This study aims to develop a concept of Immigration’s organizational culture known as “PASTI AKTUAL”, the acronym for Professional, Accountable, Sinergy, Transparent, and Innovative. While AKTUAL stands for Active, Creative, Trusted, Prominent, Credential and Logic. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data are collected from various literatuures and resources such as scientific journals, relevant book, and other academic resources. The results of the study shows that the organizational culture based on “PASTI AKTUAL” has been accordance with Immigration core values and organizational vision. However, to internalize these values into individual action in order to creating new organizational culture, Immigration needs a role model in leadership, effective communication, appropriate training, and practical action.

One of influencing factors in improving the teachers performance is organization culture. This study aims to know the discipline training pattern, the assumption of the importance of organization culture in improving the teachers performance and motivation, and inhibiting factors in improving the teachers performance at SMAN 1 East Simeulue of Simeulue sub-district. This study is qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of the data collection were through observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were head master of the school, teachers, and school committee. The analysis of the research shows that (1) Fostering discipline in improving the teacher performance at SMAN 1 East Simeulue is by referring to the decided rules, whether both statutory regulations and school rules. The discipline approach was being conducted gradually started from decided job description, conducted persuasive approach, supervised the teaching-learning process, and guiding the teachers’ task, and giving impose sanctions in accordance with the offense level. (2) A system of giving motivation to the teachers in improving their performance is being conducted through giving the unbinding, good service, career promotion, training opportunities, providing services on safety and convenience of the teacher task . (3) The inhibiting factor in improving the teacher performance is the lack of the school rule socialization, lack of coordination , in effective communication amongst personnel, and lack of involvement of the school committee in deciding the school policy.

ABSTRAKPeran Pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah berdasarkan pengalaman dari pengelola jurnal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya dan  Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Universitas Padjadjaran, tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini, yaitu: (1) berbagi pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan jurnal serta manfaatnya bagi pustakawan; (2) menjelaskan peran pustakawan dalam pengelolaan dan penerbitan jurnal ilmiah; dan (3) menunjukkan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang dapat diklaim sebagai angka kredit pustakawan ketika menjadi pengelola jurnal online. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif- deskriptif.  Metode kualitatif adalah ”disebut pula metode  penelitian  naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan  pada kondisi yang alamiah. Pendekatan deskriptif adalah ” suatu penelitian yang  didasarkan pada data yang ada atau penyelidikan  yang  bertujuan pada pemecahan masalah.  Peran pustakawan sebagai pengelola jurnal ilmiah perlu pula masuk dalam kompetensi pustakawan karena berkaitan dengan keahlian pustakawan dalam memberikan layanan informasi. Dengan demikian, adanya peran aktif pustakawan di berbagai lembaga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan jurnal ilmiah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan, penerbitan, jurnal online, administrator jurnal ROLE OF LIBRARY IN MANAGEMENTAND PUBLISHING SCIENTIFIC JOURNALSABSTRACTThe role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals is based on the experience of the managers of the journal Sosiohumaniora, Bionatura, Dharmakarya and the Community Service Journal at Padjadjaran University, the objectives of writing this article: (2) explain the role of librarians in the management and publication of scientific journals; and (3) showing activities or work that can be claimed as librarian credit numbers when managing the journal. The method used is qualitative-descriptive method. Qualitative methods are "also called naturalistic research methods because their research is carried out in natural conditions". Descriptive approach is "a study based on existing data or an investigation aimed at solving problems. The role of librarians as managers of scientific journals also needs to be included in librarian competencies because they are related to librarian expertise in providing information services. Thus, the active role of librarians in various institutions is expected to improve the quality of managing scientific journals in Indonesia. Keywords: management, publishing, online journals, journal administrator

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana wakaf produktif terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur Griya khadijah di PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif- deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara,dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dengan nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga dan pengelola Griya khadijah. kemudian, dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku teks, jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airangga menerima dan mengelolah wakaf produktif berupa wakaf uang dan wakaf manfaat temporer dari wakif berupa satu unit rumah di jalan kalikepiting dimana rumah wakaf temporer itu di bangun/direnovasi menjadi griya khadijah akan menghasilkan manfaat untuk mauquf alaih(mahasiswi) berupa tempat tinggal mahasiswi yang di dalamnya terdapat program pembinaan dan pengembangan karakter bagi mahasiswi.Kata kunci : wakaf, wakaf produktif, pembangunan, nazhir PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of productive waqf in the development of Griya Khadijah infrastructure at PUSPAS Universitas Airlangga. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method where this research was conducted by interview, documentation and observation. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with nazhir PUSPAS Universias Airlangga and the manager of Griya Khadijah. the results of the interview will be triangulated and analyzed to get the conclusion. Secondary data were obtained through text books and relevant scientific journals. The results of this study indicate that Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University receives and manages productive waqf in the form of cash waqf and temporary benefit waqf from waqf in the form of a house on Kalikepiting street. The temporary waqf house is built or renovated into a khadija griya which will produce benefits for mauquf alaih (female students) in the form of student residences in which there is a program of coaching and character development for female students..Keywords: waqf, waqf Productive, Infrastructure, Nazhir , Nazhir PUSPAS Airlangga University.

The multidimensional crisis faced by the Indonesian today requires a national leadership with Pancasila character. The weakness of national leadership is realized to have implications on the weakening of state defend awareness. State defend awareness is one of the important capitals in national development and also in solving various problems of the nation. State defend awareness will be influenced by one of the national leadership qualities. Pancasila as the foundation of state and state philosophy should be a guide and a referral in the conduct of every national leadership practice. This research aims to explain the role of national leadership that has the Pancasila character in optimizing state defend awareness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the role of national leadership that has Pancasila character in building a state defend awareness is as a guide for the community in achieving the objectives of the country. Secondly, as the builder of the moral force of society in implementing state defend in national’s life. Meanwhile, the third role is as an inspirational role model for society

China's economic growth during the Covid-19 pandemic was impressive because it did not fell into recession. China's government has become a role model for facing Covid-19 outbreaks. China is now the world's wealthiest country, if we see its Gross Domestic Product from Purchasing Power Parity (GDP-PPP). China's position as the number one globally is faster than Jacques's prediction in 2009 that it will happen in 2050. For China, which does not implement liberal democracy, the writer hypothesizes that the reasonable choice to develop the economy is state-driven development through the rule of law. At present, the rule of law has become a daily conversation of the Chinese people. However, there are still many outsiders who doubt China has and applies the rule of law. It happens because China implements the rule of law with Chinese characteristics. This research will study the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, China's effort to implement the rule of law, and the rule of law on China's economy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explain the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.  It will analyze the rule of law concept and its effect on China's economy. China applies the rule of law with Chinese characteristics based on Chinese traditions, which are heavily influenced by Confucius's teachings and prioritize obligations rather than rights. China has done many reforms action to implement the rule of law. The implementation of the rule of law in china makes China become a prosperous country now.

This research aims to provide an overview of the challenges and role of Widyaiswara in the Ministry of Finance in improving ASN competence through adaptation and innovation in the pandemic and new normal era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study found that widyaiswara is required to be able to think creatively and innovatively. The challenge is whether widyaiswara is able to make interesting multimedia teaching materials. Widyaiswara was challenged and required to continue to improve and change.  Widyaiswara should be able to utilize technology to open the horizon of thinking and view technology as an opportunity to improve ASN competence in the future. To answer the challenges and demands of change in this pandemic and new normal era, widyaiswara can act as facilitator, motivator, inspiration, innovator, dynamicator and role model through innovation and adaptation in the pandemic era and new normal through its roles in aspects of bureaucracy efficiency, digital literacy, agile organization mindset, public service responsiveness, and integrated and flexible working space.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Cohesion and coherence in discourse play a role in forming a wholeness in the discourse itself, both discourse and writing. One of the written discourses is the news in the Jawa Pos newspaper, which is the distribution of basic food packages breaking the fast of Ramadhan for the poor in the Tuban area held by PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar, in this news is thought to contain elements of cohesion and coherence. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and discourse analysis techniques. The data obtained contains cohesion and coherence. In this data collection, namely by listening to the news and recording it. The results of this study include grammatical cohesion, lexical cohesion and its coherence. Grammatical cohesion includes reference cohesion, recovery cohesion, release cohesion and liaison cohesion. In addition to cohesion there is also coherence that is like the coherence of the means of purpose, the coherence of reasons for action, the coherence of the meaning of reason and so forth. With the discovery of the use of cohesion and discourse coherence in Jawa Pos news.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.

Kajian ini membahas wacana iklan jasa boga dalam media luar ruang. Iklan merupakan sebuah sarana yang dipandang efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi. Iklan jasa boga menarik untuk dikaji karena memperlihatkan kekhasan dalam pemakaian bahasa. Kajian bertujuan mendeskripsikan slot-slot wacana jasa boga dan strategi pembentuk slot atau pengisi slot pada iklan jasa boga di media luar ruang. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan struktural dan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi. Peneliti mengamati secara langsung iklan-iklan media luar ruang di DIY. Observasi menerapkan teknik simak dan rekam visual. Metode dan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan ialah metode agih dengan teknik sisip dan balik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wacana iklan boga menghasilkan empat jenis slot. Slot nama dapat berbentuk (1) akronim, (2) singkatan, (2) nama diri, dan (4) nama lokasi. Slot spesifikasi dapat bersifat menyangatkan atau mengedepankan kekhasan daerah. Slot atribusi menyiratkan bentuk slogan. Slot alamat berisi keterangan alamat rumah dan nomor telepon. Aspek permainan bahasa berkenaan dengan penyimpangan ejaan, yaitu pemakaian huruf kapital dan penulisan kata.This study discusses about food service advertisement discourse on outdoor media. Advertisement is one of effective facility in delivering information. The advertisement is interesting to study for its particularity in language use. The study aims to describe discourse plots on food service and strategy to form plot or plot insert on advertisement of food service on outdoor media. This study uses structural and qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses observation mode by observing directly to outdoor advertisement media in DIY. The observation uses listening and visual recording. Method and analysis technique to answer the problem is distributional using inserting and reversing technique. The result shows that food service discourse produces four types of slots as (1) acronym, (2) abbreviation, (3) self name, and (4) location name. Specification slot emphasizes locality particularity. Atritributive slot shows slogan form. Address slot contains description of house address and telephone number. Language playing aspect is dealing with spelling split, that is alphabetical use and word writing.
