 3,874, greater than the table value of 2,034. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0rejected. This mean that the amount of significant influence among the variables communication organization satisfaction to employees performance of 31,3% while the rest 68,7% influenced by other variable.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Data mining is the extraction of prospective valuable information from large chunk of data through the employment of many different data mining techniques. The usefulness of data mining coupled with the huge data generated in scholastic settings has made it an interesting field of research known as Educational Data Mining (EDM). The intent of EDM is to derive understanding from hidden patterns in data collected from institutions of learning to aid in identifying issues that influence students’ scholastic accomplishment, to solution of which will lead to improvement in accomplishment. Because scholastic achievement is dependent on several issues, it is essential to develop predictive models on students’ academic performance. This study’s objective, therefore, is to acquire an insight into performance through knowledge discovery by the use of simple linear regression in order to build a predictive model capable of predicting students’ grades to give a general overview of students’ performance in the WASSCE, and help improve students’ performance. In accomplishing the set objective for which the study was carried out, that is to predict the possible outcome of students in WASSCE, a widely sampled study was applied in undertaking the study (Quantitative research).
