Ayurveda is an ancient science of life. It has its own basic concepts like Dosha, Dhatu, Mala, Agni etc. Ama is also one of them. It plays a major role in Dhatu (Dosha, Dhatu, Mala) Vaishmya (vitiation) and production of various diseases in the body. According to Ayurveda Mandagni (hypofunctioning of digestive fire) is the basic cause of all diseases. Ama is considered as Apakwa Ahara Rasa (unripe, undigested or partially digested food) which is pro- duced due to Mandagni. Further it circulates all over the body through Srotas (channel of circulation) causes Sroto- vaigunya (vitiation in channel of circulation) and plays a major role in manifestation of various diseases. Dosha, Dhatu and mala vitiated by Ama are known as Sama Dosha, Sama Dushya and Sama Mala. If the treatment principle of disease is planned by understanding the concept of Sama and Niram, it would give a better result. Ayurveda is a science that has been around for thousands of years and has proven to be beneficial to humans. Ayurveda is based on the tridosha theory. Vata, one of three doshas, plays an essential and major part in both healthy and unhealthy conditions, according to acharya sushruta dosha, dhatu and mala maintain our body. There are five types of vata- prana, udan, samana, vyan and apaan vayu. Among these five doshas samana vayu is situated near jatharagni and circulate all over the GIT tract. It helps in the division of essence and waste products, as well as the movement of the gastrointestinal tract, by stimulating the agni. In the body, jatharagni takes the form of pachak pitta, one of the pitta subtypes. Agnimandhya is responsible for all diseases, as we all know. The fire is fueled by samana vayu, who keeps it balanced. As a result, samana vayu might be regarded to play a specialized role in digestion. All of the samana vayu's functions can be compared to the physiological functions of the enteric nervous system and the sympathetic and parasympathetic supply of the Autonomic nervous system to the gastrointestinal tract. The future of medicine belongs to immunology and alergology. I tried to not be too wide in description, but on the other hand to mention the most important concepts of alergology to make access to these diseases more understandable, logical and more useful for our patients, that without complex pathophysiology and mechanism of immune reaction,we gain some basic insight into immunological principles. The name allergy to medicine was introduced by Pirquet in 1906, and is of Greek origin (allos-other + ergon-act; different reaction), essentially representing the reaction of an organism to a substance that has already been in contact with it, and manifested as a specific response thatmanifests as either a heightened reaction, a hypersensitivity, or as a reduced reaction immunity. Synonyms for hypersensitivity are: altered reactivity, reaction, hypersensitivity. The word sensitization comes from the Latin (sensibilitas, atis, f.), which means sensibility,sensitivity, and has retained that meaning in medical vocabulary, while in immunology and allergology this term implies the creation of hypersensitivity to an antigen. Antigen comes from the Greek words, anti-anti + genos-genus, the opposite, anti-substance substance that causes the body to produce antibodies.

Background: Postpartum is an important phase of life after childbirth. It needs to be highly important as in terms of health in future life. This time brings lots of complications with it. Lots of aspects need to be looked after as the care of the new mom is essential to bring back her stamina and strength. Objective: The objective of this review article is to explore the heeding power hidden in nature for returning back to the mothers to the pre-pregnancy state. There are various areas of concern after postpartum to heal up the body overall, such as to heal up the uterus, providing galactagogues, nutritives, maintenance of hormones and restoring back the strength and tone of the abdomen. Materials and Methods: A literature search has been done on the various herbs, which fulfill the various desired aspects to be looked after post pregnancy. Results: There are various herbs present in nature, regarding their hidden potential still the awareness is not up to the mark. This review highlights the various plants which have been proven to be useful in dealing the post-pregnancy issues. They deal with all the aspects of complications and issues occurring post pregnancy. They heal the uterus which has undergone so many types of changes, maintains the balance of hormones back, besides providing nutrition and increasing the production of milk, they also restore back the tone and strength of the walls of the abdomen. Conclusion: These herbs are full-fledged with the phytoconstituents that heal the whole system after delivery. The need of present time is to take patiently these as the source of medicines regularly under medical supervision to overcome the various concerned problems of post pregnancy.

The concept of Srotas and Srotodushti Lakshana has been very scientifically explained in the various context of Ayurveda literature. Detailed Srotas and Srotodushti Lakshana are according to Charaka Samhita Vimansthana assessment of Srotodushti Lakshana can be done by Pratyksha Pramana and in detail explanation. The Srotas play an important role in physiology and the pathogenesis of diseases in normal state; they regulate the physiolo- gy of the body and maintain the anatomical structures of dhatus. The influences of aetiology factors on Srotas can affect pathological manifestations. Considering this fact present study explores various aspects related to the Sro- tas, Srotodushti and Srotodushti Lakshana. Objectives-To assessment of Srotodushti Lakshana in Artavavaha Srotas through Clinical, biochemical, and radiological examination in Artavavaha Srotas. Methodology -The study was conducted under two headings, conceptual and survey study. Conceptual study all the concerned litera- ture were referred and analysed and for survey study, the Artvavaha Sroto Vikara observed and survey through face-face interview. -Hence it is concluded that the knowledge of Srotas is not only used in learning about the anatomy of the transport system of the body but also to understand their physiology and pathology. Aam is an important concept described by Ayurvedic Acharyas which is responsible for many diseases. According to Ayurvedic point of view, all diseases are originated from aamdosh, vitiation of Agni i.e malfunction of Agni produces Aam. Aam is unripe, undigested food which is caused due to Agnimandya. Agnimandya produces aam and viceversa. We all know that all diseases are caused due to Agnimandya. Therefore as agnimandya and aam are the causative factors of each other, aam is the root cause of all diseases. Hence aam and agnimandya plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Nowadays due to lack of exercise, unhygienic and unhealthy diet, incapability to obey the rules of sound body maintenance and increasing pollution results in agnimandya and aam production in the body and decrease in immunity resulting into various diseases. The concept of aam is the most important fundamental principal of Ayurveda in understanding the physio- pathology of the disease.

Ayurveda explains that our health is dependent not only on what we eat, but also on how we digest. The most vitamin-fortied diet or healthy food is considered unhealthy if our body isn't able to properly digest, absorb, and assimilate the food. Acc. to ayurvedic classics “Sarve Roga Api Mandagni” means all diseases in the body are caused due to mandagni (due to improper functioning of agni). In other words, the proper function of agni is important for strong vyadhikshamatva shakti (immunity) or bala Agni plays an important role in digestion of food. Mandagni leads to Ama formation which is the root cause of Roga. Utpatti. There are so many diseases originating because of Ama which are grouped under Ampradoshaja Vikara. Deepana and Pachana are considered under the heading of Shamanaushadhis. It is the rst line of treatment selected in order to overcome Ampradoshaja Vikaras. Thus, the treatment is mainly targeted towards the Agni thereby correcting the Ama. Deepana and Pachana are aimed in correcting the Agni which further helps in the proper digestion of Sneha and proper mobilization of dosha from shakha to kostha

Ayurveda is one of the most ancient medical science in the world. Ayurveda is known as the science of life. It is not only medical science, but it is also a way of life. In Ayurvedic literature many Aacharyas (Sage) like Atreya Punarvashu,Dhanvantari,Sushruta,Charaka,Vagbhata and other commentators of samhitas (Ancient iterature) have made, its importance the knowledge of Sharir (body) to have undoubtedly for the sake of knowledge. In Ayurveda, Rachana sharir is a very important part of this science to make a person a good physician or a good surgeon. In Rachana Sharir, Marma sharir is very important topic. By knowing this, a person may become a good physician or surgeon. Marma sharir and its practical application are very important during surgery and to understand the injury at marma site, their prognosis and possible prevention is necessary. In Ayurveda, the term Tvak, Twacha and Charma are frequently used to denote the skin. Tvak is described as the organ which covers the external surface of the entire body. Tvak and its related diseases have great importance because these are easily noticeable. It is the first part of the body that is in direct contact with any harmful sub- stances or infective microorganisms. It protects the internal structures of the body from injury or infections and regulates the temperature of the body. Skin is also the beauty of a human being. Therefore, it should be protected from any abnormal conditions. Ayurveda Acharyas have described Tvak many years ago. They explained each layer of Tvak in meaningful sequences, its related diseases and measurement of each layer. They also explained that it maintains the normal colour of individuals and conveys the sensation of touch. Some topics of Ayurveda are easy to understand, and some topics become easy if we study along with modern science. So, for a proper un- derstanding of the concept of Tvak, it is very essential to correlate it with modern science and elaborate according to the modern era. <p><em>Balinese comes in contact with 3 ideologic concepts such as: Tattwa (philosophy), Susila (behaviour), and Upacara (ritual). Those basic concepts will integrate and realize each other in Yadnya practices. There are 2 forms of Yadnya, such as Sekala and Niskala. Sekala is sacrifice by doing. While Niskala is sacrifice through offering to God with prabhavan.Yadnya requires infrastuctures symbolically, which is implemented through ritual. Ngaben Matuun is Yadnya which is included in Pitra Yadnya as a sacrifaction for pitara.</em></p><p><em>Symbolic communication aspects in ngaben matuun will be investigated through relevant aspects of communication in that ritual, such as intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, body symbol meaning, perpetuation meaning, social adaptation meaning,offerings symbolic meaning, palmyra palm leaves meaning in Kunduh meaning.</em></p><p><em>Ngaben ritual process is started by hitting kentongan 5 times, bathing the dead body using cendana water, corpse bathing ritual, pangerigkesan, buried. Matuun has some steps, such as mapekeling, nanceb salon, mapekeling ngaturang pelabaan, the main steps is ental burning and kunduh burying.</em></p><p><em>Ngaben ritual purpose is to bring unsure back to Panca Maha Butha and atma to pitara by breaking the relation with the body. The unsure will be back to Panca Maha Butha quicker through pengabenan. Through pengabenan, Balinese people believe that it can bring unsure back to Panca Maha Butha as well as doing child obligation for parents. Ngaben ritual has many functions, such as religious function, obligation function, social economical function, ethical function, and esthetical function.</em></p>

In this paper, the progress in nonlinear dynamics of gear driven systems in the past twenty years is reviewed, especially the gear dynamic behavior, by considering the backlash and time-varying mesh stiffness of teeth. The basic concepts, the mathematical models and the solving methods for the non-linear dynamics of geared systems are then reviewed. The critical issues for further research on the nonlinear vibration in gear transmission systems are also discussed. There are 204 references cited in this review article.
