At the heart of the great work carried out in the field of education in our country is the important task of training highly qualified specialists in the national economy, educated in accordance with modern requirements. Solving this problem requires a number of important tasks for university professors. The organizers of this task are to educate students on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies, to form the ideological immunity of young people, to ensure the formation of a harmonious and mature person. Special attention should be paid to these aspects, especially in the training of engineers who are planned to work in the leading plants of the country after graduation. Therefore, increasing the effectiveness of training future engineers in all aspects is an urgent task today.

The relevance of the regional demographic policy study in the Far East is beyond doubt. This article considers the real demographic situation in Primorsky krai and shows that its territory has seen a steady decline in the population due to natural decrease and migration outflow connected with the low standard and quality of life that in turn reduces the attractiveness of the region and makes it particularly vulnerable to global challenges. Attention is paid to the fact that under the conditions of the Russian Federation subjects' differentiation by geographical location, natural resources potential and level of socio-economic development there is no single approach to the regional demographic policy. Differences in the characteristics of the subjects lead to the necessity of developing demographic programs that would take into account the regional specifics, traditions, characteristics and needs of a particular territory. There are presented the results of the author's study of subjective assessments of the social well-being of young people in Primorsky krai and their migration intentions. The data obtained show that a significant part of young people assess the situation in Primorsky krai as unfavorable for further self-realization; the majority of respondents answered that in other regions/countries it would be easier for them to build a career, start a business, and achieve a high level of material well-being. The directions of the regional demographic policy, which allow attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel in the region, are suggested.

The Difference

Conscientious discernment—which involves the ability to see right and wrong clearly—is an important task that all people must undertake on a daily basis. It is difficult to properly form one’s conscience, which is not a feeling or a mere moral intuition. To the contrary, it is rooted in object truth and reason; and through conscience, a person recognizes the morality, or immorality, of an act. As a result, moral education—teaching the difference between virtue and sin—is a crucial responsibility of parents. But young people are highly sensitive to hypocrisy, so we must live as examples, resisting complacency and continuing to form our consciences throughout our lives.

The article noted that financial security is a multifaceted, multifaceted, systemic phenomenon. На сегодняшний день важной задачей образования является воспитание психологически здорового поколения молодых людей с развитой психологической культурой. Цель статьи – выявление наличия взаимосвязи между психологическим здоровьем и психологической культурой студентов вуза. Авторами статьи сформулирована следующая гипотеза: между психологическим здоровьем и психологической культурой студентов вуза существуетвзаимосвязь. В статье проанализированы сущность понятий «психологическое здоровье», «психологическая культура» с позиций разных авторов, рассмотрены показатели психологического здоровья, критерии развития психологической культуры. Результаты исследования авторов показывают, что между психологическим здоровьем и психологической культурой студентов существует взаимосвязь. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать следующее заключение: развивая культуру студентов, общество получает психологически здоровых молодых людей, которые в свою очередь будут ориентированы на сохранение и дальнейшее развитие культуры общества. Today, an important task of education is the upbringing of a psychologically healthy generation of young people with a developed psychological culture. The purpose of the article is to identify the relationship between psychological health and psychological culture of university students. The authors of the article formulated the following hypothesis: there is a relationship between psychological health and psychological culture of university students. The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of "psychological health", "psychological culture" from the positions of different authors, considers indicators of psychological health, criteria for the development of psychological culture. The results of the authors' research show that there is a relationship between psychological health and psychological culture of students. The results obtained allow us to draw the following conclusion: by developing the culture of students, society receives psychologically healthy young people, who in turn will be focused on the preservation and further development of the culture of society.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students on learning Mathemathics by appying PAIKEM learning approach in class IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah. This study is limited only to the applications of PAIKEM approach in improving the quality of Mahtematics learning and students learning outcomes. The research is a classroom Action Research (PTK) conduct ed with 4 cycles, each cycle is done by learning with PAIKEM approach. The results of the research can be concluded that the application of PAIKEM approach in learning Mathematics can improve student activity and student learning outcomes fourth grade SD Negeri 010 Rambah Rokan Hulu-Riau even semester 2016/2017. The results are as follows: 1) Improving the quality of student activity from cycle I by 50%, cycle II by 80 %, cycle III by 92 %, and cycle IV by 98%, there is an increase in student activity on the Mathematic to be highly qualified, 2) the learning outcomes of the first cycle of 90%, the second cycle of 95 %, 100% of the cycle III, and 100% of the cycle IV, which there is an increase in excellent learning outcomes, 3) Average value of the cycle I of 72.38, and second cycle is 83.00, the third cycle is 90.50, and the fourth cycle is 97.00, the meaning is classically PAIKEM approath can increase the average of Mathematics students grade IV SD Negeri 0101 Rambah.Keyword: PAIKEM approach , learning outcomes, student activityAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran PAIKEM di Kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada penerapan pendekatan PAIKEM dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran matematika dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitain Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan 4 siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PAIKEM. Hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan PAIKEM dalam pembelajaran Matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu-Riau semester genap tahun 2016/2017. Hasilnya sebagai berikut: 1) Peningkatan kualitas aktivitas siswa dari siklus I sebesar 50%, siklus II sebesar 80%, siklus III sebesar 92%, dan siklus IV sebesar 98%, terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika menjadi sangat berkualitas, 2) Ketuntasan hasil belajar dari siklus I sebesar 90%, siklus II sebesar 95%, siklus III sebesar 100%, dan siklus IV sebesar 100%, dimana terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang sangat baik, 3) Rata rata nilai dari siklus I sebesar 72,38, dan siklus II sebesar 83,00, siklus III sebesar 90,50, dan siklus IV sebesar 97,00, maknanya secara klasikal pendekatan PAIKEM dapat meningkatkan rata-rata nilai Matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Rambah.Kata Kunci: pendekatan PAIKEM, hasil belajar, aktivitas siswa

Abstract The article describes the study of methods of hydrodynamic coefficients using finite volumes, as well as numerical methods based on the study of data from the air tube experiment.The methods of converting the data of air tube experiments when working out the elements of the fixed assets of the fleet in the bases of orthogonal functions (bursts) were investigated and described. The study is based on the obtained mathematical models of processes using the methods of multi-turn engineering design, methods for constructing computer models in a structure that provides for an open process of developing and approving proposed project elements.An urgent task is to develop methods for reducing costs associated with the design and creation of marine infrastructure facilities and fixed working capital. The relevance of the tasks follows from the expensive cycles of project development, the labor costs of highly qualified specialists.

AbstractGuru diera globalisasi ini mempunyai tugas yang sangat penting dalam memberikan arahan pendidikan yang bermutu pada muridnya. Terutama dijaman sekarang ini teknologi sangat memberi dampak pengaruh negatif bagi kalangan anak muda sekarang. Guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam menguasai keahlian yang berkaitan dengan IPTEK, mampu bekerja secara profesional dengan orientasi mutu dan keunggulan. Pemuridan harus diwujudkan terhadap kalangan muda Kristen. Kondisi yang tidak dapat dibendung saat ini, dimana perkembangan terus terjadi tanpa memperhatihkan etika moral dan karakter anak muda, maka disini sangatlah diperlukan peran dari berbagai pihak termasuk dan teristimewa guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen untuk mengontrol siswanya yang terbawa arus globalisasi. Diperlukan peran guru yang sangat serius bangat untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang baik dan terpuji. Meskipun terkadang kita sadar bahwa saat ini sebagian besar siswa mengalami yang namanaya krisis karakter apalagi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin kian pesat. Usaha akan terus dilakukan sebagai wujud pemuridan dalam memuridkan anak-anak yang terbawah arus globalisasi (IPTEK).Teachers in this era of globalization have a very important task in providing quality education direction to their students. Especially in today’s era, technology has a very negative impact on today’s young people. Teachers must have the ability to master skills related to science and technology, able to work profesionally with quality and excellence orientation. Disciplesship must be realized for Christian youth. An unstoppable condition at this time, where development continues without paying attention to the moral, ethics and character of young people, so here the role of various parties is needed including and especially Christian religious education teachers to control their students who are carried away by globalization. It takes a very serious teacher’s role to from good and praiseworthy student character. Although sometimes we realize that currently some students are experilencing a character crisis especially with increasingly rapid technological advances. Purpose of the study: The article considers the scientific research and analysis of the current state of social and political activity of the young generation in the electoral process, as well as the possibilities to stimulate more active behaviour of the young in the current historical period. In this context, the primary importance belongs to higher educational institutions, which, besides preparing highly qualified professionals, must provide the students with good knowledge and skills in social and political life, develop their active public stance on the destiny of the city, region and the entire country. Solving the problems in this area would be impossible without accounting for both, historical and positive international experience. Empirical methods of comparison, description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. Main Findings: During the research, the authorsidentified the most remarkable trends typical for students in regard to political and electoral procedures, noted their strengths and weaknesses and defined the perspective areas for improving and increasing the role of young people in the election process. Originality of this study: The society has indeed grown up to the urgent need to create conditions, incentives and alternatives for realizing the labour, socio-political, social and cultural needs of young people. To be able to do this in near future, the real, scientifically based methods are necessary to study the situation among youth and students.
