The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can no longer be doubted because they are proven to be able to survive and become the economic cogs. In 2011 MSMEs were able to contribute significantly to state revenue by contributing 61,9 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) revenue through tax payments. But the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is still very weak, one of the problems faced is human resources. MSMEs require targeted empowerment, guidance and development to be able to compete with large-scale companies. From the tax sector, the government has made special rules to facilitate MSMEs business people in their tax payments, namely through PP Number 23 of 2018. And furthermore it is expected that MSMEs business players can increase the level of making simple accounting which will help to tidy the administration of their businesses. In this case, we help MSMEs businesses to improve their capability and understanding in accounting and the new Tax Regulation (PP no.23/2018). This activity was attended by 51 MSMEs business people in the city of Depok. After attending the training, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and consult. The results of the training and mentoring show an increase in knowledge about simple accounting that can be made by the participants themselves and participants become aware of the new taxation rules namely PP No.23 of 2018 as well as raising awareness about the importance of paying taxes.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are growing rapidly in recent years. This activity is a government effort to improve the economy of its people. This is not wasted by the community, especially those in the city of Batam. Many home-based businesses have emerged that are varied and do not miss using existing technology. One of them is using Facebook and Instagram applications. On Facebook, there are many online buying and selling forums. On Instagram it is the same. Many accounts post merchandise with photo or video media. But there are also other types of applications that can be utilized, namely Google My Business. This application is a feature developed by Google to move business towards the world of digital technology and digital markets. On Google My Business, all of these things already exist, one package all when we have registered with the application. However, the use of this application made by Google is not well known by the public, especially in MSMEs. Therefore proper coaching needs to be done so that the use of this google application can be utilized to the maximum extent possible and of course also brings more benefits as well.

This study aims to examine the Government's authority to provide financing for Micro and Small Enterprises and to fulfill the requirements in order to obtain financing. The method used in the study is a normative legal research method using the statutory approach. The study results show that the provisions of Article 21 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 20 Year 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that regulate Micro and Small Enterprise financing appear to be blurred, giving rise to multiple interpretations in terms of the Government's authority to provide financing. In the provisions of Article 23 letter c there is no provision that explicitly regulates the conditions that must be met by Micro and Small Enterprises in order to obtain financing. So that Micro and Small Enterprises can obtain funding with clear rules requiring legal certainty, the benefits and legal justice in efforts to maintain the stability of Micro and Small Enterprises as strategic supporters of national economic development can be achieved.
