Preschool children’s visual-motor coordination skills are very valuable for their academic and social learnings. Using these skills, children have a broad movement repertoire, display better academic skills, participate in classroom activities and social relations, and develop self-regulation. Self-regulation is required for children to set their goals, purposeful planning, monitoring, and adapting. Children are natural players and they enjoy to move and play. Early childhood programs should consider supporting the visual-motor coordination in joint play situations to enhance children’s behaviors. This study used movement activities designed with embedded learning instruction to create cooperative play and increased group interactions among children. The purpose of this research was to analyze the embedded learning-based movement education program’s effects on preschool children’s visual-motor coordination and self-regulation development. For this purpose, an experimental research design with pretest-posttest, control group constructed. Control group children followed their traditional (MoNE, 2013) preschool education program while the experiment group pursued embedded learning-based movement education. Results indicated that both groups of children had significantly better (p.≤.0.05) visual-motor coordination and self-regulation skills. The difference was greater in experience group of children and the correlation was stronger between visual-motor coordination and self-regulation. It has been found that embedded learning-based movement education program positively affected preschool children’s visual-motor coordination and self-regulation.

As part of a token reward system, 16 preschool disadvantaged children could purchase a variety of rewards and privileges from several stores, one of which featured edible rewards. Percent of tokens spent on the edibles substantially declined over the 9-mo. period during which preference data were collected. The pattern of decline was similar for both the younger (3- to 4-yr.-old) and older (4- to 5-yr.-old) children, although the younger children started out with more edible purchases.

Communication, complex multidimensional education, begins its active development directly in preschool age. With the correct and timely development of communication, cognitive processes, emotional-volitional and motivational-need spheres, behavior, and the interpersonal status of the child are formed. The formation of communication skills is possible only with the timely full development of speech. The lower the state of speech, the more difficult it is for the child to organize and implement communication, and vice versa, the higher the level of formation of the communicative act, the more fully expressive speech develops. Difficulties in forming speech and communication affect self-esteem. Self-esteem as a phenomenon develops under the influence of the assessment of others. Self-esteem is the result of one's own activity, communication, behavior, activities, experiences of a preschooler. The inability of a preschooler to implement verbal communication in a peer group leads to deformations in the development of personality and interpersonal interaction, reduces his social status, and leads to his isolation from other members of the team. Summarizing the above, we have set a goal – to study the relationship between indicators of communication, selfesteem and interpersonal status in preschool children. The main research method is the contrast group method. Empirical study was carried out in groups of preschoolers – with normal speech development and with speech disorders («General speech underdevelopment (GSU) level III» according to R. Levina's classification). The results of the study showed that the level of communication formation in the group of preschoolers with speech disorders is lower than inthe group of children with normal speech development. The lag in the formation of communication skills is represented by a number of indicators: «interest in a peer», «sensitivity», «prosocial actions», «means of communication», «active speech». Low self-esteem was found only in the group of children with speech impairments. There were no differences in the level of the sociometric status between children of both groups.

The process in identifying the situation analysis of a target language is called Needs Analysis or Needs Assessment (NA). To be effective and efficient in learning process in English classroom at STAKN Kupang, this analysis is considered important. NA is divided into two parts of analysis namely present situation analysis and target situation analysis. A quantitative approach was used in this research with a survey method. The findings show: 1) In general, the English proficiency of the students of Study Program Christian Religious Education in academic year 2018-2019 was beginner (basic); 2) There were several reasons why they stopped learning English such as the materials used were not applicable on daily basis, their teachers did not use good teaching method, or the materials was not interesting and challenging; 3) Students thought that learning grammar and the differences between Bahasa Indonesia and English is important to be covered in textbooks; 4) Students preferred their teachers to explain the grammatical theories before giving them practice activities; 5) Even though students admitted that English is a difficult language, they agreed that English is very important to be mastered and it has become a language widely used for international occasions.

In this study, it was aimed to determine the current status and problems in terms of technical and structural conditions of beef cattle barns structures in Adıyaman city center and its districts, in the T.C. İpekyolu Development Agency (İKA) in TRC1 Region. The construction materials used in beef cattles, the dimensions of the structural elements, the levels of automation and mechanization, the product design and the problems faced by the manufacturers were determined. For this purpose, in line with the data obtained from Adıyaman provincial and district Agricultural Directorates, observations and measurements were made by going to all beef cattle enterprises and surveys were applied to each of the business owners to determine the technical and structural problems of the enterprises. According to the results of the survey, measurement, and observation, it was determined that all of the enterprises belong to the owners of the enterprises and all the shelters were planned as Open Beef Cattle Barns. 22.5% of the barns were built with the own money of the business owners, 5% by using loans, and 72.5% by getting both support and grant aid from the state. It was determined that 7,5% of beef cattle shelters had no roughage storage, 5% had no concentrated feed storage and 70% had no silage feed storage. As a result of the statistical analysis on beef cattle enterprises, a significant relationship was found between the construction years of cattle barns and needs to the renewal of barns or not (p<0.01). In addition between the number of animals in shelters and utilization status from government supporting programs such as credit, support and grants of business owners, and between the number of animals in farms and the presence or not of manure storage in the farms, a significant relationship was determined (p<0.01).
