Migraine is the second leading cause of maladjustment, and the burden of migraine is determined by its impact on work ability, social activity and family relationships. Objective: to identify the patterns of behavior of Russian patients with migraine, factors affecting their quality of life, and the level of awareness of the disease based on a semantic analysis of messages in Web 2.0.Patients and methods. The study is based on the results of semantic processing (automated analysis of natural language texts, taking into account their meaning) of anonymized messages from 6566 unique authors (patients and their relatives) from social networks and forums (over 73 thousand messages over 10 years, 2010–2020). In addition, the study was carried out exclusively according to the data indicated in the messages. In this regard, complete data for several parameters was not available for analysis. No personal data about the authors of the messages was collected or used. The sex was determined based on the text of the analyzed message. For the study, only open data from the Internet from social networks and forums was used. Results and discussion. A landscape of problems of persons complaining of migraine issues was formed. Factors affecting the quality of life were grouped into four main groups (“Lifestyle restrictions by triggers of migraine attacks”, “Loss of opportunity to work”, “Serious psychological problems”, “Family planning issues”); additional, rarer, but acute problems were also identified. The analyzed messages show that the average number of days with migraines is 9.4 per month; 21.8% of patients report daily migraines. Moreover, most patients have been suffering from attacks for 10 years or more, and 9% of patients – for 30 years or more. The analysis of diagnostic patterns showed that in most cases, patients independently resorted to additional examination methods, while only 13.1% of patients had experience of adequate preventive therapy.Conclusion. The study demonstrated the presence of a wide range of unmet needs, quality of life problems both in patients themselves and their caregivers, as well as a significant social and economic burden of this disease (including a long-term burden on the economy, which can be used as arguments for reimbursing the cost of migraine therapy) based on the text messages on migraine in open sources on the Internet.

Social networks are a way of creating a virtual identity and entering into relationships with strangers in a series of interactions that were not known to a man before the existence of the Internet. Mobile phones and the virtual world often create a personality of a person that is not the same in the real world. It can be said that technology has changed the course of humanity and human consciousness and contributed to many changes in the mentality of society, especially among the youth. Children are often overwhelmed by materialism and jealousy, which further encourages them to become an unconscious, immoral and unambitious population. One of the negative effects of social networks is the abuse of privacy, which is also becoming a growing problem everywhere in the world and should not be ignored. However, a positive attitude should be maintained when it comes to social networks, because they facilitate communication, access to information and learning, greater availability of services and free advertising of some products or services. High school students use the Internet intensively every day, and the work raises the question of whether they use it constructively or destructively. The research was conducted in 2019, the population of high school students was observed and 100 students were included on the territory of Belgrade, Niš and Vitina.

The article is devoted to the analysis of social networks, the role of which is constantly growing in the context of the digitalization of the economy. The Internet has become an important prerequisite for their spread. If at the beginning of 1990, even in the most developed countries, less than 1% of the population used the Internet, then by 2020 the level of its prevalence in North America and Western Europe exceeded 90%, and in the countries of East, Southeast and West Asia, and Latin America has exceeded 2/3. We live in a rapidly changing world, when the number of active Internet users exceeded 4.66 billion people in early 2021. The speed of obtaining information is currently an important factor in economic activity. Therefore, contacts are growing rapidly, which is reflected in e-mail, which has become an integral part of modern life, pushing far back other forms of communication (newspapers, mail, telegraph, etc.). The rapid acceleration of conflicting information increases the risk of decision-making, many of which must be made in the face of uncertainty. With the growth of social networks, the density of contacts increases and the importance of a fuller use of network benefits increases. Not only is the number of participants changing, but so is the quantity and quality of the most popular websites. Citizens of modern states are more informed than their previous generations. Conducting an electoral system under such conditions turns out to be a task with many unknowns. In these conditions, voting manipulation takes on new features, which were clearly manifested during the American presidential campaigns in the United States in 2008, 2012, 2016. In addition, opportunities are being created to improve the quality of public finance management by increasing the openness of budgeting at the federal and regional levels, that is, the actual implementation of the Vernon Smith auction in practice, which will be an important step in the formation of a genuine civil society.

In the age of Web 2.0, generalizing concepts are mainly based on information sharing and user cooperation. The user-centric Internet mode encourages more users to participate in the Internet. However, this mode causes the flooding of social networks with low-quality information. Thus, identifying trusted information in online social networks (OSNs) so as to enable the Internet to serve humans better has gradually become a research hotspot. However, most studies evaluate the quality of user-created content or discriminate reliable users in isolation. These results are specific to particular social networks and lack generality. Intuitively, reliable content and users are closely related. In this study, the authors attempt to combine these two types of reliable data by separately identifying reliable posts and users in a social network. Posts and users are found to improve each other based on the preliminary identification results. To deal with imbalanced data, an algorithm that combines oversampling and undersampling is used to build balanced data. An ensemble classifier is adopted for data classification. Experiments show that the proposed framework is both effective and efficient for most types of OSNs. The contributions of this study are two-fold: (i) a framework combining user-created content and reliable user recognition is proposed, and (ii) an ensemble classifier is built for use in data classification.

The article reveals the positive and negative aspects of the development of domestic guitar education in terms of distance learning. Applying the methods of historical and pedagogical analysis and a systematic approach, the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were analyzed, which considered this area of development of the educational process and scientific works of guitar researchers. It is determined that the standards of higher education in the specialty 025 «Musical Arts» do not specify the quality of computer and software. It has been found that students, teachers, and heads of educational institutions from time to time face the issue of updating computer equipment to implement a quality educational process. It is proved that when using the software «Zoom» or «Skype» for group practical classes, a small error in the work of the Internet can lead to desynchronization in the work of the music group. It is highlighted that professions related to training, individual services, and creativity will remain relevant, as they cannot be replaced by automated systems even with the use of artificial intelligence; «the introduction of distance learning tools in schools is positive, in particular the use of the Microsoft Teams for Education Center, which includes the following options: downloading materials, storing and sharing them; possibility to add electronic textbooks / educational games; placement of announcements, digests for all participants of the educational process», etc.; negative aspects of the development of domestic guitar education in terms of distance learning are the lack of live contact between teacher and student, the inability to visually adjust the performance movements (left and right hand, artistic gestures, etc.); the ability of the mentor to remove the mental and physiological clamp from the performer is lost; slow internet connection speed and low quality of computer components can hinder a quality educational process and others. In terms of distance learning, domestic guitar education has changed the vector of its development. Users of Internet resources became the target audience of performing guitar art, and music education of guitarists received new opportunities for improvement. However, there are still factors that hinder the full implementation of positive changes. We consider the following to be the main ones: the lack of live communication between the teacher and the student, the unstable speed of the Internet connection in some regions of Ukraine and the low quality of computer components among some participants in the educational process.

Any manufacturing company is aimed at selling its products, providing services, increasing production and making a profit. However, in order to retain regular customers, maintain competitiveness and achieve new heights in the market, it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of goods or services, to expand the circle of consumers. Advertising is a creative process that requires very careful organization. With the advent of the Internet, it became possible to distribute advertising not only in the media, but also in social networks, since the latter became the only platform for the exchange of information. That is why construction companies of Kyrgyzstan using the example of Royal Construction are considered in this article from the point of view of their activities in social networks. The university is currently involved in complex processes of open innovation through permanent dialogue with institutions and companies in the economic, social, and political fields. Professors, researchers, students, and other members of the institution take part in these processes. This is a phenomenon that has emerged in today’s network society due to digitalization and globalization. It is therefore essential, in this context of open innovation, to know the behaviors, habits, consumption, or lifestyles of university staff and students to achieve, in the best and most effective way, integration of higher education in this new reality. How we interact and communicate with the surrounding people has transformed with wider access to the Internet and the development of information and communication technologies (ICTs), especially through smartphones and the use of apps and social networks (WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). This digital revolution has reconfigured our interests, dispositions, and social participation. From the university field, knowing the interests of students who access the Internet is of vital importance to guide teaching methodologies, adapt content, facilitate communication processes, develop digital literacy practices, etc. The present research, focused on the Latin American sociocultural space, has a double objective: (GO1) to know which are the issues of most interest and consumption for university students; (GO2) to determine which issues they reject while they surf on the Internet. A quantitative research has been developed (n = 2482) based on the validated questionnaire COBADI®. The topics of greatest interest to the Latin American university students were, in this order: “use of social networks”, “news”, “music”, “education”, “work”, and “videos”. The fact that they put education in fourth place, as students, shows that it is not a high priority in their use of the network. On the opposite side, those that show more rejection are “celebrity journalism”, “online games”, and “pornography”. Among their topics of rejection is also “politics”, which is not prioritized by university students. These topics have been presented in different proportions according to the country analyzed, depending on their specific social and political circumstances, and have experienced a different evolution from 2012 to 2019—the time covered by the study.
