Although several diseases are treated by toxic drugs, their side effects may hamper adherence to the therapy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of the association of ponderal benznidazole (BZ) with its ultra-high diluted (UHD) formula on clinical and parasitological parameters of mice infected by Trypanosoma cruzi (T. cruzi). 24 non-isogenic Swiss mice were divided into groups: CI – infected animals treated with 7% alcohol; BZp – infected animals treated with BZ (500 mg/ kg) from the beginning of infection; BZp+d – infected animals treated with ponderal BZ and with UHD BZ, which started to be administered four days after the beginning of treatment with ponderal BZ; CNI - group of non-treated and non-infected animals. The UHD medicine was prepared according to Phamacopoeia until 30x. The different treatment schedules were statistically compared through parasitological and clinical parameters. The group BZp+d displayed more favorable clinical evolution than the group BZp, with improvement of mass gain, feed conversion and water intake, presenting data approximated to CNI group. The significant increase of the body temperature of BZp+d group indicates an activation of the immune system which was not observed in the other groups. Moreover, the anti-parasitic effect of the ponderal drug was maintained in all parasitological parameters of this group. By reducing the side effects and maintaining the action of the ponderal drug, the combination of toxic drugs with their UHD formula could be considered a way of improving efficacy of the treatment.

Abstract: Dermal filler is a non-surgical procedure to improve facial volume or the anatomy of other parts of the body. It is also a rejuvenate therapy to achieve a younger appearance. Besides that, the need of lipodystrophy therapy is increasing. There are several types of fillers with their superiorities and inferiorities; therefore, it is pretty difficult to determine and choose the ideal filler. Dermal fillers vary in duration of therapeutic effect, filler technique, filler origin, and their physical properties. To date, there is no perfect filler so far. An ideal filler must be non-allergenic, non-carcinogenic, non-teratogenic, as well as has achievable cost and long acting effect. In case that dermal filler is therapeutical indicated, good preparation of doctor and patient is essentially needed. Consultation and information have to cover the therapy indication, filler technique, filler limitation, side effects, outcome, cost, and informed consent. As the other cosmetic procedures, to achieve optimal satis-faction, the doctor must be able to provide effective communication to the patient before and after the dermal filler therapy.

Out of most of the dreadful diseases in the world Diabetes, shortly known as DM, is the most dreadful. The primary cause of diabetes is the lack of insulin due to the insufficient secretion of insulin by the pancreas or the insensitivity of the body to reuptake the insulin. This results in the accumulation of the sugar or glucose in the blood, only thereby disturbing all the other physiological conditions in the body. Herbs, as we know, are devoid of or have very fewer side effects when compared to the antidiabetic synthetic drugs. There is evidence to show that the herbs are safer and the chemical leads that are isolated from the medicinal plants are potent in controlling diabetes. The antidiabetic activity of herbs was proven, and the mechanism of action of the drugs was also established in many pieces of research. The polyherbal churna was prepared using various herbs like Tinospora, Glycerrihiza etc. that are already proven for the antidiabetic activity. This formulation was investigated for the antidiabetic activity at two doses and was compared with a marketed formulation and also a standard synthetic drug in STZ induced DM method. The prepared churna formulation showed a better activity compared with the standard and the marketed churna. The prepared churna at 200mg dose showed better activity than the 100mg dose.

Vitamin A derivatives are increasingly used in cosmetic procedures and pharmacological treatment. They can greatly affect the appearance of the skin, but like all other active substances – they can cause side effects (SEF). The aim of the study was to show the problems in which retinoids are used in dermatology and cosmetology, the way they work and the indication of possible side effects. Methods of minimizing side effects were analyzed and SEF differences after systemic and skin application were checked. Side effects caused by the use of retinoids are very common, dose-dependent, and the level of danger for the body varies from mild (dry skin) to very serious (teratogenicity, depression). The decision about taking retinoid treatment is made by the specialist after the interview. The appearance of SEF may require modification of the form or dose, sometimes it requires cessation of treatment.

An attempt was made to investigate the responses of broiler to feed the compound feeds of different feed mills located in Bangladesh. Keeping this view in mind, a total of 260 of star-bro broiler chicks were fed on compound diets in the age duration of day old to 38 days to compare the performance of broilers of different dietary groups. All the forms of feed were of identical (pellet feed) as well as same management and environment were provided for all the treatments. The body weight gain was highest in T2 dietary group (P < 0.01) which was statistically similar with T1 group. Feed intake of the 5 treatments differed significantly (P < 0.01). T1 dietary group showed high trend of feed consumption. Higher FCR value (P < 0.01) was observed for T5 dietary group which indicated low feed conversion efficiency. On the other hand, T2 and T1 dietary groups showed better feed conversion efficiency. Survivability percent of all treatments was not differed significantly (P>0.05). Significant differences were obtained for meat yield parameters such as body weight, blood loss, shank weight, liver weight, abdominal fat, dressed carcass and edible carcass weight. On the other hand, non significant differences were obtained for feather loss, gizzard weight, spleen weight, heart weight, head weight. Except the body weight (P < 0.01) no significant results were observed for sex(s) as well as interaction between treatment and sex effect for all other meat yield parameters. The results of this experiment from biological responses of birds gave an impression that compound feeds of the feed mills T1, T2 and T3 were found to be better than those feeds of T4 and T5 feed mills for the production of commercial broiler for the age duration of day old to 38 days of age. Ideal qualities of dental materials should include, in terms of biocompatibility, passivity towards oral tissues, so the material should not contain any leachable toxic and diffusible substances, neither release any harmful substance that can cause in time side effects, locally or generally. Even if amalgams are a group of dental materials with a long recorded history, many practitioners blame them, in contradiction with composite resins, especially for releasing free mercury into the body. On the other side, composite resins have reached great biocompatibility specifications, but also have many qualities that need more research, especially long term type.

The aims of this paper is to explain the use of high heels as an agency for a woman's body. Agency context refers to pain in the body but pain is perceived as something positive. In this paper, the method used is a literature review by reviewing writings related to the use of high heels. The findings in this paper that women experience body image disturbance or anxiety because they feel themselves are not beautiful or not attractive. The use of high heels, makes women more attractive and more confident, on the other hand the use of high heels actually makes women feel pain and discomfort. However, for the achievement of beauty standards, women voluntarily allow their bodies to experience pain. However, the agency's willingness to beauty standards here is meaningless without filtering and directly accepted. Instead women keep negotiating with themselves so as to make a decision why use high heels.

It is known that necessary to replace the components of organic acids, which are part of acidifiers when drinking water to poultry in order to prevent the adaptation of microbes in the gastrointestinal tract. In the poultry industry organic acids are widely used, which are used as acidifiers to preserve the properties of water consumed. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of broiler meat production when using acidifying agents of drinking water Aquasafe and Veleguard. The experimental part of the work has been performed in JSC “Kurinoe Tsarstvo-Bryansk” broiler area “Roshcha” in the Pochepsky district. The object of research was the livestock of broiler chickens cross Cobb 500 at floor housing. The effect of water acidifiers on meat productivity has been studied. Groups of chickens have been formed on the principle of pairs-analogues. Broiler chickens of experimental groups have been separated from the main livestock by a grid in the corner of the room for 100 heads in each group. It has been found by a result of research to be optimal dose usage of acidifying agents water Aquasafe and Veleguard to drink to broiler chickens. The positive effect of these acidifiers on the digestion of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, contributing to the effective use of nitrogen, which led to an increase in the intensity of growth, young animals’ livability and improved feed conversion. Slaughter yield in the control group was 55,1 %, and in the experimental group 57,2 and 58,4 %, which was by 2,1 and 3,3 % higher with the same level of metabolic energy and nutrients. In chickens that consumed acidifi ers more intensively used nutrients feed for deposition in the body of the components of the carcass, which affected the production. A positive impact of acidifying agents Aquasafe and Veleguard on meat quality in broiler chickens has been found.

Background: In practice it was difficult or impossible to have a correct diagnosis for the lymphoid proliferation lesions based on only H.E standard histopathology. In addition to histopathology, the application of immunohistochemistry was indispensable for the definitive diagnosis of the malignant or benign tumours and the origin of the tumour cells as well. Objectives: 1. To describe the gross and microscopic features of the suspected lesions of lymphoma; 2. To asses the expression of some immunologic markers for the diagnosis and classification of the suspected lesions of lymphoma. Materials and Method: Cross-sectional research on 81 patients diagnosed by histopathology as lymphomas or suspected lesions of lymphoma, following with immunohistopathology staining of 6 main markers including LCA, CD3, CD20, Bcl2, CD30 and AE1/3. Results: The most site was lymph node 58.1% which appeared at cervical region 72.3%, then the stomach 14.9% and small intestine 12.4%. The other sites in the body were met with lower frequency. Histopathologically, the most type of the lesions was atypical hyperplasia of the lymphoid tissue suspecting the lymphomas 49.4%, lymphomas 34.5%, the other diagnoses were lower including inflammation, poor differentiation carcinoam not excluding the lymphomas, lymphomas differentiating with poor differentiation carcinomas. Immunohistochemistry showed that, LCA, CD3, CD20, Bcl2, CD30 and AE1/3 were all positive depending on such type of tumours. The real lymphomas were 48/81 cases (59.3%), benign ones 35.8% and poor differentiated carcinomas 4.9%. Conclusion: Immunohistochemistry with 6 markers could help to diagnose correctly as benign or malignant lesions, classify and determine the origin of the tumour cells as lymphocytes or epithelial cells diagnosed by histopathology as lymphomas or suspected lesions of lymphomas. Key words: histopathology, immunohistochemistry, lymphomas, poor differentiated carcinomas, hyperplasia, atypicality

The future of medicine belongs to immunology and alergology. I tried to not be too wide in description, but on the other hand to mention the most important concepts of alergology to make access to these diseases more understandable, logical and more useful for our patients, that without complex pathophysiology and mechanism of immune reaction,we gain some basic insight into immunological principles. The name allergy to medicine was introduced by Pirquet in 1906, and is of Greek origin (allos-other + ergon-act; different reaction), essentially representing the reaction of an organism to a substance that has already been in contact with it, and manifested as a specific response thatmanifests as either a heightened reaction, a hypersensitivity, or as a reduced reaction immunity. Synonyms for hypersensitivity are: altered reactivity, reaction, hypersensitivity. The word sensitization comes from the Latin (sensibilitas, atis, f.), which means sensibility, sensitivity, and has retained that meaning in medical vocabulary, while in immunology and allergology this term implies the creation of hypersensitivity to an antigen. Antigen comes from the Greek words, anti-anti + genos-genus, the opposite, anti-substance substance that causes the body to produce antibodies.
