Abstrak: Bertambahnya jumlah populasi penduduk maka dibutuhkan juga penambahan lapangan pekerjaan, agar jumlah angkatan kerja yang bekerja semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menunjukkan pengaruh populasi penduduk pada jumlah Angkatan kerja yang bekerja di kota Bekasi dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2020. Analisa tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, tingkat populasi penduduk (X) dan Angkatan kerja yang bekerja (Y) di kota Bekasi tahun 2011-2020. Dari data dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel jumlah populasi (X) telah memiliki pengaruh positif pada variabel jumlah Angkatan kerja yang bekerja di kota Bekasi. Pada penelitian ini juga diperoleh nilai korelasi antara Jumlah penduduk dengan Jumlah Angkatan kerja yang bekerja, yaitu sebesar 0.942. Dari hasil pengolahan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan korelasi yang positif dan sangat kuat antara jumlah penduduk kota Bekasi dengan jumlah Angkatan kerja di Kota Bekasi yang bekerja. Jika Jumlah penduduk meningkat maka jumlah Angkatan kerja di Kota Bekasi yang bekerja juga mengalami peningkatan.   Kata kunci: angkatan kerja, jumlah penduduk, regresi   Abstract: As the population increases, additional employment opportunities are also needed, so that the number of the working force will increase. This study aims to show the effect of population on the number of the workforce working in the city of Bekasi from 2011 to 2020. The analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method, the population level (X) and the working force (Y) in the city of Bekasi. year 2011-2020. From the data it can be concluded that the population variable (X) has a positive influence on the variable number of the workforce working in the city of Bekasi. In this study also obtained the correlation value between the number of residents with the number of working force, which is equal to 0.942. From the results of the processing, it can be concluded that there is a positive and very strong correlation between the population of the city of Bekasi and the number of the workforce in the city of Bekasi who work. <p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This paper aims to convey the development of the effect of the population on the number of poverty in the city of Palembang from 2010 to 2015.There is no accurate calculation made to determine the number of poor people in Indonesia, always with controversy because each calculation uses different criteria.This differentiation is based on its causing factors to allow specific alleviation policy implication. The cause of such poverty, in general, is that the poor people have no capacity and capability to access economic sources. This analysis is done using simple linear regression method, population level (X) and poverty (Y) in Palembang city year 2010 - 2015. From the data, it can be concluded that the variable of Population (X) has negative influence to the variable Number of Poverty (Y) in Palembang City. Simultaneously, the number of population has an effect on the amount of poverty in the city of Palembang by 0,398%, while -14,045% and the rest influenced by the variable outside of studied.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Poor people, Regression, Causes Of Poverty</em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Jurnal ini bertujuan menggambarkan pengembangan pengaruh populasi pada jumlah kemiskinan di kota Palembang dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2015. Tidak ada penghitungan yang akurat yang telah dibuat untuk menentukan jumlah orang miskin di Indonesia, selalu muncul kontroversi karena setiap penghitungan memiliki kriteria tersendiri. Perbedaan ini didasarkan pada faktor penyebab yang berdampak pada implikasi politik. Penyebab kemisikinan, umumnya adalah bahwa orang-orang miskin tidak memiliki kapasitas untuk memasuki sumber ekonomi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, tingkat populasi (X) dan kemiskinan (Y) di kota Palembang tahun 2010-2015. Dari data disimpulkan bahwa variabel jumlah populasi (X) memiliki pengaruh negatif pada variabel jumlah kemiskinan di kota Palembang. Secara simultan, jumlah populasi memiliki pengaruh pada jumlah kemiskinan di kota Palembang yaitu 0,398%, sedangkan -14,045% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar studi ini.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Orang miskin, Regresi, Penyebab Kemiskinan</em>

 This research is a study on halal consumer behavior, which consists of empirical results from various Micro, Small,and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were collected from 161 muslim tourists whohave experiences visiting Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, and consuming culinary products produced by MSMEsin the city. Simple linear regression method was applied to evaluate the relation between consumers’ attitude andpurchase decisions. This research aims to provide deeper understanding on the effect of tourists’ attitude towardsthe halal label and purchase decision, seen from the perspective of muslim consumers who have experiences inconsuming the food products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)s in Bandung, Indonesia. This studyreveals that attitude towards halal label is an important factor affecting consumers’ halal food purchase decision.

The problem of the SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru school is to predict how many facilities that need to be provided for new students such as chairs, tables and others. This study discusses the prediction of the number of new student registrants at SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru based on the amount of tuition fees using a simple linear regression method. From a commercial point of view, the use of data mining can be used to handle the explosion of data volumes, using computational techniques can be used to produce information needed which is an asset that can increase the competitiveness of an institution. Prediction is almost the same as classification and estimation, except that in the prediction the value of the results will be in the future. This system can be used to predict the number of applicants in the following year to help the school. The advantage is that this simple linear regression method is very simple so that it is easy to calculate and use. Saves the time needed to solve problems, especially those that are very complex.

Starting from the phenomenon occurred especially among Muslim women who were very concerned with fashion issues. Many of them did not know the function of the clothes they wear, and how Islam arranges the clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of religiosity on the decision of purchasing Muslim clothes in Tembilahan District. This was quantitative research by simple linear regression method analysis. The results showed that the T count was bigger than the T table. The T table was 12,763>2,024 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 means Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The contribution of religiosity to the decision toward purchasing Muslim clothing by looking at the results of the R Square was 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% influenced by other factors outside of the researcher's discussion.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. The results of the study, the Fcount obtained was 10.982> Ftable = 3.25 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 -2 - 1 = 37 was 3.25. The purpose of this research is to analyse the number of consumers and electricity load of residential house in South Makassar region for 2019. To achieved this goal, a simple linear regression method for calculating the number of consumers and multiple linear regression methods to calculate the electrical load. To analyse this study, electricity data was taken from Electricity State Company (called PLN) since 2015 to 2016. Based on the results illustrated that the number of consumers and electricity load at the end of December 2019 were 752865 and 155187128 kWh, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah totaling 34 people. While the variables studied in this research is the competence and performance. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on research results the effect of competence on the performance of employees with correlation value R = 0,656 which indicates a close relationship between the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. While the R-square at 0,430 which can competence has contributed of 43% to the performance of employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Partially acquired competence variable positive and significant effect on the performance employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah with simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 18,342 + 0,627X significantly smaller 0,000 than alpha 0,05. The conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables competence on performance employees is proven and can be accepted as true

Abstract Compensation is a complicated and classic problem that has plagued the industrial world. As is known that the provision of appropriate compensation which given by the company, is one of the main factors that influence the improvement of employee performance. In Indonesia, the issue of providing compensation has been regulated in the labor law. The government in this case the Ministry of Manpower always emphasizes to all companies operating in Indonesia, in order to obey and implement all provisions regulated by law. This research was conducted at a company located in Bekasi, precisely in Jababeka - Cikarang, which is at PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can increase employee performance, especially in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, in which the objects in this study amounted to 40 employees of the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression method. Meanwhile, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the value of R² is 0.486, meaning the percentage of the effect of compensation for employee performance is 48.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (5.146> 2.048). This shows that the hypothesis used in this study is accepted, that is there is an effect of giving compensation to the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Jaeil Indonesia, so companies need to pay attention to employees by adjusting the compensation with the workload they bear according to the prevailing laws and regulations. A Student Decision on Choosing a University: Impact of Education Costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of the cost of education on students' decisions to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research sample consisted of 380 respondents and statistically processed with the simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The results showed that the cost of education had an effect on students' decision to choose a university. These findings indicate that higher education institutions must take into account the tuition fees charged to students. This is related to the level of students' ability to complete their studies at a college. Several studies have shown that in general the cost of education is important for universities to attract and retain students who are studying.
