Based on the engineering samples taken as many as105 subject, 18 students from boarding schools of Jagad ' alimussirry and 87 of the students fromseveral departments. Data collection was done through the dissemination of the scale. The dataanalysis used the t-test is a test that is independent sample test with the help of SPSS (StatisticalProduct and Service Solution) 23.0 version for windows. The results can be seen from the results of atest of the hypothesis gained 0.106 significance so (p > 0.05). This result shows that shows that Ho isaccepted which means no difference a change or an increase in the average value of self control wassignificant between a group of students and students from various PPJA majoring in UNESA.

The purpose of this study was to study the increase in the value of maharah istima' and kalam with serial whisper games and the difference in values between the experimental class and the control class. This research is field research using quantitative research and experimental methods. The results of this study prove an increase in istima' maharah scores and kalam in the experimental class from pre-action and post-action. Measurement results of istima' maharah pretest and posttest 'Increase the average value of 25.83. On increasing, maharah kalam increased by 25. The results of the analysis can be concluded from the whisper chain game can increase maharah istima' and kalam. Based on the results of the t-test, the value (maharah istima') sig. (2-tailed) = 0.008 so the value of sig. (2-tailed) <0.050 and the value of kalam maharah based on 0,000, so the value of sig (2-tailed) <0.050, which means that it is meant by significant for istima' maharah and kalam maharah after giving assistance with serial whisper media.

The shuttle run exercise is a form of exercise that can improve agility. The zigzag run exercise is a form of agility training that involves the use of bollards and stakes. UM Palopo futsal players must have good dribbling skills. The conditions experienced by UM Palopo futsal players still often make mistakes in their dribbling skills. The lack of skills possessed by UM Palopo futsal players is due to the lack of agility training models that can support the achievements of futsal players. This study aims to reveal the effect of shuttle run and zig-zag run training on dribbling skill. The method used is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population is 20 people from UKM Futsal UM Palopo. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection technique used the dribbling skill instrument and was analyzed by using the sig level t test. = 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of shuttle run with a value of tcount value of 20,904 > ttable of 1,812 and pvalue that is 0.000 < 0.05. Zig-zag run with tcount value of 26,826 > ttable of 1,812 and pvalue that is 0.000 < 0.05. The improvement in shuttle run training with an average value of 17.55 and zig-zag run training with an average value of 15.61 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the zig-zag run is more effective in improving dribbling skills.

The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.

The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Data that was analyzed by paired t test in each group showed a p-value of 0,000 <0.05, meaning that there was a statistically change in motivation and attitude between before and after treatment in the form of BLS training for class XI students at SMAN 2 Tenggarong. The result is not much different from the independent t test which showed p-value 0,000 <0.05, which means there is a statistically different demeanour between the difference before and after treatment in the form of BLS training in the control and intervention groups. The results showed that there was a statistically significant change in motivation and demeanour between before and after the BLS training was given to the motivation and demeanour of class XI students at SMAN 2 Tenggarong with a p-value of 0,000 <0.05.
