أداء القيادات الأكاديمية ودورها في تحقيق متطلبات التميز التنظيمي للجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى أداء القيادات الأكاديمية ودورها في تحقيق متطلبات التميز التنظيمي للجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة اشتملت على (54) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، هي: (أداء القيادات الأكاديمية، والتميز في تقديم الخدمة، والتميز في الهيكل التنظيمي، والتميز المعرفي، والتميز التكنولوجي). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى أداء القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية كان مرتفعا، وأن درجة توافر متطلبات التميز التنظيمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية كانت مرتفعة، كذلك وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أداء القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ودرجة توافر متطلبات التميز التنظيمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ومن أبرز توصيات الدراسة ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة للقيادات الأكاديمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادات الأكاديمية، التميز التنظيمي، الجامعات الفلسطينية. Abstract The study aimed to identify the level of academic leaders and their role in the requirements of organizational distinction for Palestinian universities from the point of view of faculty members, and by using the descriptive approach, and with reference to the previous literature, a questionnaire consisting of (54) items distributed into (5) fields was conducted, namely: (Performance of academic leaders And distinction in service provision, distinction in organizational structure, technological distinction, and technological distinction. The study found that the performance level of academic leaders in Palestinian universities was high, and the degree of availability of organizational excellence requirements in Palestinian universities was high. Also, a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance was found between the performance of academic leaders in Palestinian universities, and the degree of availability of organizational distinction requirements in In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of holding specialized training courses for academic leaders.

This study aimed to identify the degree of academic leaders’ practice of excellence management in public and private Jordanian universities (Yarmouk University, University of Science and Technology, Al Al-Bayt University, Irbid National University, Jadara University, and Jerash University) from the faculty members’ viewpoint. The descriptive survey method was adopted and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built to measure the degree of practicing excellence management consisting of (32) items distributed into (4) areas: leadership (10) items, policies, and strategies (5) items, human resources (5) items, and partnerships and resources (12) items. The study population consisted of all the (2077) faculty members in the Jordanian public and private universities in the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021. Where the study sample consisted of (405) academics who constitute (19%) of the study population. and were selected by a random stratified method. The results showed that the overall degree of academic leaders' practicing of excellence management in the public and private Jordanian universities was moderate, and the order of the areas on the scale was respectively as follows; Partnerships and Resources, leadership, Policies and strategies, and human resources, and that all of these areas came at a moderate degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the estimates of respondents in all areas (leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, partnerships, and resources) attributable to the difference in; the gender variable in favor of males, academic rank in favor of the professor, and the type of university in favor of public universities. Regarding these results, the researcher recommends giving more attention to the Department of Excellence, especially in the field of leadership, as well as the inclusion of Excellence Management as a basic criterion of performance quality standards in Jordanian public and private universities.

The study aimed to identify the reality of knowledge management and obstacles to its implementation and ways to develop it as seen by academics at the universities of Hebron and Alquds Open in Hebron. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach. The study population is composed of academics working at the universities of Hebron and Alquds Open in Hebron Governorate. To collect the data, a questionnaire was used consisting of (60) paragraphs. The sample size was (62) academic. The results indicate that the reality of knowledge management and its obstacles to development was generally high. The results also showed that the level of awareness of the concept of knowledge management was high. , And that knowledge recognition is a feature of modern management. The results also show that the most prominent constraints to knowledge management application are excessive centralization and complex administrative procedures. The results confirmed ways to develop knowledge management application. The results of the study showed that there are significant differences in the reality of knowledge management and the obstacles to its implementation and ways of activating it from the point of view of academics in the universities of Hebron and Alquds Open in Hebron Governorate due to variables :(gender, scientific qualification, years of service, age, university). While there were differences of statistical significance according to variable academic education. In light of the results, the study made a number of recommendations. The most important of these are the following:( The university should promote knowledge management applications through scientific activities and issue journals and publications to disseminate knowledge. The university policies should include supporting scientific research and researchers.

The study aimed to uncover the reality of using social media as an educational medium from the point of view of faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (39) statements distributed in two areas, namely the degree of use of faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University Social media networks and the second field have the degree of importance of using social media as an educational medium from the point of view of the faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, and it was distributed among a sample of the faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University of (118) members, and the study showed several results, the most important of which were: The faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University use social media networks as an educational medium to a large extent and with an average of (3.65), and that the use of social networks as an educational medium is very important, as the arithmetic average reached the importance of using social networks as an educational medium from the point of view of the faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University (4.35) And the existence of statistically significant differences in the importance of using social networks as an educational medium according to the variable years of service in favor of the category (less than 5 years).

This Study aimed to identify The Role of School Principals in Applying E-Learning from Teachers Point of View of Government School at Ajloun Directorate, the researcher used the Descriptive approach, to collect data Questioner used, which consisted (24) paragraph divided to (3) sectors, it was distributed to a stratified cluster random sample (340) Female and male, the result of SPSS analysis shown that the Role of School Principals in Applying E-Learning from Teachers Point of View of Government School at Ajloun Directorate, was moderate with average (3.15) the sector of (training needs of teacher) was moderate with average (3.63), the sector of " infrastructure readiness" was moderate with average (3.43) finally the sector of " disseminating the culture of E-Learning" was low with average (2.39) , The finding also showed there was no statistically significant differences at (α≥0.05) refers to teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences between the principals years of experience in favor of (9 years and more). The researcher recommended that Ministry of Education have to provide training courses for principals and teachers in the field of E-learning.

The study aimed to identify the educational competencies of male and female teachers of physical education in the northwestern Badia. The study sample consisted of (87) male and female teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach to its suitability for the study. For educational competencies, the results showed that the degree of male and female teachers' acquisition of educational competencies was medium with an average of (3.22), according to the following order: implementation competencies with an average of (3.38), teaching strategies competencies with an average of (3.27), evaluation competencies with an average of (3.24), Planning arithmetic mean suspicious deaths (3.12). The results also showed statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic averages from the point of view of male and female teachers due to the variable of years of experience and for the benefit of the longest experience, and in light of the results the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: Holding training courses for teachers that would be interested in preparing them In practice, they possess the necessary skills to teach physical education curricula.

The study aimed to identify the challenges of employing female academic leaders for social communication methods from the point of view of faculty members at King Saud University. To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey method was used, with a questionnaire which is used as a tool of the study and distributed to a sample that is consisted of (275) faculty members in female campus of King Saud University in Riyadh. The study found the following results: Female academic leaders face moderate challenges with a mean of (2.89) in employing social media means in administrative processes. The Administrative Challenges were at the forefront with an average of (3.05), followed by Technical and Artistic challenges with an average of (2.87) and Human Challenges with an average of (2.76). significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) among the means of study sample responses of faculty members about the challenges facing female academic leaders' employment of social media in the administrative processes due to the different years of experience in favor of the study sample whose experience is [(15) years and above]. According to the results of the study, the researcher provided some recommendations for activating the benefits of social media in the administrative work for academic leaders.

The purpose of this study is to know the status quo of the application of the Jordanian universities to E-Management from the viewpoint of the faculty members. The study used the descriptive approach by which a resolution of 28 paragraphs has been developed, and the truthfulness and consistency of the tool was validated, its sample of the faculty members was formed in Jordanian universities represented at the University of Jordan, Yarmouk University, and Mu'tah University, a number of 300 persons has been selected randomly. The study concluded the following results: The results of mean averages and standard deviations have shown that status quo of the application of E-Management by Jordanian universities from the viewpoint of faculty members is moderate. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (= 0.05 α) in the study sample estimates in the fact that the Jordanian universities applied E-Management from the viewpoint of the faculty members due to the gender variable and found statistically significant differences at the level of significance (= 0.05 α) due to the variable of the college and for the benefit of the scientific faculties, for the benefit of Assistant professor. The study recommended that Jordanian universities should publish an E-Management culture within university units by introducing departments to implement and apply E-Management at the university.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر بغزة وعلاقتها بمستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم، وذلك من وجهة نظرهم، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (41) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجال، هي: (الإبداع، والرؤية الاستراتيجية، وتحمل المخاطرة، والمبادأة، والاستغلال، والاستكشاف)، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على جميع الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر وعددهم (208) موظفاً وموظفة وقد تم استرداد (189) استبانة بنسبة استرداد (91%)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين كانت “مرتفعة” وبوزن نسبي (76.3%)، ومستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم كان “مرتفعاً” أيضاً، وبوزن نسبي (78%)، كذلك وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر ومستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم، ووجود أثر لممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في تحسين مستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الريادية، البراعة التنظيمية، الجامعات الفلسطينية. Abstract The study aimed to identify the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among administrators at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and its relationship to their level of organizational ambidexterity, from their point of view. The approach of the study was the descriptive / correlational approach. By referring to previous literature, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (41) items distributed on (6) aspects: (creativity, strategic vision, risk tolerance, initiative, exploitation, and exploration) The researcher applied it after being sure of its validity and stability to all members of the study population: (208) male and female administrators at Al-Azhar University . (189) questionnaires were obtained from (208) distributed questionnaires, with a (91%) recovery rate. Results of the study showed that the degree of leadership practice among administrative workers had a “relative weight” of (76.3%), and their level of organizational ambidexterity had a “relative weight” of (78.0). A positive correlation was also found. Statistical significance between the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among administrative workers at Al-Azhar University and their level of organizational ambidexterity was also found. Moreover, results of the study also showed that practicing leadership among administrative workers improved to some extent their level of organizational ambidexterity. The Objective of the Current Research is to Clarify the Reality of the Practice of the Students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University for Active Citizenship and Mechanisms for Activating it Among University Students; the Researcher Used the Descriptive Approach, The Tool Consisted of a Questionnaire Which Consisted of (59) Paragraphs Divided in to Three Axes, It Was Applied to a Random Sample of the Students of Prince Sattam University (200) Students in Scientific and Humanities Colleges, The Results of the Research Showed That the University of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz Contribute Significantly to the Development of Active Citizenship of Students from Their Point of View, and that the Degree of Students Represent the University of Prince Sattam to the Dimensions of Active Citizenship Came all Significantly, The Results also Showed no Significant Differences to the Variable of Specialization from the Point of View of Female Students, While the Results Indicate That There are Differences of Statistical Significance Attributed to the Variable School Year, in Favor of the Fourth Year, the Research Ended With the Introduction of Measures to Activate the Role of the University in Promoting the Active Citizenship of the Saudi Girl.
