Rock disintegration is one of the most important technological operations in the production of crushed stone, which is widely used in the construction of roads and railways, buildings, structures, hydraulic engineering facilities, bridges, tunnels, the production of concrete, asphalt, dry building mixes, and other objects and products. In recent years, research has been actively conducted to improve the processes of rock disintegration by reducing energy intensity and improving the quality of disintegrating technologies and equipment. Moreover, developers and inventors are actively patenting the results of their intellectual activities in the field of promising types of new intellectual property for high-potential technologies and equipment for producing high-quality crushed stone. This fact indicates that the problems of improving the quality and efficiency of technologies and disintegrating equipment, in particular crushers for obtaining crushed stone, have not been solved yet. All this necessitates the synthesis and patenting of new market-competitive technologies and equipment for obtaining crushed stone by disintegrating rocks. In this regard, the authors of this work carried out research aimed at building a knowledge base in the field of patenting technologies and crushers that ensure the production of crushed stone for the construction of roads and railways, buildings, structures, hydraulic engineering facilities, bridges, tunnels, the production of concrete, asphalt, dry mixes, and other objects and products. The research also included the categorization of the main areas of patenting in this field. This involved using the method of system analysis performed based on the results of patent information search, collecting and systematizing the information. The current state and trends of patenting in the field of rock disintegration are identified, the main goals (effects) of patented intellectual property are defined. For basic operations of the timber industry, numerous technological and technical solutions were patented for the past few years as the results of the intellectual property. The question of building the knowledge bases on technologies and equipment for involvement of the non-wood forest resources into the processing process lacks sufficient attention. Building the knowledge bases in this field resulted from the identified tendency for the development of products from various types of natural raw materials for pharmaceutical, food-manufacturing, cosmetic industries and other areas of the social sphere and economics. Among the various types of natural raw materials, the priority position is occupied by those with wide range of biological effect, including such as wood bark. The development of the knowledge base in the field of wood bark involvement in various social and economic spheres is based on a systematic patent search. Moreover, developers and inventors are increasingly patenting the results of their intellectual activities in the field of promising types of new intellectual property objects for the use of wood bark. This fact indicates that the problems of improving the quality and efficiency of technologies and disintegrating equipment in this area have not been completely resolved. All this necessitates the synthesis and patenting of new market-competitive technologies and equipment for involvement of wood bark in processing and using it in industries, agriculture and in the social sphere. In this regard, the authors conducted research on patent information search, collection and systematization of information. The state and trends of patenting in the field of technologies and equipment for the use of wood bark in industry and in the social sphere were identified, as well as the main patenting goals (effects) of patented intellectual property objects. The article also presents the most noteworthy patents collected during the building of the knowledge base.

The object of researching the control mechanism is represented by 104 medical organizations of primary care, introducing lean technologies. The study of the current state of accessibility, satisfaction and quality of medical care was carried out by the method of direct observation and timing of receiving medical services by patients. To ensure the optimization of management on the basis of materials characterizing the current state of accessibility, satisfaction and quality of medical care, it was supposed to form a process model of the organization, including a classifier of activities. The use of a system analysis matrix, MS Excel tables and hyperlinks contributed to the definition of priorities and the development of improvement projects, which ensured the formation of management algorithm for the organization development.

The forest complex of the Russian Federation undergoes a transition from extensive model of harvesting and forestry to the intensive one. Such a transition requires a quality forest and technological preparation of forest areas for logging operations. The key basic material for such preparation is the assessment of qualitative and quantitative indicators of stands of forest resources of forest enterprises, which includes the assessment of stand age structure, growth course of different wood species, stand qualitative structure and a number of other inventory indicators. The need to enhance the quality of forest and technological preparation of forest areas necessitates the raise of requirements for inventory instruments. In this regards, over the last years there has been increased attention of researchers and developers to the elaboration of existing and development of new types of inventory instruments. Their development based on the fundamentally new patented technological and technical solutions which is the principal indicator of the level of these intellectual property objects. The authors develop the patentable objects of intellectual property on the basis of methodology of functional and technological analysis and synthesis of new technical solutions applying the built knowledge bases on improved or newly created objects of technology based on the expanded patent-information search. Considering the example of inventory instruments (increment borers and tree caliper), the effectiveness of knowledge base use with application of the functional and technological analysis as

Intellectual property today is a powerful factor in progress, which largely determines the trends of the modern world. Therefore, the protection of intellectual property rights is one of the most important tasks of the state and society, which seeks to take a worthy place in the world community. The purpose of the article is to study the problem issues regarding the appointment of forensic examinations in the field of intellectual property and analysis of the ways of their solution. The urgency of the study is due to the rapid increase in the number of unlawful actions in the field of intellectual property. The study was conducted on the basis of the method of system analysis and generalization of information obtained during the survey conducted by the category of investigators who carry out pre-trial investigation of unlawful actions against the objects of intellectual property, as well as reports from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine for 2012, 2016-2018 years. The changes in the legislation regulating legal relations in the field of intellectual property are analyzed, as well as the correlation of state and non-state special expert institutions performing expert research on intellectual property objects. The key issues that will contribute to improving the quality of both the research itself and the overall investigation process are outlined.

Ukraine has a sufficient amount of tourist resources and a powerful potential for its further development. For today, castle tourism, based on the use of fortification objects, is extremely attractive both for tourists and for attracting investment in its development. At present, the castles have found their new purpose: they have become museums, hotels, art galleries, restaurants, platforms for theatrical performances and musical concerts, various shows and performances. Ukraine is not the first time back to the problem of preserving its historical and fortification heritage. The seriousness of this issue is determined by the fact that the castle heritage is in an extremely neglected state. Another negative phenomenon is still the indifference of the population to their own history and the current state of the tourist infrastructure. Ukrainian society should be the engine of practical changes. Historical monuments are destroyed, and sometimes the local population dismantles locks for building materials. But it should also be noted that Ukraine has all the possibilities and conditions for the development of castle tourism. Of course, there is definitely a lot of work to improve the conditions and quality of service, but the components of the success of the development of this area in the country go along with the preservation of natural landscapes, accessibility of the area, advantageous infrastructure, interesting tourist sites and facilities, the image of the state and a significant contribution of funds to country budget. The potential of castle tourism is amazing and needs to be developed. The subject of the research is the use of the castle-palace complex in tourism. The purpose of the research is an analysis of the current state and definition of prospects for the use of the castle-palace complex in Ukraine, first of all in the industry of hotel and restaurant business. Tasks: to highlight the main problems and prospects for the development of the castle tourism, to formulate the strategy of using the castle heritage of Ukraine. The scientific methods are a system analysis, a structural-genetic synthesis and a direct analysis. As results this study found the main directions of development of the castle tourism, the impact of this type of tourism on the country's economy and the ways of attracting investment for the development of castle-hotel business in Ukraine. The authors conclude due to the development of the castle tourism, the economy, which has a significant impact on the development of the state in general and on the standard of living of the population, is growing intensively. In the future, the establishment of a competitive market for services by upgrading the existing vacation infrastructure and the spread of small forms of recreation can significantly increase the number of tourists in our country, which will improve the economy and the quality of life of the population. It will also help create a new tourism infrastructure, increase the share of inbound tourism, which will positively affect the development of transport, accommodation and catering, retail, construction, communications, and insurance.
