Schools as one of the centers of education for the children of the nation, up to now have not been able to carry out recommendations to be able to behave clean and healthy. If PHBS is not done well, it will cause undesirable effects, namely the emergence of various diseases and poor health status. This was found in 1 Pancur Batu Public High School in Deli Serdang District. Goals : The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of characteristics with PHBS in-state high schools 1 Pancur Batu. Methods: This type of research is cross-sectional conducted at 1 Pancur Batu Public High School. The sample in the study amounted to 88 people with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. Results: The results showed that there was a sex relationship (p = 0.007, class level (p = 0.001) with PHBS. Conclusion: It was suggested that the 1 Pancur Batu Public High School be advised to collaborate with Pancur Batu Health Center to create a schedule for providing health education so that knowledge of school children more updates about PHBS.

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

The relationship between pre-menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Menopause women have increasing blood pressure is higher than pre-menopause women, it caused by decreasing of hormonal levels. Initial data showed in February 2015 in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village was obtained 6 out of 10 women or 60% women had symptoms of hypertension in pre- menopause women. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between pre- menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo.It use analytic design, with cross sectional approach. The population were 61 women. The sample were 52 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was the incidence of hypertension and the dependent variable was the incidence of pre-menopause. Data were collected by using check list. Analyzed by chi square test ( α = 0.05 ) . Study results showed almost all pre–menopause women and most women them had hypertension. Results test ρ = 0.001 < α = 0.05. so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The conclusion of this study is there is relationship between Pre-menopause with incidence of hypertension In women In RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Suggested for women to understand and have knowledge about the signs of pre-menopause and the incidence of hypertension and Health staff to provide information to the women about the signs of pre-menopause and hypertension .

The phenomenon of sexual intercourse in women Premenopausal In Makassar city birth weight infants depends on the nutrition of mother and placenta's ability to transport nutrients from mother to fetus. The weight of the placenta, and the size and shape of the surface, reflecting its ability to transfer nutrients. The weight of the placenta is a measure commonly used to summarize the growth and function of the placenta. This research aims to analyze the relationship of the weight of the placenta with a status of newborn Anthropometry term. Type of this research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study was 59 people mother intrapartum taken by way of Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was done with the chi-square test, with a confidence level of α = 0.05. Based on the results of this research noted that the value of significance p = 0,013 birth weight (p < 0.05), birth length p = 0.00 (p < 0.05), head circumference p = 0,010 (p < 0.05), the ratio of the weight of the placenta the normal 46 people (78%) abnormal 13 people (8.5%), and index ponderal baby normal 54 people (91.5%) and not normal 5 people (8.5%). Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the weight of the placenta with a status of Anthropometry weight born babies, birth, body length and head circumference, but not with the ratio of the weight of the placenta and baby ponderal index

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

Measles, or known in Indonesian as measles, and Rubella, are two infectious diseases that are contagious. Data for 2018 MR immunization coverage until the end of november only reaches (73.7%) and Measles Immunization trends tend to fluctuate in Bukit Wolio Indah Kelurahan. This happens because of various factors namely mother's knowledge, attitudes, and family support which have been formulated as the reason of the many factors. This study aims to determine how the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and family support to the interest of MR immunization in the Bukit Wolio Indah Village, Baubau City. This type of research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach, and uses simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in the study were 70 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis at 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Chi square test results obtained from the study that knowledge of MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.005), attitudes with MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.004), and family support with MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.273). The conclusion from this study there is no relationship on the family support variable, and there is a relationship on the attitude and knowledge variables with the interest of MR immunization in Bukit Wolio Indah Village, Baubau City. Suggestions that health practitioners can better socialize to the public about the benefits of MR immunization.

Currently many teenagers only drinking when they are thirsty, while the thirst is a sign of dehydration. Moreover they have another habit, they didn’t allocate their money for buying drink and they also didn’t bring a tumblr at school. That unhealthy habit can lead dehydration. One of the dehydration’s impact was fatigue and lost of focus. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns with the h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. This study was an observational study with cross sectional design using simple random sampling technique. The sample was 50 students. The variables were  drink’s expense, water consumption patterns, and  hydration status. This study was conducted at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Data analysis using spearman/pearson and chi-square test with α = 0.05. The result of this study showed that most of the student had average  drink’s expense, less water consumption patterns, and Minimal Dehydration. There was a relationship between d rink’s expense (p = 0.047), and d rinking pattern (p = 0.000) with h ydration status. The conclusion of this study was the two independent variables such d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns show a significant relationship with h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Suggestions for the school was to provide counseling about the definition, signs, impact, and how to prevent dehydration in students in order to avoid the incidence of dehydration.

Based on the preliminary survey researchers the number of obesity increased from March and April to May and June 2018. From the results of research conducted by researchers, more eating patterns are less good than good diet and more who do less physical activity than moderate and heavy physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang District. This study uses an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 1011 people. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-square test on diet and using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test on physical activity. The results of the analysis of diet with obesity using the chi-square test obtained the value (p = 0.000) indicating that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of obesity in housewives in Taccorong Village. Whereas physical activity analysis with obesity using Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained values ​​(p = 0.022) showed that there was a relationship of physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in housewives in the Taccorong Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba District. It is recommended for housewives to behave in a healthy life by maintaining a good diet and regulating physical activity well in order to avoid various degenerative diseases due to complications from obesity. For Bontonyeleng health centers to be able to form cadres to detect total obesity. For the next researcher who uses food recall 24 hours if using repeated time.

Worms caused by Soil Transmitted Helminths are a group of intestinal nematode worms that infect through contact with parasitic eggs or larvae that grow on fertile and moist soil. Knowledge about helminthiasis has an important role to prevent helminthiasis, so the tendency of low knowledge will further increase the risk of helminthiasis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of farmers to the incidence of Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali and the percentage of Soil Transmitted Helminth infections. This type of research uses observational methods with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire and faecal examination with Eosin 2% technique and Sedimentation technique. Data analysis using Chi-Square test analysis. The results showed that there was no correlation between the level of knowledge and actions of farmers against the incidence of Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali, but there was a relationship between farmers' attitudes toward the incidence of parasitic Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali and percentage of Soil Transmitted Transmission in Boyolali. Helminths of 44 respondents who were not infected with Soil Transmitted Helminths 95.5% and those infected with Soil Transmitted Helminths 4.5%.

A woman on the gestation period will experience both physical and psychological changes. These changes have  an  impact on the  fulfillment of  basic needs, including sexuality. Changes in pregnant women’s perceived psychology can result in decreased sexual desire of the women. This study aimed to describe the relationship of psychological changes of pregnant women with the husband’s sexual satisfaction level. The study used cross sectional design with a population of third  trimester pregnant women who  did  checkups in  May 2015 as  many as  183 couples. Sampling technique used accidental sampling and sample size was 46 couples. The instrument used was a questionnaire and Psychological Changes Index of Sexual Satisfaction (ISS). Data analysis  used  Chi-square test.  The  results  showed  that  as  many  as  54.3%  of  respondents experienced a positive psychological change.  Conclusion of the study is that the more positive physiological  changes  in  pregnant  women  will  result  in  higher  sexual  satisfaction  of  her husband.

Dental caries disease is mostly found on toddlers age 3-5. Mothers hopefully, can do precaution by maintaining toddlers dental and mouth health properly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the knowledge, attitude, and action of the mother about dental and mouth health against dental caries. This study used case control design. The subjects were taken from a population by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the results of studies using non-parametric test is Chi-square test, The result showed mothers’ knowledge of oral health into the category of low at 57.4%, with a risk factor (OR) gained 4.04 times higher dental caries, while most of the low attitude about oral health toddlers of 62.5%, with a risk factor (OR) gained 3,33 times higher dental caries, while the majority of the capital actions included in the unfavorable category that is 58.8%, with the risk factors (OR) gained 4.00 times higher dental caries. The analysis results are obtained the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and actions of the mother’s oral health on the incidence of dental caries toddlers. It is suggested the parents, especially the mother has an important role for the growth of children, let increased knowledge about oral health toddlers that includes understanding, benefits, and the prevention of diseases that can be prevented by maintaining healthy teeth and mouth.
