Influenced by the rapid development of information technology(IT) owing to the merger of computer and telecommunications technology, informatization has been fast advancing in the world. Informatization not only accelerates structural changes ranging from economics to society as a whole, but also has significant impacts upon national activities as well as individuals or society. In the light of implementing all the national activities in the future, therefore, developing trends, influence, and utilizing methods of the informatization are to be considered. Initiated by the governments, the major countries in the world have already made efforts to prepare for the plans to meet changes of the informatization. As a part of the plans, they are advancing to establish management systems of national administrative information handling and joint-utilization systems. These efforts are aimed at administrative efficiency, enabling to use fair, prompt and accurate information and ultimately, realizing 'a small and efficient government.

Today's globalization has enabled humans to communicate in forms we never imagined before. Changes that help humans to convey and disseminate information over time. Advances in information technology is evolving following the progress of the times. For example, in ancient times people use bedug as a communication tool for time reminder. However, as the era of society began to create sophisticated electronic devices such as telephones as a means of communication at close range and distance. Simultaneously with a variety of technologies found to support information leading to the development of information technology so rapidly, where any information that exist in this part of the world we can get with a relatively short time. Due to the increased capability in the field of technology and because the equipment becomes cheaper and more powerful and easy to carry along with the development of computer applications that cause the rapid development of information. Globalisasi dewasa ini telah memungkinkan manusia berkomunikasi dalam bentuk-bentuk yang tidak pernah kita bayangkan sebelumnya. Perubahan yang membantu manusia dalam menyampaikan dan menyebarluaskan informasi dari waktu ke waktu. Kemajuan teknologi informasi ini berkembang mengikuti kemajuan zaman. Misalnya saja pada zaman dahulu masyarakat menggunakan bedug sebagai alat komunikasi untuk pengingat waktu. Namun seiring berkembangnya zaman masyarakat mulai menciptakan alat-alat elektronik canggih seperti telepon sebagai alat komunikasi jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh. Sekaligus dengan ditemukan berbagai macam teknologi yang tentu mendukung informasi menyebabkan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang demikian pesat, dimana setiap informasi yang ada di belahan dunia ini dapat kita dapatkan dengan waktu yang relatif singkat. Karena dengan kemampuan yang meningkat dalam bidang teknologi dan karena peralatan menjadi lebih murah dan lebih kuat serta mudah dibawa dengan disertai perkembangan aplikasi komputer yang menyebabkan perkembangan informasi semakin cepat.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dewasa ini perlu diantisipasi oleh pustakawan untuk mendukung kegiatan penelitian di lingkungan lembaga induknya, khususnya di unit penelitian dan pengembangan (Litbang). Pemilihan dan pemberian informasi yang tepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan untuk kegiatan penelitian yangberkelanjutan, mulai dari penyusunan rencana sampai ke tahap evaluasi, pelaporan dan publikasi hasil kegiatan. Informasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan kegiatan litbang. Pustakawan yang memiliki kemampuan dalam literasi informasi akan mampu mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna secara tepat. Lokasi sumber informasi, cara memperolehinformasi, etika dalam memakai informasi, serta bagaimana mengelola informasi yang sudah didapatkan perlu diketahui oleh setiap pustakawan. Kemampuan literasi informasi tersebut sangat penting dan wajib dimiliki oleh seorang pustakawan guna mendukung kelancaran kegiatan litbangABSTRACTThe rapid development of information technology today needs to be anticipated by librarians to support researchactivities within their parent institutions, particularly in research and development units (R & D). Global citizens of the world are entering a new era, the era of disruption. Terminologically, disruption means the era of chaos or the era of the disturbance. In the Indonesian dictionary, disruption is interpreted as being uprooted from the root. In the era of disruption, nothing is certain and established. The rapid development of information technology has a big influence on this era. This causes the level of local and global competition and competition among individuals or even countries becomes a necessity. Recently the situation of the Americans and Iran has heated up. Indonesia and China also. In a competition, superior-inferior relations become necessary. In such situations, the preservation of nature becomes the most easily ignored, or even sacrificed. For a moment, in competition between individuals or between countries to prove their superiority, nature became the most powerless and inferior. If the balance of nature is disturbed, the most disadvantaged are humans as well as animals. Forest and land fires in Australia are conclusive evidence. When nature is disturbed, humans and animals are the first victims to feel the loss. This issue is the background of the writing of this research. This research seeks to elaborate on the Christian eco-theology notion and to dialogue it with the Hindu cosmology notion. The method used is qualitative research with a comparative study approach. This research is expected to contribute ideas and also enriching the Christian eco-theological dialogue with Hindu cosmology in the era of disruption, in particular concerning the environment.

The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. To facilitate the mention of this application, namely Android-based LAGILEMAS (Public health center Digital Service).

The rapid development of information technology and the changing social and political situation around the world brings new challenges to madrasah. Madrasahs are challenged to transform themselves into institutions that are able to adapt to changing society. That means the madrasah must be able to adapt to the globalization process. Therefore, madrasah should be able to identify challenges and formulate strategies. The most important thing to note is that the process of change is not aimed at the institution itself, but rather to help students as the next generation of nations to embrace a different world, a globalized world characterized by constant technological change and different social lives.Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan perubahan situasi sosial dan politik di seluruh dunia membawa tantangan baru untuk madrasah. Madrasah ditantang untuk mengubah dirinya menjadi lembaga yang mampu beradapt asi dengan perubahan masyarakat. Itu artinya madrasah harus mampu beradaptasi dengan proses globalisasi. Oleh karena itu,  madrasah harus mampu mengidentifikasi tantangan dan memformulasikan strategi. Currently, the world is facing environmental problems. Various human activities, including rapid development, have intensified our contribution to environmental degradation. Although development is necessary, our excessive reliance on conventional resources for development has contributed immensely to environmental damage. For example, our preference for fossil resources has been exacerbated by poor waste management systems. As the world develops, energy becomes precious for the world’s technological advancement. And as technology advances, the well-being of our environment is paramount. This concern has a solution: a paradigm shift from conventional energy resources to renewable energies, such as wind power, hydropower, biomass, biofuel, geothermal technology and, as we will focus on here, solar power.
