Today the industry is growing and developing rapidly in various places. The purpose of establishing these industries is inseparable from the objectives to be achieved by the company. These objectives include to obtain large profits with minimal production costs. The "Jayabrix Indonesia" Lightweight BrickCompany in Paciran Lamongan is one of the national private companies engaged in the production of several Lightweight Brick.For this company to achieve the above goals and maintain consumer confidence is not an easy thing. The existence of very tight market competition will force the company to be able to implement a good strategy in an effort to achieve the above goals. From observations, interviews, and joint observations with employees of the Lightweight Brick company "Jayabix" in Lamongan, the authors found a problem where the main cause of low employee performance is because they are less capable and less able and less skilled at work so the way they work is less effective and not efficient which ultimately affects the productivity of the company. This is what the writer will try to improve employee work performance so that the productivity of the company goes well, one of them is by using research methods. After carrying out data analysis, it can be seen that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.708 and the determination coefficient is 50,3%, meaning that training has an important role in employee performance, then after the hypothesis testing is known, t count itung t table is 9,214 > 2,358. shows a strong role between training and employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

Luke Ma. Thesis, 2017. The influence of placement and promotion of office on the performance of employess of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang. Supervisor: Try Suris Lestari, S.Kom.,MM.        The problem in this research is placement data and promotion position at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang is not in accordance with the standards set by Nasional Gramedia in KPI rules (key performance indicator), KPI/STD/GAM/02/2011 for 2012-2016. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang in 2012-2016? Based on the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of placement and promotion of positions partially and simultaneouslly on the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang.        The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained by way of distributing questionnaires, interviews, and study documentation. Data were analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression technique which was processed with SPSS program version 20.00. The result of data analysis shows the influence of job placement and promotion on employee performance shown by coefficient of determination ( ) equal to 86,1% and the rest 13,9% influenced by other factors like work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee and other employee loyalty.        Based on the results of data analysis suggested to the management of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang for the placement process is expected to pay attention to the elements of education level, working knowledge, work skilss, and work experience, as well as in the promotion phase of office to pay attention to the rules for its assesment given objectively and effectively through carring, credible, competen, competetive and customer delight. So it will be very useful to improve employee work performance. Furthermore, to other researchers are expected to conduct further research to determine the performance of employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Kupang such as work motivation, employee compesation, discipline level, leadership style, employee work loyalty that can support the results of this study.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

Abstract: The Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) 2017 at the Land Office of Semarang Regency successfully completed the entire target of 50,000 fields with achievement of 100% realization. The success of a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity is related from the Executor (ASN) side of the activity which will relate to the performance of the employees in carrying out PTSL activities, so it is necessary to prove this in order to optimize the performance of employees and various factors that support the performance of these employees in carrying out activities in accordance with the planned targets. This research is a survey research quantitative approach with research location in Land Office of Semarang Regency. Technique of data collection used are spreading questionnaires to respondents and study documents. Technique of data analysis is conducted by using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results showed that based on the test results of each employee performance supporting variable the most dominant positive and significant correlations were member variables, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value r = 0.393 *, p-value = 0.029 with a significance of 97.1%, if the ability of members improved it will increase success in implementing PTSL. Overall, a significant positive correlation between employee performance against the success of PTSL implementation in 2017, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient r = 0.360, p-value = 0.016 with a significance of 98.4%, if the factors that affect employee performance are improved it will increase success in PTSL implementation. Based on the test results, the research hypothesis can be accepted. Keywords: correlation, employee performance, PTSL. Intisari: Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2017 di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh target 100 %. Keberhasilan PTSL berhubungan erat dengan Pelaksana (ASN), penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, analisa data dilaksanakan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel pendukung kinerja pegawai yang paling dominan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan adalah variabel anggota, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi korelasi r=0.393*, p-value= 0.029 dengan signifikasi sebesar 97.1%, jika kemampuan anggota ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. Secara keseluruhan, korelasi positif yang siginifikan antara kinerja pegawai terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTSL Tahun 2017, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.360, p-value= 0.016 dengan signifikasi sebesar 98.4%, jika faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance, to analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives, discipline, leadership style on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Job performance, incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance.

This paper examines the relationship between training and its impact on employees performance in the context of “Telecommunication Sector of D. G. Khan” Pakistan. There are three hypotheses and three objectives of this research study and by using a questionnaire 150 employees were chosen for data collection from telecommunication. “ANOVA and SPSS” Correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. Independent variable of this study is Training and dependent variable is employee performance. The independent variable training has two determinants salary and job involvement. Results showed Positive relationships between Training, Salary and Job Involvement with Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

Communication within the company is not good because there is still insufficient communication media in the company. As a result, employee performance in 2015-2017 experienced fluctuations. This study aims to determine the effect of employee selection and communication on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. The benefit of research is to provide information material to the leadership regarding the influence of employee selection and communication on employee performance. The study population was all employees in the HR department at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan 123 people. The data needed is collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation, F test and t test.
