Numerous difficulties encountered in the work of a modern teacher reduce their desire to achieve results and approbation of innovative techniques, motivation to work in general. The increased relevance of pedagogical optimism in this regard contributed to the creation of technologies for its formation and development. The article examines the concept of pedagogical optimism and its structure, and also provides an overview of existing domestic methods for its formation among students, working teachers, and the rest of the population. The analysis of the concept, content and procedural characteristics, as well as methodological support of technologies for the formation and development of pedagogical optimism made it possible to evaluate them according to the criteria of manufacturability. The block diagram developed based on the analysis results clearly shows the trajectory of the possible choice of a particular technology, depending on the target audience.

In today’s rapidly changing society, people are under immense pressure. Mental illnesses have a growing incidence. In this paper, we are validating the correlation between thoughts in pre-sleep cognitive state and the succeeding day. We studied our thesis on nine individuals over a period of 3 months, and a substantial relationship between cognitive presleep and post-sleep thoughts was observed. We can conclude from our research that keeping positive presleep thoughts have a strong impact on efficiency and mindset for the succeeding day. Advances in studies on pre-sleep and post-sleep thoughts can therefore bring light on how this cognition impacts our waking life, which can further motivate the creation of innovative techniques for reducing stress and anxiety during sleep and boosting healthy sleep cognition.

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of practical views on the nature of the concept of positioning, highlighting the main features, determining the importance of the positioning process in the formation of the overall marketing strategy of the company. In today's market the winners are those who sets the strategic goals and competes with the use of theoretically justified from a scientific point of view of methods and techniques. The processes that ensure the creation of strong positions in the market are reflected in the methodological recommendations developed by the author for the positioning of the product. The effectiveness of the positioning strategy depends on identifying the correct and accurate target audience, analyzing competitors' organizations and predicting consumer behavior. All this allows to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, as well as to find out the public opinion about this enterprise.

In the classic tradition of artist biography there has grown up a number of myths and tropes that have encouraged a pre-ordained pattern for the portrayal of an artistic life, whether literary or cinematic. Within the sub-genre of the artist biopic must now be added the category of queer artist as already distinct tropes have emerged in this relatively new field. Where discussion of Michelangelo’s sexuality was deliberately avoided in The Agony and the Ecstasy (1965), within ten years there was a sexually explicit exploration of the gay lifestyle in 1960’s London in A Bigger Splash (1974). This openness and an aggressive style continued in subsequent British artist biopics though not without provoking censorship challenges and some outspoken critiques in the media. To make the filmic representations acceptable to cinema audiences, and to convey the feel of the artist’s paintings, the directors used very innovative techniques to present their story. The auteurs behind these films, such as Derek Jarman, saw them as distinctly political in intent. Overall the queer artist biopic has shown more interest in exploring the private sex life of the artist than in the creation of his artistic output, but through such controversial content the artist biopic finds its place within the development of both a gay and a queer cinema.

Despite rapid growth of adaptation theory in the last two decades, there is a gap in the field. Books like Linda Hutcheon’s A Theory of Adaptation (2006) and Julie Sanders’ Adaptation and Appropriation (2006) approach adaptations from an audience’s perspective, describing the effects of the adaptation process and providing a robust taxonomy, identifying all of different forms that adaptation might take. They do not, however, describe the details of the process of adaptation itself, even though they often refer to the need for a process-oriented account of adaptation. Existing adaptation manuals focus on screen-writing, leaving someone with an interest in the specifics of adapting a play nowhere to turn. This paper begins to address this gap in the available knowledge by documenting the adaptation process involved in the creation of four new adaptations of Anton Chekhov's Uncle Vanya, targeted at a New Zealand audience. The experiments presented here confirm what is suggested by a survey of the reception of English-language adaptations of Chekhov: there is no single correct method for adapting a play. An adapter's greatest challenge can be identifying which strategy is appropriate for the conditions they face. This project experiments with different adaptive methods and strategies, developed by looking at other English-language Chekhov adaptations, including techniques of approximating the setting, language and themes to a target audience. I attempt to identify which methodologies will achieve the desired results, revealing a variety of different challenges, advantages and weaknesses inherent to each approach. Moreover, both the research and the experiments suggest how the success or failure of an adaptation depends on a variety of contextual factors, including the target audience's relationship with the adapted work, the dramaturgical characteristics of that work, and the abilities of the adapter.

In the current economic conditions, both the internal and external image of the company plays a significant role in forming a loyal audience and maintaining a high level of sales. External and internal PR are closely interrelated. Therefore, to achieve the success of the organization, it is necessary to pay attention to each direction. Maintaining a comfortable corporate climate is one of the most important tasks of any company's management. And in difficult conditions for the company, the value of the internal PR function increases many times. A review of existing corporate museums on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, by means of monitoring sites of the company engaged in the creation of such museums "turnkey". We discovered that there is a company such as the Russian Museum and exhibition company, registered in Ufa, which accepts Republican orders, as well as orders from neighboring Republics and in General many leading and leading companies in Russia. Existing corporate museums have a fairly narrow target audience. The first example of a corporate Museum is related to the legal sphere, hence the corresponding audience.

A conceptual approach to the metrological support of the creation of composite structures for civil aircraft units has been developed and substantiated. It is shown that polymer composite materials currently occupy a significant place in the structures of civil aircraft and the volume of their effective use is constantly increasing, reaching in some cases 50% of the weight of the airframe, which indicates the relevance of the problem of metrological scientific support for creating structures of this class. The main goals of metrological assurance have been revealed, including the requirements for the uniformity and accuracy of measurements, the sufficiency and reliability of effective control, high quality measurements, as well as reducing the time and cost of research and experiments, metrological reliability, reducing the range of used measuring instruments, improving the safety of working conditions and environmental protection. At all stages (stages) of the existence of an aircraft, the effectiveness of structures made of PCM is ensured by various methods, methods and technical means of metrology. The main components of quality assurance are considered, which, being different in nature (process, property, form of conformity, set of devices, science), are integrated into a single system of concepts that form (ensure) the quality of an object.A block diagram of the main quality assurance tools is proposed, including certification, standardization, technical measurements, interchangeability and metro logic, as well as a block diagram of the general characteristics of the measurement quality. It is shown that these block diagrams together form the concept of scientific support for the creation of efficient structures of composite aircraft assemblies. It is proposed to form the development of this concept on the basis of the developed complex criterion for the effectiveness of the use of polymer composites in the environments of production, technological and scientific support. The structure of research is determined on the basis of the proposed conceptual approach to metrological support for the creation of composite structures of civil aircraft units at the main stages of their life cycle
