This study aims to see the factors that cause murabahah financing to be non-performing financing. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method using literature study data. The results of the study are the factors that cause Non-performing financing murabahah financing in the Risalatuna Jasa Cooperative in Padang City due to the Risalatuna Jasa Cooperative (internal factors) and the customers themselves (external factors). The Islamic law review of the settlement of Non-performing financing murabahah financing at the Risalatuna LKMS Jasa Cooperative is following the principles of Islamic law, because in handling Non-performing financing, the Cooperative Jasa Risalatuna LKMS takes precedence first, providing facilities and debt relief.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>Medium learning science for early childhood is a tool for exploration and develop scientific values and ability to think logically. Reseach in designed with a qualitative approach. Thi issues to be discussed  between laun (1) How was  the process of implementing independent science learning “Merdeka Belajar” in the early age children at home TK Werdhi Kumara Punggul. (2) Is the tone of chidren aged in the learning era humbled at kindergarten weerdi Kumara Punggul. The aim of this research is to describe learning process, describes the efforts that in the proses teacing of sains at TK Werdi Kumara Punggul. Theory used for analyzing the problem is the constructivist theory of piaget, this research was carried out from Nopember 2020 to February 2021 with research location at TK werdi Kumara Punggul,  Abiansemal, District Badung regency. The research subjects were teachers, children aged 4-5 years which amounted to 5 children. The method used in this  study is qualitative descriptive method. data collection techniques through observation direct  interviews, documentation and literature study data analysis techniques  used analysis and arranged in a description data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions the results of the study sho the process of applying the media learning science “Merdeka Belajar” in earli childhood diera learning at home divided into 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages, with the learning method used namely telling stories, questios and answere.</em></p>

This research is conducted to analyze the internal and external factors of the protagonist’s repentance from Second Act movie written by Justin Zackham And Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas. The internal factors of repentance are self evaluation, self-motivation, self-control, knowledge, regret, hatred towards the sin, and returns to god’s power and will. The external factors of repentance are peer support, social support, intense guidance, and stimulus. It is in accordance to the theory proposed by Fachitiandi. This study uses qualitative descriptive method because the process and the result are accomplished descriptively and the focus goes to the analysis of social phenomena conducted and experienced the main character. Repenteance is not only found in a literary text but also in social reality, therefore this research is important enough for the readers to maintain a good life by avoiding things contrary to social norms. After the analyzing, it is found that internal factors of the Protagonist’s repentance in the movie script are self-evaluation, self-motivation, and knowledge, while, the external factors of the protagonist’s repentance are peer of support and social of support.

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Duo Koto Pasaman. The research objective was to describe students' interest in learning cultural arts (music) in class VII-3 at the school.This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research object was 36 students of class VII-3, with the research instrument being the researcher himself as the main researcher with additional instruments such as observation notes, interview notes and literature study. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.While data analysis is by systematically classifying the data to draw conclusions.The factors that influence students' interest in learning are divided into two, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors in the form of attention, talent, interest and motivation, how to learn. And external factors in the form of family, school, and others. From the results of the research that the researchers observed covering the factors that influence student interest in learning, the results showed that the lack of student interest in learning the art of music at SMP Negeri 3 Duo Koto Pasaman was caused by a lack of strategies and methods used by teachers in the learning process. Teachers are more likely to provide material in the form of theory using the lecture method, so that students feel bored and not enthusiastic in participating in learning the art of music. Meanwhile, learning the art of music requires balanced learning in the form of theory and practice, to increase student interest in learning the art of music.Key words: learning, learning, the art of music, learning process, motivation

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the ability of teachers of the Islamic Morals in preparing the 2013 Curriculum Lesson Plan (RPP) in MTs Negeri Kota Palopo by using descriptive qualitative research methods. The qualitative descriptive method is a method used in research to analyze a problem that occurs and describe it based on data obtained from the results of research in the form of written or oral words of the problem being studied / traced. The author was conducted the research data collection by using 3 (three) instruments, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the ability of teachers of the Islamic Morals in preparing the 2013 Curriculum Lesson Plan (RPP) in the MTs Negeri Kota Palopo was categorized as "good" with 3 (three) stages of observation by the writer. The results of the first observation score were 86%, the second was 78%, and the third was 86% with an average score of 83.33% achievement ability, this is evident from the completeness of the Lesson Plan (RPP) made by the teacher concerned. However the ability achieved is not necessarily obtained directly without being influenced by several factors. This achievement was based on 2 (two) factors which consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors included teacher understanding of the preparation of lesson plans, teachers had not to be innovative yet  in the learning process, and the ability of teachers to manage classrooms. The external factors included limited time, lacked of availability of media in schools, and the conditions and characteristics of students.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

Abstract-This study discusses Guel dance learning media created in the form of postcards. Aims to be able to direct students in identifying, appreciating, and expressing dances of the Gayo area, especially Guel dance. Theories used in the research of packaging theory according to Cahyorini and Rusfian (2011: 28), theory of learning media according to Heinich in Susilana (2016: 06), and graphic media theory according to Susilana and Riyana (2016: 14) Packaging is a theory used for graphic design, in terms of producing the product, and the image media in the form of postcards used to make Guel dance material as a learning medium. The time of the study was conducted from August to October 2017. The research site was at Sanggar Renggali Jalan Merah Mege Hakim Bale Bujang Laut Tawar, Central Aceh District. The population of several artists Gayo and all members of Sanggar Renggali because learning Guel dance is a dance learning materials in schools in Takengon and Samples are 2 people Gayo artists and 2 dancers dance Guel. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, and documentation, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on research that has been done Guel dance is a tradition dance Gayo community that has been used as learning materials in the schools of Middle Secondary in Central Aceh district. Guel dance which is packed in the form of postcards as a medium of learning with menggunkana first step of planning is preparing the material, determining the location, selection of dancers, and prepare the facilities and infrastructure. The second step of implementation is taking photos, editing process, then the last step is the completion of postcards and final writing. ABSTRACTThisi study was aimed at to constructed the actual issues of national resilience ini thei developmenti of educational content of civici educationi as a description of knowledge about the actual issue of citizenship in the national resilience studies asi thei content of civici educationi in school.The research used qualitative descriptive approach. Validitas data dilakukan melalui proses trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pemyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini menemukan rumusan tentang deskripsi isi pendidikan kewarganegaraan berdasarkan isu aktual bidang ketahanan nasional yaitu tentang isu-isu ipoleksosbudhankam berupa kajian kompetensi dasar yang diterjemahkan menjadi indikator-indikator untuk mencapai tujuan dari kompetensi dasar tersebut. Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

The number of hotels built closed to supported amenities such as malls are potential and attractive for visitors. They provides an easy accessibility to the several activities and pleasures such as shopping. This study is intended to discuss the accessibility aspect of Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotels with Bali Galeria Mall. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study shows that accessibility is a very important thing that became one factor for visitors to choose the hotel to be visited. Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotel was chosen by visitors because it has its own uniqueness because its concept that was built adjacent to the Mall Bali Galeria and other facilities.
