Today, education with the instillation of national values in students is a requirement of life, a necessity of society. And what is the national cultural value? It is a unique tradition, customs and traditions of each nation. That is, spiritual and material values accumulated over the centuries.“First of all, a person should be educated, not educated. Education without it is the enemy of humanity”, said the great scientist Abu Nasir Al-Farabi. Now the XXI century is the time of education and science. But if we put our efforts into education and science, and forget about education, including national education, we will lose. After all, despite the fact that he is educated and does not absorb the national culture, he will become an eternal citizen of the nation, useless to the people. Culture says that an educated community cannot be without culture. Education, Science, and culture are based on a real Kazakh education, and a path to the top of civilization will be built.The sources of national education are folklore, oral literature, national literature, customs, traditions, noble principles, oratory, proverbs and sayings, principles of education in the works of our thinkers who were born on our native land. At the same time, the main directions of National Education will be such qualitative characteristics as national features of Family Education, kinship relations, the concept of seven fathers, maternity duty and duty, National Honor, national consciousness, national morality, patriotism, hard work, humanity.The relevance of the article is that, first of all, the formation of national consciousness in national education is one of the main prerequisites. Today, in the era of globalization, it is necessary not to copy all the cultures of Western civilization, but to take root, to take what is necessary for our nation, and secondly, education contributes to the growth of the younger generation in the sense of responsibility to society as a rich, versatile citizen of the spiritual world.

The review article highlights some problems and tasks related to national education, its social significance for the prospects of current and future development of Ukraine and the world. It is noted that the state currently lacks a holistic and systematic vision of quality reform of this priority sector, which is the main component for progress in all segments of life, the basis for increasing human capital. Emphasis is placed on some essential areas of the educational process, the characteristics of the social environment, which significantly affects the content of education, civic development of the individual. In the context of events, tasks, and challenges that arose on the eve of the new school year, several issues that directly and indirectly affect education are considered.It is proved that the urgency of the problem of "culturality" does not concern only the content of education, curricula, and textbooks. It concerns many other areas and processes of education of Man and Society, namely: socio-cultural environment; accessibility of the people to quality education and cultural heritage, spiritual and material values; cultural and educational state policy; protection of the informational national space from the primitive "masculinity" that distorts human souls by aggression, cruelty, alienation from the native culture and native language.Modern realities are such that culture, education, science should become an essential component of the national security of Ukraine, given their human-nation-state-building mission. But for this, we must be convinced of the correctness of landmarks and values on the way to truth, freedom, justice, spirituality.

The article examines the positive psychological issues of the formation of national self-awareness and thinking through instilling in the younger generation, the preservation of the historically established high national and moral values of each nation. One of the main psychological factors in the formation of national self-awareness among each young generation is the awareness of the psychological past of people, which means that knowledge of what moral and psychological qualities they possess and how their people are progressing, which is widely reflected in the article. Because it is impossible to direct future development without knowing the ethnogenesis and ethnopsychological past of the people. Margaret Mead notes that the past of the older generation is the future of the younger generation. First of all, the role of the ethnocultural environment of the family in the formation of national identity is great. The main national values are born in the family, formed and instilled in children by parents in the process of action and communication. In the national consciousness of the younger generation, the family is considered sacred and exalted, perceived as an example of a small state. In the life of every family lives its spirit, spirituality, reflecting the identity of the people, serving the formation of national identity, passed down from generation to generation. Folklore samples, works of classics, historical monuments are of particular importance in obtaining information on the history of the psychological development of the people and play a key role in the formation of national identity and national self-awareness of the younger generation. The formation of national identity is the basis for the active generation and self-realization of the young generation, taking into account the acquisition of certain knowledge about the ethno psychological past of the people. The national consciousness of cognition of the psychological past of its people actively influences the further development of the young generation in terms of national self-development, national self-improvement. A young man who understands himself, feels his national identity with soul and blood, respects his people, is now in the spirit of national identity. But in the younger generation, national consciousness is not a connection with the past, but the preservation of the beauty of their people, propaganda and inspiration of the generation and the world, growing in accordance with the ideology of the time, and the elimination of people's shortcomings. The article emphasizes that the development of national self-awareness should not lead to national egoism, national individualism. Because where there is national egoism, there are outward features that arise exclusively from nationalist tendencies and are not characteristic of other nations and peoples, as well as for the nation itself, which leads to national conflicts between nations and peoples. The article discusses the importance of studying the history of folk crafts and educating them in the spirit of national values and traditions. It is known that the main idea of the national model of training is to bring up a harmoniously developed person. At the heart of the national model is the individual and his positive qualities. Therefore, one of the urgent tasks today is to improve the selection and application of teaching methods to the individual. In this regard, labor education classes, including those taught in general secondary schools, are of great importance in preparing young people for life and careers. In this case, some of the works of folk crafts can be widely used, especially in technology education classes. Because the teaching of folk handicrafts to schoolchildren is of great importance in educating them spiritually, in the spirit of universal national values, introducing them to the crafts, traditions, centuries-old national values of their people and directing them to the profession. In this regard, the curriculum of labor education in general secondary schools provides students with information about folk crafts, teaching them about folk crafts. lib, which has great potential for performing the above tasks directly. With this in mind, in recent years in our country are developing several dozen types of folk arts.

A novel, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), causes severe acute respiratory syndrome and spread globally from Wuhan, China. In March 2020 the World Health Organization declared the SARS-Cov-2 virus as a COVID- 19, a global pandemic. This pandemic happened to be followed by some restrictions, and specially lockdown playing the leading role for the people to get disassociated with their personal and social schedules. And now the food is the most necessary thing to take care of. It seems the new challenge for the individual is self-isolation to maintain themselves on the health basis and fight against the pandemic situation by boosting their immunity. Food organised by proper diet may maintain the physical and mental health of the individual. Ayurveda aims to promote and preserve the health, strength and the longevity of the healthy person and to cure the disease by properly channelling with and without Ahara. In Ayurveda, diet (Ahara) is considered as one of the critical pillars of life, and Langhana plays an important role too. This article will review the relevance of dietetic approach described in Ayurveda with and without food (Asthavidhi visheshaytana & Lanhgan) during COVID-19 like a pandemic.

Abstract: The longstanding effort to develop a people-based regionalism in Southeast Asia has been shaped by an inherent tension between the liberal inclination to privilege the individual and the community under formation, on the one hand, and the realist insistence on the primacy of the state, on the other. This article explores the conditions and constraints affecting ASEAN’s progress in remaking Southeast Asia into a people-focused and caring community in three areas: disaster management, development, and democratization (understood here as human rights). Arguably, the persistent gap in Southeast Asia between aspiration and expectation is determined less by political ideology than by the pragmatic responses of ASEAN member states to the forces of nationalism and protectionism, as well as their respective sense of local and regional responsibility.Resumen: El esfuerzo histórico para desarrollar un regionalismo basado en las personas del sudeste de Asia ha estado marcado por una tensión fundamental entre la inclinación liberal de privilegiar el individuo y la comunidad y la insistencia realista sobre la primacía del estado. Este artículo explora las condiciones y limitaciones que afectan el progreso de la ASEAN en la reestructuración de Asia sudoriental en una comunidad centrada en el cuidado de las personas en: gestión de desastres, desarrollo y democratización (i.e., derechos humanos). La brecha persistente en el sudeste asiático entre la aspiración y la expectativa está determinada por las respuestas pragmáticas de los miembros de la ASEAN sometidos a las fuerzas del nacionalismo y proteccionismo, así como su respectivo sentido de responsabilidad local y regional.Résumé: L’effort historique pour développer un régionalisme fondé sur les peuples en Asie du Sud-Est a été marqué par une tension fondamentale entre l’inclination libérale qui privilégie, d’une part, l’individu et la communauté et, d’autre part, l’insistance réaliste sur la primauté de l’État. Cet article explore les conditions et les contraintes qui nuisent aux progrès de l’ANASE dans le cadre d’une refonte de l’Asie du Sud-Est en une communauté centrée et attentive aux peuples dans trois domaines : la gestion des désastres, le développement et la démocratisation (en référence aux droits humains). Le fossé persistant en Asie du Sud-Est entre les aspirations et les attentes est vraisemblablement moins déterminé par l’idéologie politique que par les réponses pragmatiques des États membres de l’ANASE soumis aux forces du nationalisme et du protectionnisme ainsi que par leur sens respectif de la responsabilité locale et régionale.

The development of modern civilization attests to its decisive role in the progressive development of institutions. They identified the difference between Western civilization and the rest of the world. Confirmation of the institutional advantages of the West was its early industrialization. The genesis and formation of institutionalism in its ideological and conceptualmethodological orientation occurs as a process alternative to neoclassic in the context of world heterodoxia, which quickly spread in social science. Highlighting institutional education as a separate area of sociocultural activity is determined by the factor of differentiation of institutional theory as a whole. A feature of institutional education is its orientation toward the individual and his/her transformation into a personality. The content of institutional education is revealed through the analysis of the institution, which includes a set of established customs, traditions, ways of thinking, behavioral stereotypes of individuals and social groups. The dynamics of socio-political, economic transformations in Ukraine requires a review of the foundations of national education and determination of the prospects for its development in the 21st century in the context of institutionalism.

Songkhla Lake Basin has a long history of at least 6,000 years and has a wide variety of tourism resources including nature, history, beliefs, culture and various traditions of the local people. It covers 3 provinces, the whole area of Phatthalung, 12 districts of Songkhla and 2 districts of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. It has an area of approximately 8,727 square kilometers. There are many tourist attractions because the basin has a long history through different eras, natural, historic, ancient sites, and the culture of the local people. In 2018, both Thai and foreign tourists visited Songkhla and Phatthalung, which is the main area of Songkhla Lake Basin. The total number of tourists that came was 7,628,813 and 1,641,841 and an income of 68,252.64 and 3,470.96 million baht was generated from each province, respectively (Ministry of Tourism and Sports, 2020). Although Songkhla Lake Basin has various tourist attractions, the promotion of tourism with the involvement of government agencies in the past mainly focused on promoting tourism along with the tourist attractions rather than encouraging tourists to experience and learn the culture of the people living in the area; the culture that reflects the uniqueness of the people in the south. This study, therefore, aims to find creative tourism activities in SLB in order to increase the value of tourism resources, create tourism activities that are aligned with the resources available in the community and increase the number of tourists in the area. Data for this study were collected using a secondary source of data collection method. It was done through a literature review of related documents, texts, magazines, and research which focus on Songkhla Lake Basin as a guideline for designing tourism activities. The field survey was done through twelve community-based tourism sites in SLB to find creative tourism activities. Data on each activity were collected in detail by interviewing the tourism community leaders and the local people. Content analysis was used to describe the individual open-ended questions by focusing on the important issues and the information obtained was presented as a narrative. Digital technologies are radically transforming our work environments and demand for skills, with certain jobs being automated away and others demanding mastery of new digital techniques. This global challenge of rapidly changing skill requirements due to task automation overwhelms workers. The digital skill gap widens further as technological and social transformation outpaces national education systems and precise skill requirements for mastering emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, remain opaque. Online labour platforms could help us to understand this grand challenge of reskilling en masse. Online labour platforms build a globally integrated market that mediates between millions of buyers and sellers of remotely deliverable cognitive work. This commentary argues that, over the last decade, online labour platforms have become the ‘laboratories’ of skill rebundling; the combination of skills from different occupational domains. Online labour platform data allows us to establish a new taxonomy on the individual complementarity of skills. For policy makers, education providers and recruiters, a continuous analysis of complementary reskilling trajectories enables automated, individual and far-sighted suggestions on the value of learning a new skill in a future of technological disruption.

Abstract Background Vulnerability at the individual, family, community or organization level affects access and utilization of health services, and is a key consideration for health equity. Several frameworks have been used to explore the concept of vulnerability and identified demographics including ethnicity, economic class, level of education, and geographical location. While the magnitude of vulnerable populations is not clearly documented and understood, specific indicators, such as extreme poverty, show that vulnerability among women is pervasive. Women in low and middle-income countries often do not control economic resources and are culturally disadvantaged, which exacerbates other vulnerabilities they experience. In this commentary, we explore the different understandings of vulnerability and the importance of engaging communities in defining vulnerability for research, as well as for programming and provision of maternal newborn and child health (MNCH) services. Methodology In a recent community-based qualitative study, we examined the healthcare utilization experiences of vulnerable women with MNCH services in rural southwestern Uganda. Focus group discussions were conducted with community leaders and community health workers in two districts of Southwestern Uganda. In addition, we did individual interviews with women living in extreme poverty and having other conventional vulnerability characteristics. Findings and discussion We found that the traditional criteria of vulnerability were insufficient to identify categories of vulnerable women to target in the context of MNCH programming and service provision in resource-limited settings. Through our engagement with communities and through the narratives of the people we interviewed, we obtained insight into how nuanced vulnerability can be, and how important it is to ground definitions of vulnerability within the specific context. We identified additional aspects of vulnerability through this study, including: women who suffer from alcoholism or have husbands with alcoholism, women with a history of home births, women that have given birth only to girls, and those living on fishing sites. Conclusion Engaging communities in defining vulnerability is critical for the effective design, implementation and monitoring of MNCH programs, as it ensures these services are reaching those who are most in need.
