The Influence Sevice Optiamisation and Job Motivation with Employee Dicipliner in Measure Job Satisfaction Toward Administration Power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency Provincy East Kalimantan. There is research to aim for the service optimalisation effect and employee motivation with employee dicipliner in measure work satisfaction toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Rigrncy. There is kausal study do it Eighteen District and twenty UPT between one Education Official East Kutai Regency. The method used in this Research is Quantitative method with multiple Regression Analisis. The Sample of this research is one hundred and two respondent of four hundred fifty nine at Population. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive influence either partially or colletively between the effect service optimalisation and work motivation with employee dicipliner to measure work satisfaction employees toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of this study the researcher concludes that the batter of service optimalisation and work motivation with employee to dicipliner to result in more the more feeling satisfaction in the job.(1), The Higght more the more in motivation work or duty do it to result in of satisfaction the work (2), The Dicipline more the more and rule obdient employee doing the duty or manner rule, more the more to hoist satisfaction work (3), More the more service optimalisation, more the more work motivation with more the more rule obdient employees in dicipline their work becoming satisfaction to gether the administration power, more the more to services.

Objective - The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation influences the performance of accounting lecturers. Methodology/Technique - This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of lecturers in three universities, UNISDA, UNISLA, STIE situated in Dahlan Lamongan, Indonesia. Findings - The findings indicate that work motivation is the dominant factor affecting the performance of the accounting lecturers. Work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation jointly, have a positive influence on the performance of the accounting lecturers. Novelty - The study provides ways to increase the performance of accounting lecturers so that they will be able to produce reliable scholar graduates. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Wahana Surya Bengkulu.The object of this research was Wahana Surya Bengkulu with the selection of samples in this study conducted by using total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 65 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire.The results of the study show that The first, there is a positive effect of job satisfaction toward the employees’ performance of  Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the ability is getting better or improved, there is a positive influence of work organization commitment toward the employees; performance of Wahana Surya Bengkulu, if the work discipline of employees increases, it will affect the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu,  if employee work motivation increases, of course employee performance will also increase in line with increasing employee motivation, there are effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on the performance of employees of Wahana Surya Bengkulu employees, where job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect performance by 61.4%Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance

The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of culinary service business leaders in Surakarta, also to analyze the spiritual role of leadership in the growth of the creative economy in Surakarta. This research method is a quantitative method with an explanation approach. There are 5 (five) key informants (informants) who will be interviewed in this study consisting of leaders in the culinary service sector business in Surakarta. The results of data analysis research obtained that the results obtained that the variable vision, hope/ faith, altruistic love, meaning / calling, membership, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive influence on spiritual lesdership.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on the employees’ work performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable conducted at the National Land Agency, the Regency of Bekasi. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 103 respondents out of a population consisting of 140 employees. Meanwhile, the data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination and simultaneous coefficient. Based on the study results, it reveals that (i) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (ii) compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (iii) job motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, performance, (iv) compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance, (v) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance, (vi) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (vii) work motivation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance. The two independent variables, i.e., work motivation and compensation, have a partial effect and can also work together (simultaneously) and have a positive and significant effect which can be proven by all the results of the proven hypotheses.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of organizational culture and work motivation, and to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee work motivation at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Jambi Province. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection methods using questionnaires to 75 respondents. The result is that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at 20.16. The conclusion is that organizational culture influences work motivation in BPSDM Jambi Province by 20.16%.

A person’s loyalty is a form of loyalty to an object, both people and tasks. But in fact in the current era, loyalty is a difficult thing to find. Human resources who born in 1983-1997 or called Y generation have lower loyalty than X generation (1963-1982). So that studying loyalty of tourism buses’ drivers and their assistants is an interesting thing in order to know what cause the loyalty of drivers and their assistants. The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the description of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and driver and kernet loyalty, (2) to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment, (3) to find out whether there is a positive influence significant organizational commitment to driver and kernet loyalty, (4) to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on driver and kernet loyalty, (5) and to find out whether there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on driver loyalty and kernet through organizational commitment. This research is quantitative and using path analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in the form of judment sampling. Population in this research is 125 driver and kernet in Malang with sample 105 driver and kernet. Data collection methods use a closed questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on driver and kernet loyalty; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on driver and kernet loyalty; (4) Job satisfaction affects the loyalty of driver and kernet through organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze the influence partially and simultaneously whether the motivation variables of Islam and job satisfaction have a significant effect on Islamic work performance at the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah National Amil Zakat Institution in Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The process of data collection used was a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling technique with the criteria of all employees of the Baitul Maal Hidayatullah National Amil Zakat Institution Surabaya numbering 37 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression. This study indicated that the motivation variable has a significant negative influence. It shows that motivation does not influence employee work performance. On the other hand, the second variable, the work satisfaction variable, has a significant positive. It means that work satisfaction influences employee work performance.Keywords: Islamic Work Motivation, Satisfaction, and Employee Work Performance

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction.
