This study set out to examine empirically workers’ perception of performance appraisal in selected public and private organisations operating in Lagos metropolis. The study adopted the survey research design. A total of 205 research subjects were drawn from the target population using the simple random sampling technique. However 174 copies of questionnaire were returned upon which the data analysis was based. This represents 85percent response rate. Data analysis was carried out with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 16. The findings of this study showed that workers have an optimistic view of performance appraisal as a means for promoting, evaluating and equitably compensating employees, and forming the basis for many employee training programmes as well as its motivational effect on workers’ performance. The authors recommend that for appraisal to yield the desired outcomes, adequate attention should be paid to the avoidance of appraisal politics and the pursuance of fairness and transparency in the process. More so, training programmes could be initiated by organisations to offer tips for avoiding appraisal errors. Open-reporting system as opposed to closed-reporting system should be encouraged for performance appraisal to have a motivational effect on workers’ performance.   Keywords: Workers’ Perception, Performance Appraisal, Public, Private, Performance Management, Organisations.

The case of dengue fever (DF) is one of the health problems in the world which its prevalence increased hence the accuracy of therapy is needed to reduce morbidity. One one aspects that related to this is rationality treatment. This study aims to obtain an overview of rationality treatment in patients who suffered dengue fever (DF) in the Islamic Hospital Siti Khadijah Palembang in 2017. This research is a non-experimental research. The research subjects were all the patients who were diagnosed with dengue fever at the Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital Palembang in 2017. The data was take based on medical record, the used data were retrospective data which were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The obtained data were 30 respondents who met the inclusion-exclusion criteria. The data analysis used is univariate analysis. The result showed that there was an inaccurate dose of (6.66%). A description of the rationality of treatment carried out from 30 patient stated that treatment rationality was (93,33%) and treatment irrationality was (6,66%). It is suggested that efforts be made to increase compliance for health professionals in hospitals in the completeness of recording in medical records.

Eco-literacy play a crucial role in instilling awareness in children about the importance of protecting the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of nature school students’ eco-literacy. The research method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were selected through the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, interviews, tests, and document study. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the interactive data analysis technique. The results revealed that: (1) cognitive aspects were quite good, indicated by a systematic understanding of nature; (2) emotional aspects were good, shown by high caring and empathy; (3) spiritual aspects were good, indicated by the attitude of respecting nature; (4) high activity aspects, shown by ability to apply ecological knowledge into life practices. This research concludes that the profile of eco-literacy in nature school was quite good.   Keywords: Eco-literacy, nature school, primary school

This study aims to describe qualitatively about e-learning management in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to define and describe phenomena that appear natural or artificial, focusing more on examining the character, quality, and phenomenon. Besides, the e-learning approach is an approach using technology distance learning. The e-learning utilization that is arranged using an electronic internet system that supports learning activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Research subjects are Informantss who provide research data through interviews, observation, and documents. The Informantss in this study were lecturers at Panca Sakti Bekasi University. The Informantss were determined by purposive sampling technique. At the same time, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive. This research results in the finding that lecturers have carried out web e-learning with Moodle and face-to-face with zoom or google meet in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. as numerous as 80% of speakers expressed that they utilized zoom, this was on the grounds that it was simpler to apply it straightforwardly, like instructing up close and personal classes. At that point, as numerous as 55% of Google Meet clients, the instructor expressed that Google Meet is not difficult to actualize on the grounds that the video is straightforwardly associated on the off chance that you as of now have a Google Mail account straightforwardly. Lastly, as numerous as 85% of teachers use Moodle, on the grounds that Moodle gives more highlights to learning exercises.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. Abstract: This research aims to describe career guidance for students with disabilities in special schools (SLB). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were the Principals and Teachers at SLB Negeri 1 Subang, SLB SLB Maliwis, SLB Negeri Cicendo, SLB Sukapura, SLB Negeri Handayani and SLB PGRI and the object of research was the implementation of career guidance for deaf and mentally retarded students. By using purposive sampling technique, the sample taken is the principal and teachers of skills subjects and/ or teachers accompanying apprentices. The data collection techniques in this research were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation study. And the data analysis technique used in this research was an interactive data analysis model. Based on the research, it was found that career guidance for deaf students was carried out with an individualized instructional approach and career guidance for students with mild mental retardation was carried out using the drill method. Based on the research results, career guidance services provided to students with disabilities are carried out using different methods and subject matter. Keywords: Career Guidance, Disabilities, Students Work

The research aims to analyze the effect of work Discipline, motivation, and compensation on teacher performance. The data analysis is quantitative with the purpose of answering the predetermined research hypotheses. The sampling technique that used in this research is nonprobability technique, with the research subjects totaling 45 permanent teachers who work in the organization of SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang. The results obtained, show that: (1) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (2) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, (3) Compensation has no significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMK Yuppentek 1 Tangerang.

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the results differences of the 2nd National Chemistry Olympiad at the public and private senior high school using quizizz media. All participants of the population were sampled in the determination, the sampling technique used was saturated samples. The results of the prerequisite test on the data from this study showed that the data were normally and homogeneous. For normality and homogeneity tests, obtained sig > 0.05. Data analysis using SPSS 24, carried out One Way Anova test, obtained sig.0.01 with a significance level of 5%, these results indicate that there are differences in the results of the 2nd National Chemistry Olympiad (OKN) level is low, the public high school participants results with an average score of 59.48 and private high schools with an average score of 41.95 by utilizing Quizizz media. This study aims to determine the practice of human resource management which consists of: HR planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations with employee work productivity and working period moderation in relation to MSDM practices and work productivity. This research uses quantitative research methods. data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The sample used in this study were 50 employees who have worked at least 1 year and live in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire method (questionaire). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (moderate regretion analysis). The results showed that (1) HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (3) Training and Development has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. significant impact on work productivity (5) performance management has a positive and significant effect on productivity and (6) Relationships between employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity and tenure can strengthen the relationship between HR practice and work productivity with a value of 98.2% Keywords: Role Test, Service Period, HRM, Work Productivity

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the meaning of Ambon City academics on the Prophet's hadith regarding the recommendation to study from Abu Hurairah ra. Muslim history. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research object of the Prophet's hadith. about suggestions and orders to actively seek knowledge for his people. The research subjects are academics; lecturers, teachers and students who live in the city of Ambon. Determination of informants is done through purposive sampling technique, data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through two analytical techniques; 1) the analysis of the meaning of the hadith was carried out through the tahliliy method; 2) through qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data display, data verification, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are stated as follows that the meaning of this hadith among academics in Ambon City is in line and in accordance with what has been explained by hadith scholars. Most academics interpret this hadith in a meaningful or contextual way that the science referred to in this hadith is the science of religion and general science (not only religious science), seeking knowledge is like worship which is a basic human spiritual need, and heaven (al-jannah) is meant. is success and happiness that will be obtained in this world and in the hereafter for those who are serious about learning and seeking knowledge. Key Words: hadith; recommendation to study; academics  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan akademisi Kota Ambon terhadap hadis Nabi saw tetang anjuran menuntut ilmu dari Abu Hurairah ra. riwayat Muslim. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Obyek penelitian hadis Nabi saw. tentang anjuran dan perintah giat mencari ilmu bagi ummatnya. Adapun subyek penelitian adalah akedemisi; dosen, guru dan mahasiswa yang berdomisili di kota Ambon. Penentuan informan dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui dua teknik analisis;1) analisis makna hadis ditempuh melalui metode tahliliy;  2)melalui teknik analisis data kualitatif, yaitu display data, verifikasi data, interpretasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian dikemukakan sebagai berikut bahwa pemaknaan hadis ini di kalangan akademisi Kota Ambon sejalan dan sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijelaskan oleh ulama hadis. Sebagian besar akademisi memaknai hadis ini secara maknawiyah atau kontekstual bahwa ilmu yang dimaksud dalam hadis ini adalah ilmu agama dan ilmu umum (bukan hanya ilmu agama), menuntut ilmu ibarat ibadah yang merupakan kebutuhan pokok rohani manusia, serta surga (al-jannah) yang dimaksud adalah kesuksesan dan kebahagiaan yang akan diperoleh di dunia ini maupun di akhirat kelak bagi mereka yang bersungguh-sungguh belajar dan menutut ilmu. Kata Kunci: hadis; anjuran menuntut ilmu; akademisi

This study aims to prove empirically about: 1) differences in the effect of truth inducing and slack inducing compensation schemes on budgetary slack, 2) differences in the effect of high and low self efficacy on budgetary slack, 3) the effect of interaction compensation schemes and self efficacy on budgetary slack. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a group of research subjects who are students majoring in Accounting in the 2016 bachelor year of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The sampling technique is total sampling. The population in this study amounted to 107 students. The source of research data is primary data using working paper in the form of coding or translating letters into numbers. Data analysis using two ways ANOVA test. The results of this study concluded that compensation schemes can affect lower-level managers in conducting budgetary slack, self-efficacy affects lower-level managers in conducting budgetary slack, and the influence of interaction compensation and self-efficacy schemes on budgetary slack
