Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemaknaan kembali terhadap hadis perempuan mayoritas penghuni neraka. Dari hasil temuan penulis, hadis ini tidak dapat dipahami secara tekstual melainkan harus memperhatikan kontekstual dari teks hadis tersebut. Sebab pada dasarnya tidak ditemukan ada ayat al-Qur'an ataupun hadis yang mendiskriminasi perempuan (misoginis). Adanya anggapan bahwa perempuan mayoritas penghuni nereka disebakan karena adanya kesalahan pembacaan dan pemahaman hadis tersebut. Jika hadis ini mutlak dipahami bahwa  perempuan mayoritas penghuni nereka maka hal ini tentu tidak sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah, karena Islam menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai universal, keadilan dan kesetaraan tanpa membedakan ras, golongan ataupun jenis kelamin. Hadis tersebut tidak bisa mutlak dipahami perempuan sebagai mayoritas penghuni neraka karena laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki peluang yang sama masuk neraka dan menjadi mayoritas penghuni neraka ataupun surga. Bahkan dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasannya hadis perempuan mayoritas penghuni neraka tidak untuk menggenearilisasi semua perempuan. This research discusses the reinterpretation of the hadith of the majority of women living in hell. From the author’s findings, this hadith cannot be understood textually but must pay attention to the context of the hadith text. Because basically there are no verses from the Koran or hadiths that discriminate against women (misogynists). There is an assumption that the majority of women who live in hell are caused by an error in reading and understanding the hadith. If this hadith is absolutely understood that women are the majority of their inhabitants then this is certainly not in line with the Islamic values​​brought by the Prophet, because Islam upholds universal values, justice, and equality without distinguishing race, class, or gender. This hadith cannot absolutely be understood by women as the majority of the inhabitants of hell because men and women have the same opportunity to go to hell and become the majority of those who live in hell or heaven. In fact, this research proves that the hadith of the majority of women who live in the hell is not to generalize all women.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak"> This study aims to determine Indonesian Islamic values' integration and internalization in building students’ personalities as teacher candidates. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach. The data source comes from the head of FTIK Salatiga State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN), five lecturers, and 25 students. The study concludes: (1) stage of value transaction is conducted in every college activity either inside the class or in the campus environment by considering laws, social regulations, and obligations attached to every student in preparing them to return serving the community and state as well as religion. (2) Stage of the social contract. In this stage, the student has acted by considering that they have certain obligations toward society and certain obligations to them. (3) Trans-internalization stage; students have found values, and they regard them as universal values that influence an individual’s character. In all the steps, the more measures developed will be instilled within the student to take a strong effort and relatively-long enough time to reach the desired outcome.</p>

<p>Muhammad PBUH, primarily business along with his father since as early as his childhood. Whilst he grown up, he commenced to setup his own venture and also have a joint venture with Siti Khadijah based on mudharabah scheme. He is gifted with great wisdom in trading and has allowed him gaining great benefit through it. Due to his moral in trading, it leads to his marriage with Siti Khadijah. Unquestionably there were features on the ethics and morals in the trade that Muhammad PBUH has represented. A matter of concern was his morality that shown during trade leads to his marriage with Siti Khadijah who was initially his business colleague previously and what was the commercial strategy that empowers him to a vast profit during trading. Thus, this study endeavor to define and detail the ethics and morals in trading that has been shown by Muhammad PBUH prior his prophet hood. The results of this study display the conflicting fact in practices that has been applied amongst the community back at that time. His is abundant in honest, fairness, friendly and compassionate to the buyer, and never set up a high price, and also detail in transaction record consequential him loved by many people. Alongside the combination of his aptitude in negotiation and intelligence, he was proficient to “read” the market opportunities and learning cultural and geographical conditions of each target market led him to higher profits than other merchants. In addition, this study also articulated sixteen Muhammad PBUH’ universal values in commerce  such; honest, trustworthy, fair, polite and affectionate in trade, buy-sell applies only based on mutual consent, not involved in usurious practices', only legitimate and permitted item that will sell, avoid argument with partners and buyers, no oath in the name of idols, hoarding the goodies (<em>ikhtisar</em>) is not allowed, damaged item’ replacement policy, avoid competition on price, small profits is acceptable, pay his employee as soon as the job is done, always record transaction, and be generous. Those ethics and values actually resemble to such practice by Islamic merchants to highlight Islamic values in commerce nowadays.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keyword</strong>: <em>Trading Business Ethics, Muhammad PBUH, prior to prophet hood.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This article shows that: the concept of Quran about the veil not only instructs women to wear the hijab, but also to the believing men and women of Muslims to adorn themselves with piety jewelry. The concept of the veil was ordered not to say in a voice seductive, stimulating and provoke lust, stay indoors, not out except in a situation that really needs, not tabarruj, not open-aperture, establish prayers, pay zakat, submit and obey all which Allah recommended to His Apostle to what came to him. The relevance of the concept of Qur'an about the veil with the goal of Islamic education is its compatibility in the formation of human morality that leads to the personality of Islam by always strengthening the faith and piety, so as to be useful human beings for the state, religion and achieve happiness of the world and the hereafter. Vocabulary education is philosophically oriented towards Islamic values based on three dimensions, (a) inculcating a balanced and harmonious relationship with God, (b) establishing a harmonious, harmonious and balanced relationship with the community, (c) developing the ability to explore, managing, and utilizing the natural wealth for the benefit of the welfare of his life with a harmonious attitude.

Abstract: Marital Sexual Relations within the Perspective of Gender and Islamic Law. This article explains that the rights of sexual relations of men and women within the institutional framework of marriage are the same. The assumption of jurisprudence which is source from several hadith has been adopted as a male hegemony without considering the substance and context of the Hadith. Meanwhile, the Quran describe the balancing of rights of men and women within sexual relationships. This study offers an approach to the study in the case of sexual relations of men and women to look at usûl al-fiqh as a critical foundation in law making. In social and cultural analysis, it can be seen that the construction law is heavily influenced by longstanding habits. Therefore, universal values   should be seen as a response to the formation of the current law.Keywords: sexual relation, Islamic law, genderAbstrak: Hubungan Seksual Suami-Istri dalam Perspektif Gender dan Hukum Islam. Artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa hak-hak hubungan seksual laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kerangka institusi pernikahan adalah setara. Asumsi fikih yang bersumber dari beberapa Hadis diadopsi sebagai hegemoni laki-laki tanpa menimbang substansi dan konteks Hadisnya. Sementara Alquran menjelaskan keseimbangan hak laki-laki dan perempuan dalam hubungan seksual. Studi ini menawarkan suatu pendekatan pada kajian hukum Islam dengan kasus hubungan seksual laki-laki dan perempuan untuk melihat ushul fikih sebagai pondasi kritis dalam pengambilan hukum. Dalam analisis sosial dan budaya terlihat bahwa konstruksi hukum banyak dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan yang sudah berlangsung lama. The purpose of the article describing social studies learning integrated with moderate Islamic ideology is able to ward off religious ideology (theology) with characteristics: First, escapist radicalism, trying to release worldly life, ascetic life, freeing themselves from worldly pleasures that are considered poisonous and virtual. Second, theological-ideological radicalism, building an exclusive community, as an anti-group identity the surrounding world that is considered to be like the devil's world must be eradicated. The method of data collection is done by observation and interviews obtained from the staff of 8 MTs educators and 4 students who were analyzed using a quantitative approach. From the stages of the research conducted found several main components in counteracting radical ideology through the integration of social studies learning namely 1). Formulating competency achievements, 2). Formulating the description of the subjects in the lesson plan based on moderate Islamic values, 3). Implementing learning by instilling an attitude ( tassamuh, tawasud, tawazun ). Conclusion of the changes made, first through the achievement of competence, secondly formulating a description of each social studies subject integrated with the Islamic concept of  Rahmatan lil 'alamin  , thirdly learning strategies are integrated with the concept of wasaton, fourth in evaluating the portion of the attitude assessment component. The resulting impact: 1). Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin , build tolerance, harmony, and peace without violence. 2). Islam will continue to synergize with culture, in search of the relevance of universal values ​​of religion in responding to life's problems.

Menstrual taboo has been historically conceptualizedby most societies as a curse for women. Such concept of menstruation deteriorates the social position and status of women in community. This article aims to discuss how Islam deals with the menstrual taboo. This is important, because all the ideas permeates by the menstrual taboo influence they way people deal with their women through the development of frame of thought, value system as well as behavioral system. Islam states that the misogynist myth of menstrual taboo and negative view toward menstruating women is contradictory to Islamic values which respect the equality of men and women before God. Unlike the doctrines believed in other religions which say that menstruation is a symbolic curse for women because of mother Eve's mistake, Islam considers it is a natural function decreed by God to maintain the life of human race.

Islam diturunkan ke dunia hanya untuk membebaskan manusia dari semua bentukketidakadilan. Dalam hubungan laki-laki dan perempuan, keadilan mensyaratkan tidak adadiskriminasi, tidak ada kecenderungan mengistmewakan jenis kelamin tertentu danmerendahkan jenis kelamin yang lain. Keadilan memberikan bobot yang sama dalam hakdan tanggung jawab baik perempuan maupun laki-laki. Keadilan tidak menempatkanperempuan sebagai subordinasi laki-laki. Ada prinsip-prinsip keadilan dalam hubunganlaki-laki dan perempuan yang terkandung di dalam nilai-nilai Islam universal. PendidikanIslam sebagai proses transformasi nilai-nilai Islam mempunyai peran penting dalammembentuk masyarakat agar memiliki kepekaan sensitive gender. Posisi tidak setaraantara peran laki-laki dan perempuan bukanlah bagian dari pendidikan Islam. Oleh karenaitu, perlu dikembangkan konsep pendidikan Islam responsif gender yang memberikankesempatan sama baik bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk mengembangkan potensidirinya secara optimalIslam was revealed to the world only to free humanity from all forms of injustice. In therelationship of men and women, justice requires no discrimination, there is no tendency tolet down certain sexes and demean other sexes. Justice provides equal weight in the rightsand responsibilities of both women and men. Justice does not place women as subordinateto men. There are principles of justice in the relations of men and women contained inuniversal Islamic values. Islamic education as a process of transforming Islamic values hasan important role in shaping society to have gender sensitive sensitivity. The unequalposition between the roles of men and women is not part of Islamic education. Therefore,the concept of gender responsive Islamic education needs to be developed which providesequal opportunities for both men and women to develop their potential optimally

ملخص البحث:إن أساس الحوار السليم هو اللغة السليمة المهذبة الخالية من التجريح والأسلوب الراقي الهادف إلى حلّ وسط بحيث يكسب الجميع وتتوثق العرى بين الناس. كما أنّ أسلوب الحوار المهذب يدّل على مدى  حرص المحاور على مشاعر غيره وتمدّنه ورُقيّ أخلاقه. يهدف الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى عرض نماذج من تعابير التعامل الراقي المتداولة في مجال الحوار والتفاوض في العربية الفصحى المعاصرة. ونشر تعابير التعامل الراقي على أساس أنها قيم إسلامية نبيلة وعالميّة تقرّها جميع الأمم المتحضرة. ويتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة منهج تحليل المضمون. ومن المؤمل أن تحظى هذه الدراسة بأهمية لغوية حيث إنها تتناول جانباً من علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وهي من الدراسات النادرة التي ركزت على التعابير اللغوية الراقية المستخدمة في الحوار والتفاوض. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوار– التعابير– التأصيل- القيم الإسلامية– القيم العالمية. Abstract:The basis of a quality conversation is the use of polite and correct language that is void from any offensive words that aims at establishing a common ground that will benefit all parties and strengthen the bound between them. Polite conversation is a sign to the civility and education of the participants. This study aims at presenting samples from the advanced expressions prevalent in dialogues and negotiations in the modern Arabic language. The use of polite expressions is also widespread given the fact that they are also a part of the Islamic values that are acknowledged by all nations and civilizations. The study is done through content analysis method. This study is a part of a sociolinguistic discipline and is a worthy contribution to the field.Keywords: Dialogue- Foundational Study- Islamic Values- Universal Values. Abstrak:Asas perbualan yang baik terhasil daripada penggunaan bahasa yang sopan, menarik dan bebas daripada perkataan yang boleh melukakan hati pendengar. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang halus dan sopan turut dititik beratkan agar sesuatu mesej yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh segenap lapisan masyarakat, bahkan ia turut mencerminkan ketamadunan dan ketinggian peribadi seseorang dalam menjaga perasaan pendengar. Oleh yang demikian, objektif utama pengkaji dalam kajian ini adalah untuk membentangkan beberapa contoh ungkapan bahasa arab modern dan terkini yang sering digunakan dalam perbualan dan ketika sesi rundingan. Tujuan kajian ini juga adalah untuk meluaskan penggunaan ungkapan-ungkapan ini bagi mewujudkan komunikasi yang baik dan berkesan selari dengan nilai-nilai islam sejagat yang diamalkan oleh negara-negara maju. Justeru, pengkaji telah menggunakan metode kajian analisis teks bagi memperoleh dapatan kajian. Di samping itu, kajian ini penting dan unik kerana ia membicarakan salah satu daripada aspek bahasa iaitu sosio-lingustik yang mana ia mengumpul ungkapan-ungkapan dalam bahasa arab yang sering digunakan dalam perbualan dan rundingan.  Kata kunci: Perbualan – Ungkapan – Nilai-Nilai Islam – Nilai-Nilai Sejagat.
