Coronavirus disease is also known as Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) and was discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads rapidly and has reached almost every country, including Indonesia, in just a few months. As a result, numerous countries have implemented regulations imposing lockdowns to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. To control the spread of this virus, Indonesia implemented a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy. The method employed in this study is to analyze data from various reading sources. By comparing journals or articles, references are obtained from online publications with diverse studies. This study utilized five journals as references, all of which demonstrated that community participation in preventing the spread of Covid-19 was in a good category. According to the journals reviewed, information regarding the handling of Covid-19 necessitated the participation of all parties to prevent its spread. From the five journals obtained, all of these journals indicate that the role of the community is required in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Indonesia is one of the countries affected by COVID-19 (corona virus), Local Distance and Rafid Test (Mass Test) as a step to overcome corona so that it does not spread widely. However, the fact is that positive cases in Indonesia occurred at the beginning of March which increased, on April 5, 2020, positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia reached 2,273 cases, 198 died and 164 recovered. The purpose of this journal is to describe the role of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) policy actors in overcoming the spread of COVID-19 (corona). The method used is qualitative by collecting data using library research sourced from journals, regulations and articles related to policy actors in overcoming COVID-19 (corona) and accountable information media. The results of this journal show that the large role of actors involved in the Large-Scale Social Clearance (PSBB) policy in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID-19 (corona) in Indonesia, this policy can work well when collaboration is built with 5 (five elements) subject or stakeholder elements , namely: Academicians (Academics), Business (Entrepreneurs), Community (society), Government (government) and Media (Mass Media).

In the performance of intersections with signals, traffic lights play an important role in their performance, and motorcycle RHK (Special Stopping Rooms) is one of the solutions to help the performance of the intersection with signals running well. And during the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic, the role of RHK was very influential on the spread of the virus, therefore the government, Traffic Police and Transportation Agency collaborated to improvise the RHK by adding a Starting Grid Mark to the RHK. This study analyzes the effectiveness of RHK with Starting Grid markers by calculating the violation rate and RHK filling levels with starting grid markers. The analysis is carried out on Weekend and Weekdays during the morning, afternoon and evening rush hour. Obtained data. On weekdays RHK 1 morning 89.57%, noon, 62.5% and 50.99% afternoon, while at Wekeend RHK 1 morning 71.74%, 55.3% afternoon and 60.1% afternoon. From the results of this research, at the intersection of the city park lungsir bandar Lampung, it works effectively, can reduce the length of queues and can minimize the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019.

The purpose of this Field Practice Activity is to assess the efficiency of the COVID-19 task force's implementation in Selaawi District in dealing with COVID-19 and residents who have been proven positive for COVID-19. The technique that was used a Literature Review and the roadblocks that it faces, including measures to restrict the spread of the corona virus, which have not been maximized. People are progressively disobeying 3M's health recommendations, such as wearing masks, cleaning their hands with soap, and keeping a safe distance. The large-scale social restriction (PSBB) strategy has aided the implementation of physical distance in Indonesia since the start of the pandemic. The remedy to this problem is to enforce 3M (masks, distance, and hand washing) in a systematic manner, as well as passively 3T (testing, tracing, and treatment) and raise public awareness about the necessity of health procedures through the COVID-19 task force. In this method, the handling efforts can yield the best results and have been successful in lowering positive numbers and lowering deaths. Keywords: COVID-19, Emergency, Society, Implementation

Ebola virus disease (EVD) distinguishes its feature as high infectivity and mortality. Thus, it is urgent for governments to draw up emergency plans against Ebola. However, it is hard to predict the possible epidemic situations in practice. Luckily, in recent years, computational experiments based on artificial society appeared, providing a new approach to study the propagation of EVD and analyze the corresponding interventions. Therefore, the rationality of artificial society is the key to the accuracy and reliability of experiment results. Individuals’ behaviors along with travel mode directly affect the propagation among individuals. Firstly, artificial Beijing is reconstructed based on geodemographics and machine learning is involved to optimize individuals’ behaviors. Meanwhile, Ebola course model and propagation model are built, according to the parameters in West Africa. Subsequently, propagation mechanism of EVD is analyzed, epidemic scenario is predicted, and corresponding interventions are presented. Finally, by simulating the emergency responses of Chinese government, the conclusion is finally drawn that Ebola is impossible to outbreak in large scale in the city of Beijing.

It seems inherent in the nature of contemporary artist’s book production to continue to question the context for the genre in contemporary art practice, notwithstanding the medium’s potential for dissemination via mass production and an unquestionable advantage of portability for distribution. Artists, curators and editors operating in this sector look to create contexts for books in a variety of imaginative ways, through exhibition, commission, installations, performance and, of course as documentation. Broadening the discussion of the idea of the book within contemporary art practice, this paper examines the presence and role of book works within the context of the art biennale, in particular the Venice Art Biennale of which the 58th iteration (2019) is entitled ‘May You Live In Interesting Times’ and curated by Ralph Rugoff, with an overview of the independent International cultural offerings and the function of the ‘Book Pavilion’. Venetian museums and institutions continue to present vibrant diverse works within the arena of large-scale exhibitions, recognising the position that the book occupies in the history of the city. This year, the appearance for the first time, of ‘Book Biennale’, opens up a new and interesting dialogue, taking the measure of how the book is being promoted and its particular function for visual communication within the arts in Venice and beyond.
