ABSTRACT Objectives: to capture the existing relationship between the nursing team and the child’s family; and to learn about the family’s contribution as companion in the hospitalization process. Method: literature review done through the data base of the Virtual Health Library and in journals by means of indexed descriptors, having as criteria for selection: publications in the form of articles in their complete form and which are adequate for the discussion of the proposed theme, being freely available online without any costs and having been published between 2000 and 2011. Results: with the results of the study one can conclude that the relationship between the nursing team and the family is tangibly therapeutic, promoting a relationship of trust which is better for the quality of assistance offered to the hospitalized child. Conclusion: what has been understood is that the act of caring lies somewhat beyond the hospitalized child, involving a family who accompanies the child and ends up sharing the process of caring. Descriptors: nursing care; child hospitalized; professional-family relations.RESUMO Objetivos: apreender a relação existente entre a equipe de enfermagem e a família desta criança e conhecer a contribuição desta família como acompanhante no processo de hospitalização. Método: revisão de literatura realizada na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e em periódicos por meio dos descritores indexados, admitindo como critério de seleção: publicações na forma de artigos na íntegra adequadas ao tema proposto, estar disponível, online, gratuito e ter livre acesso, como também, período de publicação (2000-2011). Resultados: com os resultados da pesquisa, pode-se inferir que relação entre a equipe de enfermagem e a família pode ser considerada como terapêutica, promovendo uma relação de confiança para a qualidade da assistência prestada à criança hospitalizada. Conclusão: pode-se compreender que o ato de cuidar ultrapassa a criança hospitalizada, envolvendo também a família que ao acompanhar o infante acaba por compartilhar o processo de cuidado. Nursing services have a big role to play in improving and determining the quality of health care. caring is an important component in nursing and is at the core of nursing practice because it contains humanistic values, respects human freedom of choice, emphasizes on improving ability and self-reliance, increasing knowledge and respecting every human being. Nurses who have value and caring spirit will have work behaviors that are in accordance with the principles of ethics due to the care of nurses who view clients as humanistic beings so motivated to provide high quality nursing services. This study is a quantitative study with a design description of correlation with a cross sectional approach to view the relationship of individual characteristics and caring behavior of nurses as independent variables and patient satisfaction as variable dependent. The goal is to know the relationship of individual characteristics and behavior of caring nurses with the satisfaction of inpatients of Abdul Manap Jambi Hospital. Samples of patients treated in the first and VIP inpatient rooms, how to take samples by accidental sampling. Data processing with chi-square analysis. Based on the results of the study the characteristics of individuals are mostly: male gender respondents (56.7%), low education (83.3%), age over 46 years (56.7%), and work (61.7%). Caring behavior of nurses is mostly well behaved (73.3%) and 70% of patients are satisfied with the services provided in the inpatient room of RsUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. The results of bivariate analysis there is no relationship of individual characteristics with the satisfaction of inpatients and there is a relationship of caring behavior of nurses with the satisfaction of inpatients in Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi City (p value 0.018). The results of the study are expected to improve the quality of nursing services, especially in providing nursing care by taking into account caring aspects to improve the satisfaction of inpatients. For nurses in the inpatient room consistently and further improve caring application in providing nursing care to patients especially in the fulfillment of basic needs and health education in the inpatient room.

Cooperation of nurses needed in helping to resolve the client's problem. Cooperation was an important element in developing quality of human resources and improving performance. The general objective of this study was to identify cooperation-relation nurse with motivation in implementing the family nursing care at Surabaya city. The research method was analytical observational with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 175 nurses at local government clinic at Surabaya city. The sample size of this study was 122 gained by probability sampling. The research variables include the cooperation of nurses and motivation in implementing family nursing care. Instrument used questionnaire. Bivariate analysis of the data was done by Spearman correlation test. Limit the test of significance is 0.05. The test resulted that there was a relationship of cooperation with the motivation of nurses in implementing family nursing care (p = 0.03). Nurses should develop cooperative relationships in order to increase their motivation to carry out the nursing care of the family.

<p class="AbstractText">Nowadays, when the fast-paced world is presented almost everyone's life, the role of the rest and the recreation is gettting more emphasized. It becomes more important to the people where, with whom and in what kind of circumstances they are willing to spend their free time, and how much money they are willing to pay for it. They can find recreation in countless type of tourism, depending on they wish to spend their rest actively or passively. The growing demand of tourism infers the growing supply of tourism and diversity too. Parallel to this the needs of the people who want to relax increase. In case of a tourist destination it is more and more determinative how they can offer various types and quality of services for their guests how they can cooperate in the region in the area or in the same settlement with other service-units, who can even be their competitors. Mórahalom in Hungary is a good example for that where the cooperation between the several service-units is exemplary. That is why I choose my research’s topic: analyzing the Thermál Panzió in Mórahalom. The accommodation service is an area where services are used by all age-group regardless of age and gender. Thus, the target group could include almost everybody. The purpose of my work is to examine the importance of the Thermál Panzió, on the other hand, to do the interrelation and relationship testing among the guests of the pension. The latter is done after the results of my quantitative research among the guests in the pension in 2013. My research focuses on three aims</p><p class="AbstractText">A1: To examine the coverage -, the requisition of the offered services-, the price-value ratio of the rooms-, and the family-friendly nature of the Thermál Panzió among the guests.</p><p class="AbstractText">A2: To map the relationship of the pension’s guests and Mórahalom (visiting of the city, knowledge of attractions).</p>A3: Examination of the guests of the Thermál Panzió (with whom, with what, and when they arrived).

Background and aims: To know that how emotional intelligence and general health are related, can play a crucial role in the quality of nurses’ performance. The present study was conducted to compare the relationship of emotional intelligence and general health in nurses of intensive care units with other units in Qazvin city, Iran. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among nurses working in hospitals of Qazvin in 2018. To this end, 250 nurses were selected by random sampling. Data collection tool was Goldberg General Health Standard Questionnaire (GHQ) and Shearing’s Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ). Data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software version 18.0 using the statistical tests of Pearson correlation, t test, ANOVA, chi-square, and liner regression. A P value less than 0.05 was also considered statistically significant. Results: The mean score of general health was 21.33 ± 10 and the mean score of emotional intelligence was 122.8 ± 11.5. The findings showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and general health and all general health components (P <0.05). Level of depression in Intensive Care Unit was higher than that in other units (P <0.05). Moreover, according to linear regression coefficient, there was a statistically significant association between general health and emotional intelligence (P <0.05), to such a degree that increasing emotional intelligence caused an increase in general health. This model identified 5.6% of health variance, emotional intelligence, and body mass index (BMI) variables as predictive variables. Conclusion: Considering the fact that nursing is a stressful profession, attention to emotional intelligence is very effective and valuable in improving mental health and as a result, in reducing job stress, increasing the quality of nursing care, reducing burnout, and ultimately increasing patient satisfaction from nursing care.

Glaucoma is incurable but can be controlled with lifelong treatment. In addition, decreased visual function affects daily activities and can reduce the quality of life of patients. A factor influencing the quality of life is family support. Family support can improve the quality of life for example, the family helps care costs. This study aims to analyze the relationship of family support with the quality of life of Glaucoma patients at Baladhika Husada Level III Hospital in Jember,  using a cross sectional approach, the independent variable is family support and dependent quality of life. 71 research samples with purposive sampling. Data collection uses a family support questionnaire to assess family support and a GQL-15 questionnaire to assess quality of life. Analysis of the relationship of family support with quality of life using Spearman rank test with p value of <0.05. The results showed the percentage of family support 59 (83.1%) had high family support and 12 (16.9%) low family support, the percentage of quality of life was 58 (81.7%) had a good quality of life and 13 (18, 3%) poor quality of life. There  is a  relationship  between  family  support  and  quality  of  life (p  value = 0.001 r value = +0.467) with a positive correlation means the higher the family support, the higher the quality of life. Family support is related to quality of life in glaucoma patients because family support has an important role in efforts to improve quality of life.

Abstract: A service although can be counted satisfy to patient but the aplication do not according to the ethical code and atandart, it is not a quality service. It is, therefore very important the role of  nursing care is very important the affect the patient's satisfaction. The purpose of research know is to the relationship of quality nursing care to the level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients at the department of Irina A Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado. The study design is using observational analytic cross-sectional approach. The Population of the patients who cared at department of Irina A Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado with the average of 180 patients a month. Sixtyvive samples were used in this research . The data is processed by using univariate and bivariate chi square calculations. The results show the relationship of quality nursing care to inpatient satisfaction majority of good quality (58.5%) and poor (41.5%) and to the satisfaction of the majority of the patients were less satisfied (50.8%) and the satisfied (49.2%). As a Conclusion, there is a significant correlation between the quality of nursing care with the patient satisfaction and quality of serviceis assumed as good. As a suggestion the quality of nursing care services of hospital management should be further enhance which can support the profesionalism of the nurses, so the patient satisfaction archieved can be maximized. Keywords: nursing service, patient satisfaction.     Abstrak: Suatu pelayanan sekalipun di nilai dapat memuaskan pasien tetapi penyelenggaraannya tidak sesuai dengan kode etik dan standar bukanlah pelayanan yang bermutu. Oleh karena itu perawat sangat berperan penting dalan pelayanan keperawatan karena berpengaruh dengan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitin mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Irina A RSUP Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado. Desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh pasien yang berada di ruang rawat inap Irina A RSUP Prof Dr R D Kandou Manado dengan rata-rata pasien per bulan sebanyak 180. Sampel penelitian 65 pasien. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan perhitungan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap mayoritas kuaitas pelayanan keperawatan yang baik (58,5%) dan yang kurang baik (41,5%) dan untuk kepuasan mayoritas pasien kurang puas (50,8%) dan yang puas (49,2%). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan  yang bermakna antara kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dan kualitas pelayanannya sudah baik. Saran pihak manajemen rumah sakit hendaknya lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat menunjang profesionalitas seorang perawat sehingga tingkat kepuasan  pasien bisa maksimal. Kata Kunci: pelayanan keperawatan,  kepuasan pasien.

Objectively and reliably determined indicators of rheological properties of the dough were identified using the alveograph device to create a system of classifications of wheat and flour from it for the intended purpose in the future. The analysis of the relationship of standardized quality indicators, as well as newly developed indicators for identifying them, differentiating the quality of wheat flour for the intended purpose, i.e. for finished products. To do this, we use mathematical statistics methods.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
