One of the important tasks of the teacher is conducting research. The research developed at this time is the Class Research Model. But the reality on the ground, the assessment of learning outcomes is still very poorly adjusted. This is due to research conducted by teachers currently not using the assessment rubric. Therefore, it is necessary to have an effort to improve teacher competency in compiling assessment rubrics so that research meets the expected requirements. The problem in this study is how to improve the competence of teachers in grades IV, V, VI teaching Indonesian North Lampung in compiling assessment rubrics. To improve teacher competency in compiling the rubric of assessment, there needs to be structured coaching. Structured coaching is coaching that is carried out in a planned and ongoing manner, this research is a school action research. In this action research using repetitive cycles. Each cycle there are four stages, namely planning, implementing action, observation-evaluation, and reflection. The results showed that increasing teacher competency in compiling assessment rubrics could be improved through structured coaching. Structured guidance referred to in this study, is guidance (MGMP/KKG) activities. Based on the results of observations and evaluations of the cycle, it can be obtained that the assessment rubric prepared by the teacher is increasing. This is indicated by the average value of the results of the assessment rubric.

The preliminary study through preliminary observations found the fact that the learning outcomes of students in the mathematics subjects in grade 3 of SD Plus Al-Mu'aawanah were still low. This is because there are still many students who experience difficulties in working on math problems. Thus, it seems that one of them is needed for geoboard media to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of the concept of flat building. The purpose of this class action research implementation is to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects the subject of the concept of flat building using geoboard media. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) in the subject of Grade 3 SD Plus Al-Mu'aawanah, amounting to 35 students. This study consisted of 3 cycles, data collection techniques with observation, tests and interviews. Data analysis uses analysis techniques of individual completeness and classical completeness. After conducting research in grade 3 of SD Plus Al-Mu'aawanah, the results showed that: 1) The teacher experienced an increase in the ability to develop RPP using geoboard media with an average value in the first cycle 87.75, cycle II 90.05, and cycle III 92.45. 2) The performance of teachers in the process of implementing learning using media geoboard has increased with an average value in the first cycle 89.72, cycle II 91.47, and cycle III 92.26. 3) Student learning outcomes using geoboard media have increased, with an average value in the first cycle 66.42, cycle II 72.28 and cycle III 81.42. Thus, if the preparation of the RPP and the implementation of learning using geoboard media optimally it will improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of Talking Stick learning model. The subjects of this study are students of class VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak, amounting to 30 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research includes the planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The instruments of data collection used are observation and test sheets (final evaluation of the cycle). Based on the research results known in cycle I obtained an average value of 78,3 and in cycle II obtained an average value of 87,8 has an increase from cycle I. Learning completeness in the first cycle of 53,33%, then on cycle II increased to 83,33%. From result of research indicate that applying of Talking Stick learning model can improve science learning result in class VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sains melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes (evaluasi akhir siklus). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,3 dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,8 mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I. Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 53,33%, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA di kelas VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar siswa, Talking Stick

This research aimed to describe student learning outcomes trough implementation of Islamic Math Character and explain whether of Islamic Math Character can improve student learning outcomes in subject Calculus I. This research is an action research which uses a classroom action research with spiral model. Each cycle consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subject were Calculus I students of mathematics education department. The research results of student learning the material functions through the application of mathematics with Islamic Math Character proved a significant increase of the value of the average of student mastery learning at pre-action only amounted to 63.78 by 31,11%. At the first cycle, the average value of student mastery learning increased to 70.33 by 57.78%. At the second cycle, the average value of student mastery learning becomes 75.44 by 100%.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to improve students' learning outcomes of Class VIA in the solar system material in SDN No. 86 Kota Gorontalo. This research was conducted for 3 months from January to March 2017. The research method used is a classroom action research consisting of two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages namely, planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were students of class VI A SDN No. 86 Gorontalo City, amounting to 23 people. The research instrument is the observation sheet and the test of learning result. The data obtained were analyzed statistically descriptive. The results showed that the learning outcomes in cycle I average grade value reached 77.8% but the percentage of completeness then reached 74%, meaning there are still 6 students who have not completed. While on the second cycle there is an increase, the average value of 77.8 to 85 with a completeness of 91%. Thus it is concluded that the use of viar media was able to improve the learning outcomes of students class VI A SDN No. 86 The city of Gorontalo on the materials of the Solar System.

Abstract: This research was motivated by the students' low understanding of the sum of whole numbers which only achieved 23.53% completeness. The purpose of this study was to improve the students' ability to understand the concept of adding whole numbers less than 99 using concrete media with the PMRI approach. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) using Kurt Lewin's research model which consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing action, observation and reflection. Data were obtained from giving 3 evaluations to 34 class I SDN Cikalong students that had to be done individually, observations of student activities during learning including activeness, initiative, concentration, and collaboration, and documentation in the form of photos during learning. The use of concrete media with the PMRI approach can increase the ability to understand the concept of summing whole numbers. This is indicated by the increase in the average test of students' ability to understand the concept of addition in the evaluation of each cycle. In the first cycle the class average value achieved was 56.53 with the proportion of completeness learning 41.18%. Then in the second cycle the increase in the increase again is equal to 95.24 with the proportion of completeness of learning reaching 100%.Keywords: Concrete Media; PMRI Approach; Addition of Count Numbers. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi penjumlahan bilangan cacah yang hanya mencapai ketuntasan 23,53%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa memahami konsep penjumlahan bilangan cacah kurang dari 99 menggunakan media  konkret dengan pendekatan PMRI. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model penelitian Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data diperoleh dari pemberian 3 buah soal evaluasi kepada 34 siswa kelas I SDN Cikalong yang harus dikerjakan secara individu, observasi terhadap aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran meliputi keaktifan, inisiatif, konsentrasi, dan kerjasama, serta dokumentasi berupa foto- foto saat pembelajaran. Penggunaan media konkret dengan pendekatan PMRI pada dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa memahami konsep penjumlahan bilangan cacah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata tes kemampuan memahami konsep penjumlahan siswa melalui evaluasi pada tiap siklus nya. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas yang dicapai adalah 56,53 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 41,18%. Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan kembali yaitu sebesar 95,24 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 100%.Kata Kunci: Media Konkret; Pendekatan PMRI; Penjumlahan Bilangan Cacah.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve learning learning outcomes in volleyball games with creative learning VII grade students of Belian Permai Nanga junior high school. This study uses classroom action research (Clasroom action research) using the action cycle. In this action research, using the models described are: Planning, Action (Action), Observation (Observation) and Reflection (Reflection). The results of the research findings are: student learning outcomes increase, because in the first cycle the average value of students is 55.60 while in the second cycle the average value of students is 80.18 has reached the criteria set. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that through creative learning can improve volleyball learning basic passing techniques for Belian VII grade VII students in Nanga Pinoh. In this study, it can be suggested, the education teacher is expected to be able to plan and develop creativity and be more innovative in the learning process in an effort to improve the competence of students, especially in choosing learning methods.Keywords: Creative Learning, Volleyball, Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada permainan bola voli dengan pembelajaran kreatif siswa kelas VII SMP Belian Permai Nanga pinoh. Pada penelitian tindakan ini, menggunakan model yang dijelaskan yaitu: Rencana (Planning), Tindakan (Action), Pengamatan (Observation) dan Refleksi (Reflection). Hasil temuan penelitian adalah : hasil belajar siswa meningkat, karena pada siklus I nilai rata – rata siswa adalah 55,60 sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 80,18 telah tercapai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran kreatif dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran bola voli teknik dasar passing pada siswa kelas VII Belian permai Nanga Pinoh. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat disarankan, guru penjaskes diharapkan dapat merencanakan dan mengembangkan kreativitas dan lebih inovatif pada proses pembelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi siswa terutama dalam memilih metode pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Kreatif, Bola Voli, Hasil Belajar

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) siswa dengan penerapan model kooperatif tim game turnamen (TGT) di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Kembang Harum Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), observasi (observation), refleksi (reflection) atau evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari skor dasar hasil belajar siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 63.21 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 48.7%, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 72.61 dengan ketuntasan 74.3%, dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 85.71 dengan ketuntasan 87.1%. dengan hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tim game turnamen (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 011 Kembang Harum Kecamatan Pasir Penyuh Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Kata kunci: tim game turnamen (TGT), hasil belajar IPS. ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students' Social Sciences by applying the cooperative model of the tournament game team in class IV of the Primary School 011 Kembang Harum, Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu. This study aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of thematic learning in grade II elementary school students through the application of picture and picture models. The research method used was classroom action research (clascroom action research) with a cycle of Kemmis and Taggart using 4 stages namely planning, action, observation, reflection. Research subjects with 27 students consisting of 14 men and 13 women. The results of the study stated that an increase in student activity and learning outcomes in thematic learning in class II, this can be seen from the increase in the average acquisition of student activity scores in the first cycle obtained an average score of 31 increased to 35.5 with a good category in the second cycle. Then the learning outcomes are proven from the average value and the percentage of student learning in the form of cognitive, affective and psychomotor values. Cognitive Value The highest average value is in the natural science subjects at 84.16 with the percentage of student learning reaching 100% and the lowest average value in mathematics subjects at 80.83 with the percentage of student learning only reaching 83.39%. Affective value, the highest percentage of criteria namely in SBK, Natural Sciences and Civics reached 88.88% or as many as 24 people and the lowest percentage of criteria namely in mathematics subjects only reached 81.48% or as many as 22 people. Psychomotor scores, the highest percentage of criteria namely SBK, Natural Sciences and Civics reached 88.88% or as many as 24 people and the lowest percentage of criteria namely in Mathematics and Social Sciences subjects only reached 85.18% or as many as 23 people. The conclusion is that the application of picture and picture models in grade II elementary schools can increase the activities and learning outcomes of thematic learning.

The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to improve student learning outcomes in Tata Boga subjects for students of class X Even Semester of State Vocational School 30 Jakarta 2014/2015 Academic Year Jakarta. This research was conducted in August 2014 where the research subjects were students of class X Even Semester of State Vocational School 30 Jakarta 2014/2015 Academic Year. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings which consist of planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Data on student learning outcomes are collected through tests. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are in the first cycle, with an average value reaching 78.28 while in the second cycle the average value is 82.94. Based on the findings from the results of this Classroom Action Research, it can be concluded that optimizing the use of food practice facilities as a learning laboratory is proven to improve student learning outcomes for Tata Hidang subjects with Tata Basic Lover material, for students of class X Even Vocational Semester Negeri 30 Jakarta in Academic Year 2014/2015.

The background of this study is the lack of IPS students' learning outcomes, from 22 students only 36.36% or 8 students who managed to achieve a minimum completeness criteria (KKM) established school with a class average value of 61.75. Based on this the researchers conducted a classroom action research with the aim to improve learning outcomes IPS students through the application of methods of discussion. This research is a class act, who performed a total of two cycles consisting of two meetings, the data of this study focuses on the data increase learning outcomes and increase student mastery learning outcomes IPS. The study states that the results of social studies students has increased in each cycle, the initial data is the number of students who completed 8 students (36.36%) with an average of learning outcomes at 61.75. In the first cycle has increased the number of students who completed up to 16 students (72.73%) with an average of learning outcomes at 73.90, and the second cycle the number of students who pass the increase to 22 students (100.00%) with a mean -rata learning outcomes at 87.75. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the method of discussion to improve learning outcomes IPS students of class V A SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kecamatan Tembilahan.
