This study aims to find out how potentially Banyuanyar Village to developed into tourism village. Tourism village is form of implementation community based tourism. A purpose from community based tourism is to encouraged local community so they can be more prosperous. A village can be developed as well to be tourism village if fullfill several criteria tourism development. They are “potential product or potential attraction in destination”, “local community”, “potential of local human resources”, “availability of facilities and infrastructure”, and “ability to create a tourism market”. Based from thos criteria, Banyuanyar village has enough potential to be developed as a tourism village. A strong aspect are found on the tourist attraction. Currently Banyuanyar Village has been visited by tourists but is still limited to the coffee segment. The weakness that still needs to be improved is the ability to create markets. Banyuanyar village is currently still having difficulties in making tour packages, and to determine the right market segment and the right marketing strategy.

This study aims to determine the management of Matantimali tourism objects and constraints faced in the management of Matantimali. the writing of this Scientific Article is presented in a descriptive qualitative manner to provide an overview and information about Matantimali tourism objects. Methods of collecting data using observation, interviews, documents, and questionnaires. the data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that Matantimali tourism objects have potential but the lack of funds is one of the obstacles so that this potential has not been widely developed. The management of Matantimali tourism objects is currently still managed by the local community because of the absence of regulations with the local government. With sufficient human resources plus the right education and management Matantimali will be beneficial for improving the economy of the surrounding community.  Keywords: Tourism Development, Tourism Management, Tourism Attraction

In tourism development, community participation is very important. Community participation does not just appear but must start from the right perception of tourism. Local people, with all their perceptions about tourism management, have been involved in tourism management. The purpose of this study was to determine the local community's perception of the manager of the main tourism destinations and to determine the sustainable tourism development model in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. This type of research is a social survey and descriptive-quantitative. The technique used in sampling is the Franc Lynch method, with a sample of 95 people as respondents, aged 15-64 years old. The type of data used is primary by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale in each question. The data analysis technique used is value perception and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show: 1) The percentage of the average value of the independent variable is 85%, this means that the perception of the local community about the management principles of Lake Toba tourist destinations is in a positive or good area 2) Sustainable tourism development has a positive relationship and influenced simultaneously by service, attractiveness, human resources, environment, and participation. Therefore, the sustainable tourism development model must emphasize the attractiveness and human resources in Simanindo District

This research aimed at analyzing the development strategies of Loloan traditional houses to become a tourist attraction which is beneficial for the local community. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using a SWOT analysis. The informants were chosen based on purposive sampling. Based on SWOT analysis, some strategies can be implemented in Loloan Village. Those are the development of homestay, tour package, establishment of organization to manage the tourism potential, the implementation of community based tourism, the empowerment of local community by developing their awareness on tourism, the improvement of marketing strategy, make some stilt housing units as cultural assets owned by the government and being the piloting project, the development of tourism activities, and the improvement of its facilities.

Oehala Waterfall is one of the tourism potentials which has been decided as one of the natural tourist attraction at Timor Tengah Selatan regency. The development is not able to meet the expectation which is only to supply the tourism facilities at Oehala Waterfall location. In the ecotourism context, the development should be oriented to strengthen then the local community role and involvement. However, in the development of Oehala tourist attraction, the local community has not been involved actively because of the weakness of the human resources in tourism aspect. The objective of this research are: 1) Analizing the internal environment condition and Oehala tourist attraction external; and 2) Formulating the community based tourism ecotourism development program at Oehala Waterfall tourist attraction. The result of the research shows that in successing the community based ecotourism development at Oehala tourist attraction, so the strategy and program which should be developed are the product development and the natural tourist attraction and ecotourism culture based, the development of tourism facility, the development of human resources and organization establishment, the development of promotion and marketing, and also the ecotourism development which is eco-friendly.

The aim of this research is to determine the tourist perceptions and motivation that visit to Jembong tourist destination. This research was conducted at the Jembong tourist destination, Jembong District, Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by distributed questionnaires to two hundred and twenty fivetourist that visiting Jembong tourist destination in Jembong district, Ambengan Village. A questionnaire consisted of twenty threestatements that refer to the theory of tourism development, which are tourist attraction, amenities, access and ancillary services and eighteen statements of tourist motivation that refer to the push and pull theory motivation. The potential tourist attraction in Jembong tourist destination are waterfall, trekking, and nature. The facilities are bathroom and change room, trash bin, restaurant, parking area, and gazebo. Local community who has an authority to make signboard and provided stairs and trail to facilitate tourists toward waterfall and trekking. Tourist information center made simultaneously with entrance ticket counter Jembong tourist destination. Promotion media at Jembong tourist destination are brochure, email and instagram. Maps of Jembong tourist destination is available in google maps therefore tourist easier toward Jembong tourist destination. The results of this research finding the higher of push motivation and pull motivation is related with beauty nature that suitable with the higher tourist perception to attraction are freshness air and beauty nature in Jembong tourist destination.

Loyalty has become a serious concern for the managers of tourist villages because the loyalty of tourists is a guarantee of tourism business to be sustainable. The purpose of this study is to examine how the loyalty of tourists can be created by the factors of the tourist attraction, safety, and amenities, with loyalty as an intervening, on the model of Community-Based Tourism development in Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran Tourism Village. The analytical method used is path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the tourist attraction is a dominant factor that gives a positive influence on the loyalty of tourists through intervention variable satisfaction. Other factors studied, namely safety and tourist facilities are not proven to affect the loyalty of tourists. This research recommends that loyalty of tourists can be achieved through efforts to improve the quality of tourist attraction.

The purpose of this research is to know the management strategies of tourism Pine Lahendong and know what are the factors that’s encourages and inhibit Pine Lahendong Tourism management strategies. The problem in this research is how Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies and what are the factors that inhibit and encourage Tourism Pinus Lahendong management strategies. Tourism is one of the things that are important to a country, the existence of this tourism, then a country or more specifically the Government of the region where it is tourist attraction, will get the infusion of revenues per tourist attractions. The marketing strategy is basically a thorough plan, integrated and fused in the marketing field, which gives guidelines on the activities that will be executed to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Tourism Pinus Lahendong strategy and potential for managed, developed and marketed because it has beautiful natural scenery and a sulfur hot springs into a visitor attraction. This research which means to understand the phenomenon or strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from Tourism Pinus Lahendong holistically with described it in the form of words and language so as to produce a depiction on the phenomenon that happens. the results of the SWOT analysis conducted in the Tourism development of tourism policy, then Pinus Lahendong is improving promotion through various media, to improve the existing facilities in order to provide convenience for visitors and capitalize on potential at once elaborated the opportunities that can be sold and can attract visitors.

This study discusses about development of regional tourism through the development of human resources Gorontalo, Sulawesi. The master plan for tourism development in Gorontalo stated that Gorontalo has three areas of community-based tourism development and eight excellent tourist attractions. It was realised that human resources has an important role in the general development as well the development of regional tourism. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data source obtained from field observation, interview, group discussion and documentation. Local governments have encouraged the development of regional tourism, especially destinations that are around the community through the empowerment of surrounding communities in order to manage the destination well. In order for all aspects of tourism management to run properly it is necessary role of local government in giving encourage and support education field of tourism. So it can fill the shorted of expert workforce to be placed on institutions or tourism related industries.

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

The Setu Babakan tourism area has been designated as a Betawi cultural tourism area by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in 2000. Setu Babakan has three tourism objects culture, nature and agro. It has been established as a cultural heritage for more than 15 years, but the level of tourist visits still low. This research will analyze factors of Community-Based Cultural Tourism Development in the Setu Babakan tourism area, both tourism object factors and community participation include several dimensions, (1) objects, (2) access, (3) facilities, (4) participation, (5) support, (6) benefits, (7) revenue. The study was conducted by distributing 81 questionnaires to surrounding community in the area. The results of the MDS analysis in dimensions of the attractions are in the good category of 80.57. Dimensions of access, infrastructure, community support for tourism development, public attitudes towards tourists are in the good categories of 84.64, 80.39, 81.87, and 75.62. Dimension of community participation and benefits perceived by the community is in the unfavorable category of 44.69% and 46.29. Community involvement needs to be increased so it can increase tourist visits. The sustainability of Setu Babakan as a cultural tourism area is maintained because the existence of it can really be felt by the local community.
