The purpose of this study was determine the effect of self efficacy on work readiness of vocational students. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of the 11th grade of the all department at SMK Al Ghazaly as many as 90 students. The population is limited less than 100, all subjects in this study were used as research samples This research use descriptive and verificative methods. The sample of the Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression. Normality test uses the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and simple linear regression. All data calculation using IBM SPSS v. 25 for Windows. The result showed that self efficacy effect toward work readiness The magnitude of the influence of self efficacy against the results of work readiness by 0,275 (27,5%) while the remaining 0,725 (72,5%) is affected by other factors.

Starting from the phenomenon occurred especially among Muslim women who were very concerned with fashion issues. Many of them did not know the function of the clothes they wear, and how Islam arranges the clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of religiosity on the decision of purchasing Muslim clothes in Tembilahan District. This was quantitative research by simple linear regression method analysis. The results showed that the T count was bigger than the T table. The T table was 12,763>2,024 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 means Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The contribution of religiosity to the decision toward purchasing Muslim clothing by looking at the results of the R Square was 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% influenced by other factors outside of the researcher's discussion.

Background: Dead victim and/ or found in unregocnized condition need to be identified. The identification of the unrecognized victim is carried out to prove that the skeleton is a human skeleton with ethnicity, race, sex, estimated age, height and special characteristics. Body height is a main characteristic which used as an identification process for various interests. Estimated body height can be measured based on long bones, which one of them is radius bone. Objective: This study aimed to determine the correlation between the length of the radius bone with body height of Bataknese student, lecturer, and staff at Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Method: This research was an analytic study with cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was 72 students and employees of Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan, consist of 27 Bataknese men and 45 Bataknese women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Data analysis was done by univariate method to describe the characteristics of the subjects, normality test used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and bivariate analysis used the Pearson and Spearman tests to obtain the correlation between the radius bone length and body height. Results: The results of the study by sex, both men and women have a strong correlation value. Men have a correlation strength with r = 0.746 (p>0.05) and women have a correlation strength with r = 0.789 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is a strong correlation between the length of the radius bone with body height of Bataknese students at Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

Work discipline can improve company progress. This study aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bridgestone Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency.This research is a quantitativestudy using all employees as the sample. Data collection techniques is done by distributing questionnaires, observation,and documentation.The results of the data were obtained by using SPSS, the data were tested by validity test, reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, normality test, and simple linear analysis. From the research results, there is a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance where the magnitude of the influence of the discipline variable is 51.6% while the remaining 48.4 % is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as work environment variables, leadership style,and others.Keywords: Disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

In an effort to achieve a success, then the satisfaction of organizational communication is a very important factor, it ‘caused communication satisfaction is the result of a number of processes that are internal and external.Employees is one of the most important assets who participate in helping in the achievement effortof organizational goals that is realization of the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, good cooperation between the organization and all employees are indispensable so that common goals can be realized. This research aims to find the influence of communication organizational satisfaction to employees performance in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city. This research uses quantitative research, the method used in this research is survey method. In this research, researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Sample in this study is all civil servants in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city numbered as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression test, obtained constant values from the regression variable employees performance that is equal 26,603. While the regression coefficient of the variable communication organization satisfaction is positive that is equal 0,462. This means that the variable communication organization satisfaction have a positive influence on variable employees performance that is equal 0,462. Based on t-test result, obtained t value of 3,874, greater than the table value of 2,034. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0rejected. This mean that the amount of significant influence among the variables communication organization satisfaction to employees performance of 31,3% while the rest 68,7% influenced by other variable.

Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. After analyzing the data obtained from the respondents, the researcher concludes that job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Erlangga Publisher, Samarinda Branch.

Interpersonal teacher behaviour is behaviors that specifically relate to how teachers interact with their students on a personal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ perceptions of interpersonal teacher behaviour with students’ biology outcomes. The research was conducted in January-June 2015 at the 13 Jakarta Senior High School. The method used was descriptive correlational method. The data of students’ perceptions of interpersonal teacher behaviour is colected with the Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI). Sampling was done by using Simple Random Sampling. The sample consisted of 85 students. The data tested by normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (α = 0.05) and test homogeneity using Bartlett’s test at α = 0.05. The result showed that the data was normally distributed and homogen. The regression model is Ŷ = -85.53 + 0.96X. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0.76, which means there is a positive relationship between Students’ Perceptions of Interpersonal Teacher Behaviour with Students’ Biology Outcomes. In brief, teachers interpersonal has to be improved for getting great students learning outcome.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Data mining is the extraction of prospective valuable information from large chunk of data through the employment of many different data mining techniques. The usefulness of data mining coupled with the huge data generated in scholastic settings has made it an interesting field of research known as Educational Data Mining (EDM). The intent of EDM is to derive understanding from hidden patterns in data collected from institutions of learning to aid in identifying issues that influence students’ scholastic accomplishment, to solution of which will lead to improvement in accomplishment. Because scholastic achievement is dependent on several issues, it is essential to develop predictive models on students’ academic performance. This study’s objective, therefore, is to acquire an insight into performance through knowledge discovery by the use of simple linear regression in order to build a predictive model capable of predicting students’ grades to give a general overview of students’ performance in the WASSCE, and help improve students’ performance. In accomplishing the set objective for which the study was carried out, that is to predict the possible outcome of students in WASSCE, a widely sampled study was applied in undertaking the study (Quantitative research).

A family has a great influence on children's emotional patterns because the family is the first social group for children to learn and express themselves as human beings in a social interaction with their groups. The background of this study is the problem of adolescent emotional maturity attainment. Subjects in this study were devided into two groups which overall are 121 adolescents aged between 16 and 20 years old. This study uses simple random sampling technique with predetermined characteristics and scale of emotional maturity as an instrument. Test the assumptions used in this study are normality test using one sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test technique and homogeneity test using homogenity of variance test technique. The normality test shows the value of adolescents of complete families is 0,789 and the value of adolescents of single parent families is 0,982. Significance value >0.05, then the variable of emotional maturity is declared normally. Homogenity test shows the value is 0,499. Significance value >0,05, then the variable of emotional maturity is declared homogeneous. Results of this study shown that adolescent emotional maturity of single parent families has a mean of 148,71 emotional maturity that is higher than a mean of the emotional maturity of a complete family of 143,77. Based on analysis data using t-test known that the significance value is 0,013 (p >0.05), the result shows that the study hypothesis is accepted. It is concluded that there is difference of emotional maturity among adolescents influenced by their different family structures.Abstrak: Keluarga memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap pola emosi anak karena keluarga merupakan kelompok sosial pertama untuk anak belajar dan menyatakan diri sebagai manusia sosial. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kematangan emosi remaja ditinjau dari struktur keluarga, yaitu keluarga lengkap dan keluarga dengan orang tua tunggal (single parent). Peneliti menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah dua kelompok yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 121 sampel dengan rentang usia 16-20 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kematangan emosi. Uji asumsi menggunakan uji normalitas menggunakan teknik one sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test dan uji homogenitas menggunakan teknik test of homogenity of variance. Diketahui bahwa uji normalitas remaja dari keluarga lengkap sebesar 0,789, dan pada remaja dari keluarga single parent sebesar 0,982. Nilai signifikansi >0,05, maka variabel kematangan emosi dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Diketahui bahwa uji homogenitas dengan nilai sebesar 0,499. Nilai signifikansi >0,05, maka variabel kematangan emosi dinyatakan homogen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kematangan emosi remaja dari keluarga single parent memiliki rata-rata skor kematangan emosi 148,71 yang lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata skor kematangan emosi keluarga lengkap yang sebesar 143,77. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji-t, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013 (p >0,05) yang menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian diterima sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kematangan emosi remaja ditinjau dari struktur keluarga.
