Abstract: This study aims to study the effect of entrepreneurship education, work environment, and self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, Hindu University of Indonesia in 2016 who were taking entrepreneurship courses totaling 270 students. The number of samples is determined based on the Slovin formula with an error of 10%. Based on these calculations, a total sample of 79 students was obtained. Determining students who become samples is done randomly. Data collection is done by conducting interviews directly with respondents, based on a pre-arranged questionnaire. The collected data is then tabulated, then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the hypothesis testing show that entrepreneurship education and family environments have a significant positive effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, self-efficacy shows positive results but does not significantly influence the interests of students to become entrepreneurs.Keywords: entrepreneurship education, family environment, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial interest  Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan kerja, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Hindu Indonesia angkatan tahun 2016 yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan berjumlah 270 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan error 10%. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 mahasiswa. Penentuan mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian dilakukan secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden, berdasar pada kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dilakukan tabulasi, kemudian diolah dengan mempergunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Sedangkan, efikasi diri menunjukkan hasil yang positif, tetapi tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, Lingkungan keluarga, Efikasi diri, Minat berwirausaha

Zakat becomes part of the obligations of Muslims who must be paid and given to those who are entitled to receive zakat. The distribution of zakat which is intended for the recipient and the amount of zakat is often not recorded accurately. There is a discrepancy between the amount of zakat and the number of recipients of zakat. Then a new breakthrough is needed through the implementation of toral quality management and the application of good governance so that it is expected that all incoming zakat and the number of recipients of zakat can be recorded. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of total quality management and the role of good governance on muzakki trust (a study at the Amil Zakat Institute in Batam City). The population in this study is the number of residents of the city of Batam in 2017 amounted to 1,062,250 inhabitants. Determination of the sample using the formula Hair, et al (2010) so that the total sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of total quality management has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust, the application of good governance has a significant negative effect on muzakki trust and the implementation of total quality management and the application of good governance simultaneously has a significant positive effect on muzakki trust.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap efikasi diri, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perilaku anti korupsi, pengaruh prestasi belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku anti korupsi dan  pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku anti korupsi pada siswa SMAN 1 Karanganyar Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik analisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Prestasi belajar ekonomi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi.Abstract: This study aims to find out: the effect of the family environment on the self-efficacy, the effect of the family environment on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the anti-corruption behaviour, the effect of the economics learning achievement on the anti-corruption behaviour, and the effect of the family environment on the anti-corruption behaviour among students of SMAN 1 Karanganyar, Kebumen Regency. This research was an ex post facto study using the quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and were analyzed using the path analysis technique. The results of the study are as follows. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the self-efficacy and on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable does not have an effect on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The economics learning achievement does not have an effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation consisting of career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education and entrepreneurship education towards the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students of regular accounting majors, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University class of 2015. Methods: Determination of samples using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 142 people. The method of data collection is a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation which included career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education, and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, Education, Interest, Entrepreneurship.

Garuda Mesin Agri is one of the agricultural equipment distribution companies. The fact that the level of sales of agricultural equipment from competitors who can seize market share and increased agricultural sector growth to support the performance and productivity of the company which will ultimately require agricultural equipment in case of damage, the researchers chose PT. Garuda Agri Machine as the object of research. This study aims at to testing and analyzing the effect of communication and commitment on employees’ performance. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection methods used are interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regressions, coefficient of determination, simultaneous testing (F-test), and partial testing (T-test). The population used is all employees, amounting to 75 and the total sample used is as many as 75 employees. The research findings show that: 1) communication partially had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance. 2) Commitment partially has a significant positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri. 3) Simultaneous testing of independent variables communication (X1) and commitment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on performance (Y) at PT. Garuda Mesin Agri with a coefficient of determination of 32.1%.

The background of this research is intellectual unemployment which is increasing due to lack of awareness among the younger generation to create their own jobs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The independent variables in this study is self efficacy, family environment and entrepreneurship education. Dependent variables in this study is student interest in entrepreneurship. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in this study have an influence on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously, while the social media variables, motivation and environment that influence the interest in entrepreneurship have a mediating relationship partially or simultaneously. This study discusses the faktors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Academy. This study uses quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression methods to propose hypotheses between independent and dependent variables. The variables used are personality and family environment. The study population was active students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy who had attended an entrepreneurship subject or had run a business. The sampling technique is done by using saturation sampling with a total sample of 64 students. The results of the study that showed the personality and environment of the family had a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy. Based on simultant research that shows positive personality and family environment variables on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy with a level of influence of 57.3% and a significance of 0,000.

Previous studies show that there is an influence of self-efficacy on task performance. However, there is not much research that relates those variables with job satisfaction and task performance. Therefore, this research aims to know the influence of self-efficacy on satisfaction, work perception, and task performance. The population in this study are the employees. The total sample is 69 employees with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis of this study is a partial least squares approach (PLS). The result shows that there is a significant positive effect of self-efficacy on satisfaction and employee’s job perception that impact on the work-related performance. The results of this study recommend that the self-efficacy improves satisfaction and work perception.

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation for the performance of the Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat staff. The purpose of These papers are: 1. Does self-efficacy affect employee performance? 2. Does motivation affect employee performance? 3. Does Compensation affect employee performance? 4. Does job satisfaction affect employee performance? 5. Do the variables of self-efficacy (X1), motivation (X2), compensation (X3) and job satisfaction (X4) simultaneously affect employee performance (Y)? Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat and The population is 80 all employees at the Gunungkidul Regional Secretariat. Total sample 80 respondents were taken using the accidental sampling technique method. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results obtained by Self efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance Self-efficacy, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance. Testing together, which shows the coefficient of determination of 0.753 equals 75.3%. Human resources have a vital role in every organization to survive in the increasingly tough competition. The sophistication of communication technology and its methods will not be meaningful if the existing human resources are not skilled in using all existing facilities. Every existing organization needs human resources which have high performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of locus of control and work environment on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. In this study, the dependent variable is employee performance, while the independent variable is the locus of control and work environment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at a paper company in East Java. The data collection method was carried out by using a census technique using a questionnaire so that the sample amounted to 100 respondents. The results showed that locus of control had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy but had no significant effect on employee performance. The work environment had a significant positive effect on employee self-efficacy and performance. In contrast, self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance and was an intervening variable between locus of control and employee performance. employee performance.
