The purpose of this article is to develop a methodology for the development of competence in the design and modeling of clothing for university students through the use of information and communication technologies, its introduction into the educational process and increase the effectiveness of education. This article discusses the issues of improving students' knowledge and skills, interest in the learning process and the ability to apply their knowledge in practice in the future, using modern information and communication technology tools in the training of design professionals. Emphasis will be placed on developing and implementing a new teaching method aimed at enhancing the competence of design students in designing and modeling clothing. The role and perspectives of teachers are very important and they are highlighted as key participants in the process. The data show that, the using authoring technology of SCADEduWeb and information communication technologies in the educational process on the basis of interactive teaching methods, that allow students of professional education to effectively teach the design and modeling of clothing through the design of innovative digital tools, modeling creative and reflexive approaches helps to increase the effectiveness of education and facilitates the organization of the learning process. In particular, it shows that the contribution of information communication technologies to the improvement of the educational process in educational institutions, where information communication technologies are an innovative factor. Authoring technology of SCADEduWeb allows each student to achieve good results through independent, creative thinking at each stage of mastering the subject "Design and modeling of sewing objects". Achieving this high level will lead the educational institution not only to modernize the technological tools, but also to change the teaching models. In order to achieve development, we need to master digital knowledge and modern information technologies, use new teaching methods. This allows us to take the shortest path. Indeed, the deep penetration of information technology into all parts of the world today is creating new opportunities.

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the introduction and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the special disciplines of higher education, to teach teachers how to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning through information and communication technologies (ICT). This article discusses the issues of improving the knowledge and skills of students through the use of modern information and communication technologies in the preparation of designers, increasing students' interest in the educational process and the ability to apply their knowledge in practice in the future. The focus is on the need to develop appropriate strategies for a new educational role and, in addition, to enhance the role of learners in integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into the educational process. The role and perspective of the teachers was very important, highlighting them as key players in the process. The data show that there is a belief that the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process will help increase the effectiveness of education and facilitate the organization of the educational process. In particular, it shows that the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to the improvement of the educational process in educational institutions, where information and communication technologies (ICT) is an innovative factor, is high. Achieving this high level means that the educational institution must not only modernize technological means, but also change the models of teaching. We need to acquire digital knowledge and modern information technology in order to achieve development. This will allow us to take the shortest path. Indeed, the deep penetration of information technology into all parts of the world today creates new opportunities.

Traditional means of teaching and supervising the training of chemistry students should be updated through the introduction of information and communication technologies. The following information communication technologies are used in the educational process: electronic educational and methodological complexes, electronic textbooks, video lectures, animations; electronic laboratory and practical work, didactic tests, electronic reference books (cases, projects, organizers), etc. It is very important to use information communication technologies in teaching general and inorganic chemistry. The use of new interactive teaching technologies has advantages over traditional methods. There are also some features of the use of information communication technologies in teaching general and inorganic chemistry. The article provides a detailed analysis of the use of information communication technologies. This allowed the author to conclude that the updating of traditional teaching aids in teaching a course in general and inorganic chemistry covers the entire educational process of teaching.

According to the principal ideas of the Concept of introduction of media education in Ukraine, the process of teaching and learning has to rely on information communication technologies, preparing the individual to use them skilfully and safely. This corresponds to the main aim for the teacher of a foreign language – to help learners to master skills and knowledge and to follow their own educational path. The article deals with the main aspects of using information communication technologies as a means of the development of oral speech at the English lessons in high school. The peculiarities of the development of oral speech at the final stage of school education in terms of communicative approach to language teaching and forms of information communication technologies are highlighted. During a school lesson teacher can use web quests, mailing, chats, audio- and video-conferencing, blogging, interactive applications and educational platforms. That is why it is important to understand the methodological characteristics of information communication technologies usage as well as their importance for modern education process. We also managed to reveal positive aspects and challenges of teaching English and developing oral speech with the help of information communication technologies during school practice. Using the information communication technologies has become one of the most popular tendencies in the process of education in today's world, as they help to intensify the educational process, promote perceivement and comprehension of huge amount of information.

The article describes the process of training future specialists under the program "Professional education", its features, conditions for implementation, aspects of further development, as well as some of the difficulties that arise during its organization. The focus of the department on how to create a new architecture of the educational process within the program "Professional education" is set by the leading principles: modularity, integrability, flexibility and dynamism, and methodological approaches - competence, activity-based, subject-oriented, environmental – were the basis for its development. As a result the authors presented a model for training a modern specialist with formed professional skills and personal and professional qualities, capable of being in demand in the labor market. The research results can be used in the educational process in the context of how to implement relevant programs in accordance with the new requirements in the educational services market. The rapid technologization of the socio-economic development of our society was reflected in the system of vocational education, designed to prepare highly qualified and competent specialists for the modern economy, science and industry. The transformation of the educational sphere is taking place under the influence of new technologies and human practices that change the social order. The determined infrastructural spheres have the greatest impact on this transformation, we are talking about "Communication Infrastructure": the sphere of information and communication technologies that affect all processes of accumulation and transmission of information; "Infrastructure of production and consumption": a financial and investment sphere, which sets the general rules for interaction in the economic and educational system. The above said made it possible to determine the further vector of educational activities of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Vocational Education in training the specialists in "Professional Education" field both at the bachelor and master degrees.

In today migration processes, Information Communication Technologies (ICT) are increasingly important for refugee experiences and mobilities (Gillespie, Osseiran and Cheesman, 2016). In this light, there is a call by institutions such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (2016a; 2020a) and researchers in the field of refugee integration (Abujarour et al, 2019) for initiatives employing ICT to cater for refugees need for information and communication. This article discusses some information seeking practices of asylum seekers and refugees, in online and offline environments. The data was gathered by means of nine focus group discussions with refugee communities in Greece, Italy, and Spain, involving a total of 41 participants of 13 different nationalities. Issues relating to the languages and the accessibility of the information that is available to them are discussed. The results of this research will inform the subsequent phases of REBUILD, a project funded by the European Comission whose aim is the creation of a user-centred ICT-tool to promote refugee and migrant integration in Europe.

The article reveals the implementation of innovative e-learning technologies in the process of mastering the discipline “Foreign language in the professional direction” by students of agricultural universities. Actual approaches to teaching humanities require the use of information-communication technologies (ICT) for educational purposes, that allows increasing the volume of educational materials and modernizing it with the help of multimedia presentation tools. The application of information-communication technologies contributes to the students’ mastering of foreign languages knowledge as a tool of communication in a global society and the development of their information competencies. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the content, structure and objectives of the electronic training course on learning English, German, Ukrainian and Russian as foreign languages for students of the distance learning form of Sumy National Agrarian University. The presented distance learning course is an innovative development exemplar, that provides learners’ study of educational textual, audio and video materials in the mode of independent work with a computer and facilitates regulating the order of interaction of students with a computer. Such interaction contributes to the improvement of the efficiency of the educational process through the introduction of new methods and means of teaching educational materials; stimulates students’ interest in the study of foreign languages through the use of innovative information-communication technologies; responsiveness of the feedback and the possibility of direct consultation with the teacher in the educational environment of the Moodle platform. The analysis of the experimental study results showed predominantly sufficient and high levels of humanitarian knowledge in experimental groups that were trained on the basis of the electronic course in the educational environment of Moodle platform; in contrast to the low and initial levels in the control groups.
