The objective of this research is to analysis of job motivation which gives influences to the teachers’ performance of Catholic Secondary School of Municipio Dili, Timor-Leste to test and analyze the job satisfaction give the influence to the teachers’ performance. The hypothesis of this research tested using an analysis instrument, Smart-PLS 3.0. The result showed that the job motivation has a positive influence and significant to the teachers’ performance with T-statistic values is 5.993 and also, P-values are 0,000. Relationship between job satisfaction and the teacher's performance t-statistics values (0.153) and p-values (0.879), the test result showed that job satisfaction didn't give a positive influence and not significant to the teachers' performance. Relationship between leadership style and teachers' performance, T-statistics values (3.098), and P-values (0.002) showed that the leadership style of the school director gave a positive influence but not significant to the teachers' performance. This study can contribute to the government to develop the education policy which quality in Timor Leste, and plan the program of Education Ministry at the curriculum sector and the regulations. Therefore it can help the school director to understand better their function as the school director, as well as help the teachers to understand their job as educators.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the antecedent of job satisfaction on job satisfaction, the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention and whether job satisfaction was able to mediate the relation of antecedent of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The respondents in this study were employees at consulting firms in Semarang. The analysis instrument in this research was the multiple regression. The study showed that leadership style and organizational commitment had positive influence on job satisfaction. The other result of this study showed that leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction had negative influence on turnover intention. With the proven fact of the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention, the managers of consulting firms, therefore, should use leadership style that fit with employees, should try to increase the organization’s commitment to employees so they knew that they were a part of the organization and to maintain their membership in the organization and should improve employee satisfaction in order to reduce the turnover intention among employees.

The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

The Influence Sevice Optiamisation and Job Motivation with Employee Dicipliner in Measure Job Satisfaction Toward Administration Power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency Provincy East Kalimantan. There is research to aim for the service optimalisation effect and employee motivation with employee dicipliner in measure work satisfaction toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Rigrncy. There is kausal study do it Eighteen District and twenty UPT between one Education Official East Kutai Regency. The method used in this Research is Quantitative method with multiple Regression Analisis. The Sample of this research is one hundred and two respondent of four hundred fifty nine at Population. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive influence either partially or colletively between the effect service optimalisation and work motivation with employee dicipliner to measure work satisfaction employees toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of this study the researcher concludes that the batter of service optimalisation and work motivation with employee to dicipliner to result in more the more feeling satisfaction in the job.(1), The Higght more the more in motivation work or duty do it to result in of satisfaction the work (2), The Dicipline more the more and rule obdient employee doing the duty or manner rule, more the more to hoist satisfaction work (3), More the more service optimalisation, more the more work motivation with more the more rule obdient employees in dicipline their work becoming satisfaction to gether the administration power, more the more to services.

The leadership and motivation styleis an essential factor in supporting the performance of nurses. The study was undertaken to determine the correlation between the leadership style to the job satisfaction, and organizational commitment among the head nurses and staff nurses from the government and private hospitals in Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The study used descriptive corelational design. The samples were limited, involving 289 respondents from dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital, Serang (18 head nurses and 183 staff nurses) and Sari Asih Hospital, Serang (6 head nurses and 82 staff nurses). The study found a low positive relationship of the head nurses' transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style against the staff nurses' job satisfaction, r-coefficients of 0.370 and 0.485, respectively. Also, a moderate positive correlation was found on transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style of the head nurses against the organizational commitment of the staff nurses, rcoefficient of 0.606 and 0.609, respectively. It suggested that the staff nurses should be more responsive to the duty inseparable from the rights and obligations as an employee while the head nurse needs to pay attention to physical readiness, mental and psychological of subordinates.

Purpose The author was motivated to focus on the palm oil sector because it is essential to the Indonesian economy. He wanted to discover how to improve performance Design/methodology/approach The author focused on employees of class III-IV who have the authority to manage the natural and HR resources of PTPM XII. He formulated five hypotheses to test on 130 class III to IV employees. His first three hypotheses tested the effect of organizational learning on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee’s performance. His fourth and fifth hypotheses tested the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employees’ performance. Findings Results revealed how organizational learning has a significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment at the large state-owned palm oil (CPO) producer. The study also indicated that organizational learning has no effect on employee performance. However, the data also revealed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive influence on employee performance. Originality/value Indonesia is the biggest palm oil producer in the world and the Government wants to improve the state sector’s performance.

<p>This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to the possibility that the teachers’ job satisfaction of the government vocational schooll in North of Jakarta is effected by leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation. Research has been implemented using path analysis after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, teachers has been chosen as a unit analysis and 100 samples selected randomly. The results of analysis finds out that: 1) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by leadership style; 2) ) the teachers’ work motivation is affected directly by work environment; 3) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by leadership style; 4) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by work environment;5) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected directly by the teachers’ work motivation; 6) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by leadership style; and 7) the teachers’ job satisfaction is affected indirectly by work environment. Therefore, the leadership style, work environment, and teachers’ work motivation should be put into account of human resources development in managing the teachers’ job satisfaction at The Education Office of DKI Jakarta Province.</p>

This study aims to: 1). To determine the effect of motivation that carried on Improved employee performance protocol Section Yogyakarta City Government. 2). To determine the effect of employee performance on the part of Yogyakarta City Government Protocol. 3). To determine the effect of leadership style on the part of the Government of Yogyakarta City Protocol. The population in this study is an employee at the Yogyakarta city government protocol of 40 people. Samples taken are all employees of the protocol section using sampling techniques, namely Saturated samples representing the entire amount of the population. Based on the results obtained by the regression equation is: Y = 0.244X1 + 0.671X2. Based on the analysis of statistical data, indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. In the classic assumption test, regression models multikolonieritas free, there is no heteroscedasticity, and the normal distribution. Through the results of the calculations have been done obtained t value of 2.072 with a significance level of 0.045 is the result of less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study receive and reject Ho Ha. In this test proved statistically that work motivation has positive influence on employee performance. Through the results of the calculations have been done obtained t value of 5.694 with a significance level of 0.000 is the result of less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study receive and reject Ho Ha. In this test is statistically proven that leadership has positive inflence on employee performance. The most powerful influence on employee performance on the protocol of Yogyakarta city government leadership is a variable that is equal to 0,671. The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has positive influence on employee performance. 2). Leadership style has positive influence on employee performance. 3). Motivation and leadership styles affect the performance of employees in the city of Yogyakarta government protocol. Key words: motivation, leadership style and performance.

The problem begins with the low performance of employees at the Cirebon Pratama Tax Service Office. Where the results of preliminary observations are suspected by low remuneration and employee job satisfaction. Thus this study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of finding the value of the magnitude of the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is descriptive explanatory. The results showed partially that the effect of remuneration on employee performance was 0.463 or 46.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 3.221 > 2.27 signifikan and positive, so H0 is accepted. While the results of the value of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance was 0.563 or 56.3% with the results of the T test found Thitung > Ttabel = 4.204 > 2.27 significant and positive, so H0 is accepted. And the simultaneous influence obtained by the correlation value of 0.391 or 39.1% with the test F = 11.867 compared to F table = 3.32 (Fhitung > Ftabel) then the hypothesis is acceptable. While the remaining 60.9% is explained by other variables outside the variables of remuneration, job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion Remuneration variables that have been given in the form of rewards received are reasonable, received bonuses are associated or not related to achievement, and the suitability of the rewards received has a positive influence in encouraging working harder according to the expected target. So that this can improve employee performance at the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Likewise, employee job satisfaction variables in the Pratama Tax Office in Cirebon feel comfortable in working, pleasant work, salary in accordance with expectations, adequate career opportunities, conducive work environment and leadership style (human relations).

AbstractThis research conducted to determine wether there is an influence of employee job satisfacation in terms of the transactional leadership style at UD. X in Medan. The hypotheses in this study is proposed that there is a positive influence in job satisfacation in terms of the transactional leadership style. On these study we used 105 people by using the saturated sample method. This research used quantitative research where the data collection uses a questionnaire. The assumptions test consisted of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis method uses the product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS statistics 25 for Windows. The result showed that there was a significant influence between employee job satisfacation with transactional leadership style (Pearson Correlation 0.000, sig 0.000 < P= 0.05). The result of this study indicated that the contribution made by the transactional leadership style to job satisfaction is 81 percent. From the result of this study it can be concluded that research hyphothesis has a positive influence between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Transactional Leadership Style, Employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan transaksional pada UD. X di Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja yang ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan transaksional. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 105 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Uji asumsi yang dilakukan terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS Statistic 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (Pearson Correlation 0.9000, Sig 0.000 < p = 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 81 persen. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini ada pengaruh positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of motivation kerjaterhadap leadership style and job satisfaction of employees at PT Technological Innovation. This research was conducted by tekknik simple random sampling (simple sampling technique), with a sample of 75 respondents. Entire multiple regression equation used meets the requirements of the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction in PT Technological Innovation.
