Teachers are learning agents who have a very important role in educating the nation to achieve educational goals. As a learning agent, teachers must have a passion for work in carrying out their duties. If they do not have a passion for work, how can they guide their students to achieve the specified minimum learning competencies? Therefore, work passion is a problem that needs to be given a solution through motivation. This study aims to determine whether motivation has an effect on work passion, with the object of research being the teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Belitang OKU Timur. The hypothesis proposed is that "There is a significant influence between motivation on the morale of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Belitang  OKU Timur". Data collection techniques by means of library research, field, and questionnaires. While the analytical tools used are qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the calculation, it turns out that r = 0.797 after being consulted with a conservative standard, it turns out that 0.797 lies between 0.600 - 0.799 which mean it belongs to a strong correlation or influence. Then to answer the hypothesis proposed in the previous chapter has a relationship or not, then tested by testing the hypothesis and obtained t = 3.6393 and "t" table obtained 1.860. It can be concluded that the "t" count is greater than the "t" table, namely 3.6393> 1.860. Thus the hypothesis can be accepted (Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected). As for the suggestions that can be given to achieve optimal goals from the agency, it is better if a leader gives encouragement or motivation to teachers in the agency environment so that teachers can work in accordance with what is expected by the agency.

Interactive reinforcement learning methods utilise an external information source to evaluate decisions and accelerate learning. Previous work has shown that human advice could significantly improve learning agents’ performance. When evaluating reinforcement learning algorithms, it is common to repeat experiments as parameters are altered or to gain a sufficient sample size. In this regard, to require human interaction every time an experiment is restarted is undesirable, particularly when the expense in doing so can be considerable. Additionally, reusing the same people for the experiment introduces bias, as they will learn the behaviour of the agent and the dynamics of the environment. This paper presents a methodology for evaluating interactive reinforcement learning agents by employing simulated users. Simulated users allow human knowledge, bias, and interaction to be simulated. The use of simulated users allows the development and testing of reinforcement learning agents, and can provide indicative results of agent performance under defined human constraints. While simulated users are no replacement for actual humans, they do offer an affordable and fast alternative for evaluative assisted agents. We introduce a method for performing a preliminary evaluation utilising simulated users to show how performance changes depending on the type of user assisting the agent. Moreover, we describe how human interaction may be simulated, and present an experiment illustrating the applicability of simulating users in evaluating agent performance when assisted by different types of trainers. Experimental results show that the use of this methodology allows for greater insight into the performance of interactive reinforcement learning agents when advised by different users. The use of simulated users with varying characteristics allows for evaluation of the impact of those characteristics on the behaviour of the learning agent.

Application ijarah emerging financial institutions shari'ah 'ah at the moment that is happening on the leasing company (financial institution based on Islamic teachings, as well as Islamic banking is one of the Islamic financing products). This research is a library research (library research) and field research (field research), and is descriptive, analytic and comparative. Data sources used in this study are sourced from primary and secondary data. Ijarah transactions are based on the transfer of benefits (use rights), not the transfer of ownership (ownership rights), some translate ijarah financing as the sale and purchase of services (wage wages), i.e., taking the benefits of human labor

According to Thomas Lickona, there are three kinds of moral knowledge that can be used when dealing with moral challenges, including moral awareness, knowing moral values, and determining perspective. Ki Hajar Dewantara argues that in order to carry out character education, understanding must be embedded, feeling something that is learned and then implementing it in real behavior. While,  Thomas Lickona stated that the emotional side of character is the same as the intellectual side, open to the development of schools and families. Three moral aspects to teach about character include conscience, empathy, and humility. Keywords: Education Character, Degradation Moral in Society

This paper proposes the reinforcement learning agent that estimates internal rewards using external rewards in order to avoid conflict in multi-step dilemma problem. Intensive simulation results have revealed that the agent succeeds in avoiding local convergence and obtains a behavior policy for reaching a higher reward by updating the Q-value using the value that is subtracted the average reward from an external reward.
