The growing number of fast-food restaurants, which allow businesses to compete with one another to meet their business goals and to provide good quality services so that they can provide individual satisfaction for their consumers. The study was intended to identify the effects of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the consumer satisfaction of the KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.The analysis tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollity test, linear regression test, t-test (partial trials), f-test (simultaneous tests) and coefficiencies tests using version SPSS22. The data used is primary data collected through the questionnaires’ method of disseminating the 100 consumer KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.Research suggests that partial evidence, reliability responsiveness can significantly affect consumer satisfaction while partial assurance and empathy do not significantly affect consumer satisfaction. And simultaneously physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect significantly the consumer satisfaction of the KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.

News about environmental issues have led many companies and fast food restaurants like KFC started the Public Relations campaign movement with the theme #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT which was done simultaneously in all of their outlets in Indonesia. KFC Raden Inten becomes case in study. This study aims to determine the influence of the Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT will influence consumer participation in KFC Raden Inten. This research uses stimulus- respons (S-R) theory and participation concept which can be interpreted as taking part or taking a role in activities or activities. The author uses this theory because I want to know how much consumer participation is influenced by Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT of KFC. Participation is divided into two categories, direct participation and indirect participation. In this study, researchers used quantitative research with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and questionnaire filling as part of the survey. Researchers used a survei method using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, F test and R2 test. Based on the data processing carried out, this study obtained the result that the relationship between the Public Relations campaign variables and consumer participation had a positive and significant influence.   Keywords: Public Relations Campaign, Consumer Participation, Consumer Attitude

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of reinventing policy, tax officer services, and tax penalties on tax compliance in KPP Pratama Jakarta Cengkareng. Primary data are collected through questionnaires dissemination to tax payers at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cengkareng. The population is all registered taxpayer in KPP Pratama Jakarta Cengkareng. The number of sample are 94 respondents. The purposive sampling method is used to select the sample. The data analysis are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, the coefficient determination analysis (adj.R2), simultaneous regression test (F test), and partial regression test (t test). Based on the data analysis, the results show the reinventing policy does not have significant effect on tax compliance, while tax officer services and tax penalties have significant effect on tax compliance.

Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. This research explains the problem whether the used of zakat funds against Badan Amil Zakat and Lembaga Amil Zakat in Yogyakarta have effect toward society empowerment. This research aim is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of using zakat fund in Badan Amil Zakat and Lembaga Amil Zakat in Yogyakarta. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Whereas, the method used to gather data is interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and regression test. The result of this research were processed usig SPSS program version 16 for windows indicate the effect of using zakat funds towards society empowerment. It obtained Y =20,089 + 1,294 Y as regression equation. Based on regression equation, the independent variable will change 1,294 for each change in unit of independent variable. In the conclusion, the variable of used zakat fund has an effect toward society empowerment.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Pelalawan District Education Office. With the aim of research to find out. In the field of education and education. The population in this study were all civil servants at the district level, while the sample in this study amounted to 95 honorary employees. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test and determination coefficient test. While hypothesis testing uses t test. The result of the research is that these variables give very positive and significant results to tcount values ​​of 10,340> t table 1,985 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05. In simple linear regression, the equation Y = 15,223 + 0,843X is obtained. Whereas in the test the determination coefficient of R square value is 0.535, this means that the variable work motivation (X) contributes to the working spirit of the employees of the Education Office of Pelalawan Regency by 53.50%. Keyword: Motivation, Work Spirit ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 95 pegawai honorer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 10,340 > ttabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pada regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan Y=15,223 + 0,843X. Sedangkan pada uji Koefisien determinasi nilai R square sebesar 0,535, hal ini berarti variabel motivasi kerja (X) memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pelalawan sebesar 53,50% Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Semangat Kerja

In today's world, the fast-food restaurant has become a popular sort of eatery. The fast-food industry's expansion is always changing in response to customer requests in order to meet their needs. As a result, clients have a wide range of fast-food restaurants to choose from in order to satiate their hunger. Clients' contentment with restaurants will influence not just the image of the establishments, but also the services offered by their employees as they strive to entertain and deliver the best possible service to their paying customers. However, the competition between the restaurants have caused certain restaurants to gain lower profits as the customers’ satisfaction is not fulfilled for certain factors. Price, food quality, service quality, restaurant atmosphere, promotion, customer expectations, and brand are all elements to consider. This study was conducted to analyse the importance of factors in customer satisfaction in a fast-food restaurant in Perlis. In this study, the method applied is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to rank the factors that have a high impact on customer satisfaction. The selected fast-food restaurants were McDonald (McD), Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Pizza Hut, Domino’s Pizza, Marrybrown, and Subway. The primary data collected through the questionnaire were analysed by experts, the manager of the fast-food restaurant selected. The findings show that in a fast-food restaurant, the quality of service with 0.2188 of normalized weight is the most important factor in customer satisfaction, and the price with 0.0436 of normalized weight is the least significant. The role of the manager and the staffs were thus evidently more important in customer satisfaction than the price offered.

This research aims to analyze the impact of quality of the service upon customer satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. The questionniares have been distributed to 100 respondents. Type of the research is descriptive and verificative one. The questionnaire has applied validity test, reliability test and classics assumption. Likert scale has been used before applying multiple regression test to see the effect of five independent variables upon one dependent variable. The result has indicated that simultaneously and partially quality service (physical evidence, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness and guarantee) has positively and significantly affected the Customers satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation Against Performance Employees Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Mentawai Islands District. This study is a census. The data used are primary data by taking sample of 79 (seventy nine) respondents. This research uses analytical tools such as validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study illustrate that all variables have an effect on employee performance except the compensation variable. The results can be described by the equation Y = 12.752 + 0.248X1 + 0.396X2 + 0.051 X3, where X1 = Work Motivation, X2 = Competence, and X3 = Compensation. This means that the constant of 12.752 states that factors other than the variables X1, X2, and X3 that affect employee performance of 12,752. Work Motivation coefficient of 0.248 states that if the variable X1 added one unit will add the effect of employee performance of 0.248 with the assumption that the competence and compensation variables are constant. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.396 is that if the variable X2 increases one unit will increase the employee performance by 0.396 with the assumption that the variable of work motivation and compensation is constant. Furthermore, with X3 regression coefficient of 0.051. This means that with other factors considered constant, the effect of compensation is less than that of work motivation and competence.

Changes in technology make tourists more intelligent, aware and technology literate on the tourism sector, making competition very fierce so that it requires new breakthroughs to survive.  This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods.  The aim of this research is to determine the development of a tourism village by using the concept of smart tourism through the empowerment of the Pujo Rahayu village community. The data was obtained through literature review from various journal articles and questionnaires, as a comparison material.  The sample used is local people, tourism awareness groups and tourists as many as 98 people, by using a purposive technique.  The analysis used includes data validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedacity test, autocorrelation test, t test, and F test.  The results of the research show that the development of tourism village by using smart tourism concept through the empowerment of community competence is a solution for the development of a village.  In addition, the application of the concept of smart tourism creates a good tourism experience, community welfare, increases effectiveness - competitiveness - of business goals and leads to overall competitive sustainability.   Abstrak: Perubahan teknologi membuat wisatawan semakin cerdas, sadar dan melek teknologi, dari bidang pariwisata membuat persaingan yang sangat ketat sehingga memerlukan terobosan baru guna bertahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengembangan desa wisata berkonsep smart tourism melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat desa Pujo Rahayu, data diperoleh melalui melalui kajian literatur dari berbagai artikel jurnal, kuesioner, sebagai bahan perbandingan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat lokal, kelompok sadar wisata, wisatawan sebanyak 98 orang dengan teknik purposive. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas data, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji liniearitas, uji homogenitas, analisis regresi berganda, multikolinieritas, uji heteroskadasitas, uji otokorelasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata berkonsep smart tourism melalui pengembangan kompetensi masyarakat merupakah solusi bagi perkembangan sebuah desa. Selain itu pengaplikasian konsep smart tourism membuat sebuah pengalaman wisata yang baik, kesejahteraan masyarakat, meningkatkan efektifitas – daya saing – tujuan bisnis serta mengarah pada keberlanjutan yang kompetitif secara keseluruhan.

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.
