The purpose of this study was determine the effect of self efficacy on work readiness of vocational students. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of the 11th grade of the all department at SMK Al Ghazaly as many as 90 students. The population is limited less than 100, all subjects in this study were used as research samples This research use descriptive and verificative methods. The sample of the Analytical techniques used are simple linear regression. Normality test uses the Kolmogorov-smirnov test and simple linear regression. All data calculation using IBM SPSS v. 25 for Windows. The result showed that self efficacy effect toward work readiness The magnitude of the influence of self efficacy against the results of work readiness by 0,275 (27,5%) while the remaining 0,725 (72,5%) is affected by other factors.

Pandemic covid-19 has surprised people all over the world. It happen suddenly and give many impacts to all aspects of human’s life including education in Indonesia. Since, the minister of education and culture stated that all he activity of teaching and learning should be done at home by online learning, then it gives some positive and negative impact. The negative impacts are; not all teachers, studemts, or parents have a facility to access internet, nor use IT well, for example theachers who are old or students of pre school still need their parents’ help. Then, not all parent can earn money to buy internet quota.  Moreover, the positives impacts are; the students become familiar to use IT and it is safe for them to avoid covid-19 outbreak by studying at home.

Besides that, school is also a product where humans are educated and nurtured to become smart, productive, and qualifield human beings. The main purpose of education is to help students develop every potential that exsists in them so that they can become human beings who are balanced between their personal and social lives.  The quality of student education outcomes can be determined by many factors, one of the most important is student motivation. Student motivation to learn greatly determines the success achieved by these student. Student who have high learning motivation will be able to achieve high learning achievement as well, but conversely, stuydent who have low motivation tend to get low learning achievement as well and will experience higher learning disabilities. To help increase a student’s motivation to learn, it is necessary to know the level of student motivation to learn. The phenomenon in the field shows that the level of student learning motivation is very important to know so that it can help these student to improve it, this is known after the researcher conducted interviews with supervisors at the school, according to the supervisor some students in the school had low motivation. To actively participate in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Student motivation in this study is related to motivation, driving, change, and goals of motivation it self. The school that was taken as the research location was MI I’anatusshibyan 02 Parung. The students referred to in this study were all students of MI I’anatusshibyan 02 Parung.

Most students carry out formal communication such as presenting assignments or expressing opinions in formal forums and there is anxiety about public speaking in their implementation. Virtual reality based on cognitive behavior therapy (VR-CBT) is one of the psychological interventions that can be applied in this study with the aim of reducing the level of anxiety in public speaking. The public speaking anxiety scale, TMAS, and psychological tests were used as measures to determine the subject's anxiety level. Collecting data using observation and interviews with subjects and related parties. This research design uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach (case study). This study consisted of one subject who was a 20 year old sixth semester student. The VR CBT consisted of 10 sessions (+60 minutes / session). The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the subject's public speaking anxiety level decreased. That is, VR CBT is effective in reducing the level of public speaking anxiety.

This study aims to increase the activeness of science learning of fourth grade students at SDIT Al Uswah using puzzle media. The use of puzzle media in Natural Science subjects as a solution to increase the learning activity of fourth grade students at SDIT Al Uswah Pamekasan. In the implementation of the improvement plan in cycle 1, it failed, namely when students answered questions from the teacher without learning media, some students experienced difficulties. From 18 students in class 4B SDIT Al Uswah Pamekasan obtained data that 5 students or equivalent to 27.78% can complete their assignments well while 13 students or equivalent to 72.22% of poor work results, with a KKM of 70. Learning It is said to be successful if the class average reaches at least 85%. There were 5 students or 27.78% of Natural Science learning active in cycle 1, while in cycle 2 there were 16 students or 88.89% who succeeded from 18 students overall. This shows that there is an increase in students who complete the KKM 70. Thus, the use of puzzle media in the animal life cycle material for science subjects is very appropriate for fourth grade students of SDIT Al Uswah Pamekasan.

With so many tasks that must be completed cultivated fields by teachers Guidance and Counseling which consists of four fields, eleven types of services, and six support units. The teacher then Guidance and Counseling feel overwhelmed and unable to complete the task becomes all areas mandate, particularly in data collection and usage instrumentation applications. Unfinished inability to complete all the administrative tasks of the Guidance and Counseling  teacher, now coupled with new task field known as Direction Specialisation, which according to teachers Guidance and Counseling " jobs that seem more time-consuming, and difficult to resolve in a short time ". So that guidance and counseling teacher performance was not optimal. In this research method is discussed about the development, stages, testing, and analysis products. To obtain the necessary data , the researchers chose 20 people teachers Guidance and Counseling are incorporated in MGBK (Musyawarah Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling ; Deliberation Teacher Guidance and counseling) Pamekasan as test subjects with treatment instrumentation applications utilizing the data direction of specialization. With this treatment were then given a questionnaire to determine the performance associated with speed and ease before and after using the instrumentation application of data toward specialization From the results of this development was obtained performance without using a program based on the pace of work = 38 : 80 = 0.475 or 47.5 % of the expected criteria. From the aspects of ease in working = 38 : 80 = 0.475 or 47.5 % of the expected criteria. While using the application program instrumentation toward specialization junior learners views on aspects of the system working speed = 66 : 80 = 0.825 or 82.5 % of that expected. Ease in working = 65 : 80 = 0.8125 or 81.25 % of the expected. For the lowest working system is the convenience aspect, which reached 81.25 % of the expected.  From the calculation we can conclude the difference between a working system without and with using the program. So that the application program instrumentation specialization direction data can be harnessed and used by teachers Guidance and Counseling in Pamekasan to improve performance in the implementation of the service. Suggestions can be submitted to the user program the data instrumentation applications, especially towards specialization learners in making its recommendation sheet, to be able to properly and optimally utilize it possible to increase the performance of services to students of teaching.

One of the important problems faced by Al-Qur'an teachers is overcoming the disorderly students during the teaching and learning process and overcoming the irregularity of the Koran. In order for Al-Qur'an learning activities to run smoothly, many solutions are used, namely methods. In this case the researcher wants to reveal a method of reading the Koran, namely the tilawati method. The purpose of this study was to determine the students 'ability to read the Koran, the application of the tilawati method, supporting and inhibiting factors and to determine the results of students' ability to read the Koran after the implementation of the tilawati method at SDIT Bintang Tangerang Selatan. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This research took place at SDIT Bintang Serpong Utara, South Tangerang. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers, staff and employees of SDIT Bintang. The data collection techniques by interview, observation, documentation and triangulation. The analysis technique used is data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the implementation of Al-Qur'an learning using the tilawati method at SDIT Bintang has gone well in accordance with the tilawati method learning guidelines. The learning outcomes prioritize the improvement in students' reading ability of the Al-Qur'an, with stages namely learning targets, learning process, material and learning evaluation. Then the results of learning Al-Qur'an using the tilawati method are very good so that children get their own pleasure in the learning process and improve much better, this can be seen from the results of the assessment or munaqosyah that have been implemented.

The position of morals in human life occupies a very important place, because whether an individual or a society is bad or bad depends on how good they are. Moral education in the family is carried out with examples and examples from parents. The behavior and manners of people in the social relationship between mother and father, the treatment of parents towards their children, and the treatment of parents towards other people in the family and community circles will be role models for children. So the child's moral education begins with the education provided by both parents, because the child will imitate the behavior of his parents. If the parents exemplify good behavior, then the child will be good, but on the contrary, if the parents do not reflect good morals, how will they provide good moral education to their children. This study aims to describe how the moral education of adolescents in the family in Kandang Village, Mekarwangi Village RT 04 RW 02 Cisauk Tangerang. Through a phenomenological approach with this qualitative type, it tries to examine more deeply the application of adolescent moral education in families in Mekarwangi village. Research results The results showed that parents in Mekarwangi village have been carried out well, it can be seen from the role of parents as the main mentors who have to teach about morals, so that teenagers will get used to good morals, habituation to adolescents, provide examples. firstly to adolescents also advise children to continue to behave in a moral way. The conclusion is that the moral education of adolescents in the family in Mekarwangi Village RT 04/02 has been carried out well, this can be seen from the parents who have applied morals towards the family, especially for their children. And parents provide good teaching and examples to their children.

This article aims to explain the concept of strengthening self-efficacy in individuals who experience personal introverts through a community approach. The offer of the concept of activities designed by the supervisor by reaching out to intellectual, humanist and religiosity activities by emphasizing three main aspects of the individual namely cognitive, effective and psychomotor. Whereas in self-efficacy, increasing activities are needed: positive experiences (Mastery experience), other people's experiences (Vicarious experience), verbal persuasion and physiological and emotional states. The Covid-19 outbreak provided surprises and also provided challenges for various educational institutions, including universities. The government has banned universities from conducting face-to-face lectures. The government has issued a policy for implementing temporary courses online (Ministry of Education and Culture Dikti Circular No.1 2020). All universities are required to be able to conduct online or online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for UAD Wates. This research method uses descriptive analysis method through a survey with a google form questionnaire which is conducted online. The sample in this study were students of UAD Wates class of 2017, 2018, and 2020. The respondents in this study were 15 respondents. The effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for students at UAD Wates was quite effective in preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. However, the results of the study also show that online lectures have not been running effectively, because there are still lecturers who do not conduct online lectures. The learning method used is still dominant with assigning assignments to students so that many students are overwhelmed in doing coursework.
