The emergence of the phenomenon of distance learning as online learning during the pandemic is concerned about the quality of achieving learning objectives. Finally, distance learning becomes an option so that the implementation of higher education can still be carried out like conventional learning. This restlessness opens opportunities for literacy methods as an effective medium in distance learning. The purpose of this research is to explain that literacy is not limited to reading and writing skills. Familiarize students with reading and accessing information before learning is a positive habit for organizing the brain and critical analysis skills. The research method used in research during this pandemic is a literature study "library research" (library research) with a qualitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from various sources such as books, journals, scientific writings as well as observations of online learning at the research campus. The research findings refer to several references, that literacy is the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, has practical goals that can be utilized and developed as a renewal in the era of educational technology. Thus, during this pandemic, literacy has been developed in various aspects of learning life such as technology, culture, politics, finance, information, and so on. The impact of literacy effectively has made students able to study independently and learn actively. Mastery of technology in literacy creates student learners, thinkers, researchers, and agents of change. The use of literacy as a medium for distance learning is an opportunity that this learning provides an opportunity for anyone to learn. The effectiveness of literacy as a medium in distance learning is very important to be developed with the mastery of digital technology

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the solutions to solve them. This type of research is literature study or library research using secondary data sources collected through textbooks, e-books, perodical, statutory regulations, websites, and other sources relevant to the research problem. The research data were analyzed qualitatively with an interactive model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has various problems experienced by teachers, students, and parents. The teacher's problems are in the form of weak mastery of IT and limited access to supervision of students, from students in the form of inactivity in learning, limited support facilities and internet network access, while from parents in the form of limited time in accompanying their children during online learning. These various problems can be overcome by increasing competency in IT mastery, intensive supervision by involving the role of parents, and providing manual assignments.

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses literature study or library research by taking reading sources from secondary data collected through textbooks, scientific journals, e-books and other sources relevant to the research problem. This type of research was analyzed qualitatively with an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that online learning is one solution so that the learning process continues during the Covid-19 pandemic. But in this learning there are various problems experienced by various parties, namely educational institutions, educators (teachers and lecturers), students and parents of students. The problems that exist in educational institutions are the lack of availability of telecommunication technology infrastructure, multimedia, information and platforms that support the process of teaching and learning activities online, from educators in the form of limitations in the use of IT, as well as the difficulty of forming student personality characteristics and applying learning media so that students can understand the material presented, from students, namely most students are not familiar with online learning and due to limited internet facilities, from parents the lack of time available to accompany their children during online learning because not all parents can divide their time between work and mentoring children in House.

This study aims to investigate online learning for elementary school students in Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The data were collected using a survey method through distributing questionnaires with a google form. Secondary data was also supported using the library method through documentation to gain the relevant data regarding the impact of COVID-19 and online learning in elementary schools from various sources such as documents, books, magazine news, and journal articles. Data analysis used a flow chart following Milles and Huberman. Results show that the impact of COVID-19 on implementing online learning in elementary schools in Indonesia can be implemented quite well. The impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of distance learning in elementary schools can be carried out quite well if there is a collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in learning at home.

  This study aims to determine the challenges of higher education learning and the implementation of independent learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is literature study or library research. Literature studies are carried out by reading library sources to obtain the required data. The data sources used are secondary data, where secondary data is collected through textbooks, scientific journals, and perodical. The results showed that online learning is learning that uses an internet-based interactive model and a Learning Management System (LMS). The abilities of lecturers and students in online learning vary, some are accustomed to it, cannot be separated, there are also those who are forced and unprepared. However, the condition of the plague forces everyone to be ready to take advantage of information technology to prevent the outbreak from spreading. The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic has great potential to become a catalyst in the implementation of the Merdeka Learning: Merdeka Campus policy. Lecturers and students become actors in independent learning with the help of information technology. The implementation of online learning is not only dominated by State Universities (PTN), Private Universities (PTS) have also implemented online lectures well. Pandemi Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) justru memberikan potensi besar menjadi katalis dalam implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar: Kampus Merdeka. Dosen dan mahasiswa menjadi actor dalam pembelajaran secara mandiri dengan bantuan teknologi informasi. The Corona-19 outbreak, which has now become a pandemic, and has had an impact on health conditions and people's behavior, “called” TKSK to get involved in handling the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. This study aims to describe the role of TKSK in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various regions in Indonesia. The primary data sources of this research are program implementersat the Directorate of Social Empowerment for Individuals, Families, Groups and Communities (Dit-PSPKKM), Ministry of Social Affairs RI, and TKSK coordinators in 34 provinces. For primary data collection, interviews were conducted online with program implementers, and virtual discussions involving the TKSK coordinator in 34 provinces, the person in charge and program implementers at Dit-PSPKKM), and a team of consultants. Secondary data sources are regulations, guidelines, resumes from consultant team meetings, and literature. For secondary data collection, documentation study and literature study were conducted. The research findings,TKSK has played a role in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in its working area. Activities carried out are categorized onprevention, distribution of social assistance, complaints and social advocacy. The results of this study contribute conceptually and in an applied manner related to management in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic through optimal utilization of TKSK

The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the impact and behavior of the community on post-disaster economic conditions in the city of Palu and to know the local government's public policies in handling these cases. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, literature study, and secondary data processing from various social elements. In addition, data collection was carried out by interviewing informants who felt the direct impact of the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction in Palu, Sigi and Donggala. The results showed that the post-disaster impact felt by the people of Palu City was generally in the "severe" classification. The socio-economic conditions of the people of Palu include several aspects, ranging from the geographical conditions that are in disaster-prone zones, to the extremely poor health conditions after the disaster. The conclusion of this research shows that the escalation of natural disasters in the city of Palu is considered quite large because it consists of three types of disasters, namely the Earthquake, Tsunami and Liquifation in the same time period. Palu City is the capital of the Province as well as the economic and administrative center of Central Sulawesi Province. Damage to warehousing infrastructure coupled with massive looting from unscrupulous people in logistics supply warehouses resulted in goods that were supposed to be distributed both to the city and the district finally unable to be implemented.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi dampak dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kondisi perekonomian pasca bencana di kota Palu dan mengetahui kebijakan publik pemerintah setempat dalam menangani kasus tersebut. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan  studi kasus, studi literature, dan pengolahan data sekunder dari berbagai elemen sosial. Selain itu pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawacara kepada narasumber yang merasakan dampak langsung dari bencana gempa,tsunami dan likuifaksi di Palu,Sigi dan Donggala. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dampak pasca bencana yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Kota Palu secara umum berada pada klasifikasi “berat”. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat kota Palu meliputi beberapa aspek, mulai dari kondisi geografis yang berada pada zona rawan bencana, kondisi kesehatan sangat memprihatinkan pasca bencana. Kesimpulan penelitain ini menujukkan bahwa eskalasi bencana alam kota Palu dinilai cukup besar karena terdiri dari tiga macam bencana yaitu Gempa Bumi, Tsunami dan Liquifasi dalam kurun waktu sama. Kota Palu merupakan ibukota Provinsi sekaligus sebagai pusat ekonomi dan pemerintahan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Rusaknya infrakstruktur pergudangan ditambah dengan adanya penjarahan yang massiv dari oknum masyarakat pada gudang-gudang suplai logistik mengakibatkan barang yang semestinya didistribusikan baik ke kota ataupun ke kabupaten akhirnya tidak dapat dilaksanakan.

The ideas of al-Qabisi on the physical punishment method for the students now tend to be poorly comprehended, acknowledged, and implemented by educators in the educational institution system. It is almost certain that the study of the physical punishment method is still limited to theory and knowledge without giving application in the reality of life. This research aimed to analyze the principle of physical punishment for the students, illustrate the terms, as well as the objectives of the punishment, and the impact on the psychological and physical of students. Based on library research and descriptive, deductive, and content analysis of primary and secondary data sources, the result of the research showed that according to al-Qabisi, there are six principles of physical punishment, four conditions that must be considered in the provision of physical punishment, five purposes of giving physical punishment for them, and imposition of physical punishment for them according to al-Qabisi harms the physical and psychological of students.

This study aims to discuss and see the evaluation of entrepreneurship education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah. Elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah that have implemented entrepreneurship education that can be used as references include: SD Entrepreneur Muslim Alif-A Piyungan Yogyakarta, SD IT Alam Harum Purbalingga, and MI Terpadu Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research data is qualitative data and the data source is secondary data. While the data method used is library research (library research). Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data display, and withdrawal from the literature study conducted. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The results of this study explain that, the implementation of Entrepreneurship Education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah can be carried out in three stages, namely: (1) The planning stage, including: formulation of program objectives, program vision and mission of entrepreneurship education, material which then incorporates educational values. entrepreneurship that will be developed in the Learning Implementation Plan; (2) Implementation stage, including: class, entrepreneurship, integrated with subjects, self-development activities, school culture; and (3) The evaluation phase, including entrepreneurial education activities based on entrepreneurial values that have been internalized and implemented in the behavior seen in the activities of students at school.

­Abstrak: Tulisan ini secara spesifik memaparkan dampak metode pembelajaran daring bagi ketuntasan belajar siswa. Peristiwa Covid-19 yang terjadi awal tahun 2020 hingga sampai sekarang, masih menyebakan kesulitan bagi semua element. Imbas dari pandemi ini di sektor Pendidikan mengharuskan pembelajaran online dilaksanakan. Akibat dari penerapan pembelajaran daring ini, masih menyebabkan kesulitan bagi sebagai indvidu bahkan institusi karena masih belum lengkapnya pra-sarana dalam kegiatan pembelajara daring. Topik ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil pada uraian ini mengemukakan bahwa pengertian ketuntasan belajar menurut Permendikbud adalah pencapaian kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan meliputi ketuntasan penguasaan substansi dan ketuntasan belajar dalam konteks kurun waktu belajar. Ketuntasan belajar peserta didik merupakan komponen keluaran yang diperoleh dari hasil suatu proses pembelajaran yang didukung oleh orang tua, guru dan lingkungan. Berhasil tidaknya pembelajaran daring bagi ketuntasan pembelajaran, diperlukan kerja sama semua komponen Pendidikan itu sendiri.Abstract: This paper specifically describes the impact of online learning methods on the completion of student learning. The Covid-19 event that occurred in early 2020 until now, still makes it difficult for all elements. The impact of this pandemic in the Education sector requires that online learning be implemented. As a result of the application of online learning in, still causes difficulties for as an individual even an institution because it is still incomplete pre-facilities in the activities of online learners. This topic is written using qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The results in this description suggest that the understanding of the completion of learning according to Permendikbud is the achievement of attitude competence. Knowledge, and skills include the completion of the mastery of substance and the completion of learning in the context of the study period. The completion of learning of learners is a component of the output obtained from the results of a learning process supported by parents, teachers and the environment. The success of online learning for the completion of learning, requires the cooperation of all components of Education itself.

The COVID-19 pandemic began in Wuhan, China in late December 2019 and rapidly spread to all over the world. The COVID-19 caused by SARS-Cov-2 and more than one million people have been affected worldwide. The COVID-19 pandemic not only impacts the health sector, but the pandemic triggered to the economic crisis with expansive social effects. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the international cooperation needs to be taken to responding and control the pandemic. Indonesia and Australia as a close neighbour, have worked closely in disaster risk management and currently cooperate to response the COVID-19. This study aims to describe the cooperation between Indonesia and Australia in responding the impacts of COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection technique used based on secondary data in the form of literature review (library research) including books, journals, reports, organization’s websites, online articles, and scientific papers that are related to the study. The author uses the concept of cooperation to support the idea of cooperation between Indonesia and Australia to responding the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic. This study provides that the cooperation between Indonesia and Australia in responding the impacts of COVID-19 are divided into three sectors, namely health security, stability, and economic recovery.
