Throughout 2016 to 2018 there were 29 cases of criminal acts committed by thugs in vital tourism objects in the city of Padang. Thug Handling of Tourism Objects in Padang City By Pam Obvit West Sumatra Regional Police is conducted by conducting raids or inspections by officers of the Padang City tourism area. Constraints in Tackling Thugs in Tourism Objects in Padang City By Pam Obvit West Sumatra Regional Police is a factor in human resources / lack of personnel, lack of community participation / management of attractions. Efforts Made by the Directorate of Safeguarding Vital Objects in Overcoming Barriers to Safeguarding Tourism Objects against Thugs in the City of Padang tourist area is to increase Human Resources or the Number of Police Personnel by empowering the local Bhabinkamtibmas, Increasing community participation / management of tourism objects. Optimizing the Role of West Sumatra Regional Police Obvit Pam in the Thugs Repacking in Tourism Objects in Padang City with collaborative efforts between the police and the community through police synergy where both together identify and solve the occurrence of thug problems.

The City

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

This research aims to identify the role of management method by goals in the effectiveness of organizations, including universities in the city of Sulaymaniyah from the point of view of administrative leaders, and the research community was in the Faculties of Administration and Economics at the Sulaymaniyah University and Human Development and the College of Administrative Technology at Sulaymaniyah Technical University for the academic year 2019-2020, and used The two researchers were an intentional sample, and they used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The hypotheses were tested using simple and multiple linear regression, and the correlation coefficient of the Pearson method, and the research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The administration with objectives helps in the optimal utilization of available material and human resources. Coronavirus disease is also known as Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) and was discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads rapidly and has reached almost every country, including Indonesia, in just a few months. As a result, numerous countries have implemented regulations imposing lockdowns to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. To control the spread of this virus, Indonesia implemented a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy. The method employed in this study is to analyze data from various reading sources. By comparing journals or articles, references are obtained from online publications with diverse studies. This study utilized five journals as references, all of which demonstrated that community participation in preventing the spread of Covid-19 was in a good category. According to the journals reviewed, information regarding the handling of Covid-19 necessitated the participation of all parties to prevent its spread. From the five journals obtained, all of these journals indicate that the role of the community is required in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in fire prevention and management in Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict, the City of Administration against Fire Disasters in North Jakarta,  the theory used in this research is the opinion of M. Nuh Minister of Education in the era of President Bambang Yudhoyono in Climbing the Amstein ladder to organize an ideal participation. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain key data from interviews with legitimate sources that are directly involved in fire prevention and management and are supported by data from field observations. The data is then analyzed by the triangulation process. To find out the level of community participation. The results showed that the level of participation in fire prevention in Tanjung Priuk District had a range of information, consultations and appointments. the training program, which is carried out as an annual program, is provided for the community to provide information one way. In the management process, the community is at the second level of the seventh stage because the community is already a partner in the fire department before the fire department arrives at the fire location, the community has tried to extinguish the fire independently. To increase community participation in fire prevention and management, the Fire Department of the North Jakarta City Administration Office must optimize human resources, as well as other fire management resources, to be able to act also to provide costs for Balakar (Voluntary Fire) every month.

This study attempts to examine and analyze in detail the role of the community in disseminating the Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School at the city of  Bogor, West Java. For more details, this study examines in detail on "how to promote community participation in Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School?", Which focused on: 1) community participation in boarding school socialization planning, 2) community participation in boarding school socialization leading, 3) community participation in boarding school socialization controlling. The culinary business in the city of Palembang is one of the family businesses that has been passed down for generations, the culinary business in recent years can create growth opportunities for employment and increase the ability of human resources. Management of many family businesses is controlled and operated by one member or several families and many family businesses have non-family members as employees. This study aims to determine the role of knowledge management in creating human resources who are ready to compete in the culinary industry in the city of Palembang. by analyzing the factors that must be considered such as the next generation development factors, information technology, and business development. This research uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that the culinary business in the family business is still carried out traditionally the application of technology is still limited so the need for the role of knowledge management in order to be able to identify knowledge can realize competitiveness and sustainability as a benchmark for the success of the family business especially the culinary business in the city of Palembang   Abstrak Bisnis  kuliner di kota Palembang merupakan salah satu bisnis keluarga yang sudah turun temurun,  bisnis kuliner tersebut dalam beberapa tahun ini dapat menciptakan peluang pertumbuhan bagi lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Manajemen bisnis keluarga banyak dikendalikan dan dioperasikan oleh  satu anggota atau beberapa keluarga dan banyak bisnis keluarga memiliki anggota non keluarga sebagai karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran knowledge management dalam  menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang siap untuk berdaya saing  pada industri kuliner di kota Palembang. dengan menganalisis  faktor- faktor yang harus diperhatikan seperti faktor pengembangan generasi penerus, teknologi informasi,dan  pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis kuliner dalam bisnis keluarga masih dilakukan tradisional penerapan teknologi masih terbatas sehingga perlu adanya peran knowledge management agar   mampu mengidentifikasi pengetahuan dapat mewujudkan daya saing dan berkelanjutan  sebagai  tolak ukur keberhasilan bisnis keluarga khususnya bisnis kuliner  di kota Palembang.

Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisa implementasi Peran serta masyarakat dalam Pembentukan Peraturan daerah di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian adalah Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiric. Hasil Penelitian, implementasi peran serta masyarakat dalam Pembentukan Peraturan daerah di Kota Makassar belum terimplementasi dengan baik. Hal ini didasarkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir terhitung sejak 2010 sampai dengan 2015 sebanyak 46 peraturan daerah telah dibentuk dan hanya 3 peraturan daerah yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam pembentukan peraturan daerah tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi Peran serta masyarakat dalam Pembentukan Peraturan daerah di Kota Makassar adalah faktor pendidikan, faktor pekerjaan, faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum dan faktor pengetahuan masyarakat. Faktor tersebut menjadi hal utama dalam teralisasinya suatu peraturan daerah dengan baik khususnya peraturan daerah kota Makassar. Research Objectives to analyze the implementation of the community in the formation of regional regulation in the city of Makassar The approach is writing it uses research methodology empirical. The result of the research, research methodology is writtend for implementation the role of the community in the formation of regulation areas in the city makassar not allowed well. The results of the study, the implementation of community participation in the formation of local regulations in Makassar City has not been implemented well. This is based on that in the past 5 years from 2010 to 2015 46 regional regulations have been formed and only 3 regional regulations have involved the community in the formation of these regional regulations. Factors that influence the implementation of community participation in the formation of local regulations in Makassar City are education, employment, legal substance, legal structure and community knowledge. These factors become the main thing in the realization of a local regulation properly, especially the Makassar city regional regulation

Historical and archaeological heritage for religious purposes, especially in the area. The conservation of the cultural heritage of the Padang Malay Kingdom in Tebing Tinggi requires the role of various parties such as the city government, cultural observers, academics and community participation in a social movement that loves local architecture to foster a sense of pride in the local artifacts that still exist. Therefore, this study describes the meaning of the idea as well as the government's attention from the legacy of the Malay Kingdom of Padang, Tebing Tinggi City. By using research methodology Interpretation is an effort to achieve a correct understanding of facts, data and symptoms. Using the theory of cultural areas (Trancik, 1986), namely an integrated area is an area consisting of elements physically having an orderly structure, normally paying attention to actors, cultural context, and roots, and functionally having an integrated network. The integration components in the aspect of norms describe cultural values and behavior of taste, creativity, and initiative.

It was important for Indonesian National Police organizations to be able to managed their human resources through good management by giving employees or members the opportunity to advance. Human resources in one organization had an important role of Indonesian National Police experiences a surplus of members with the position of Police Grand Commissioner. As of the beginning of 2019, this institution had around 1,400 members serving as middle officers. Most of these officers did not get outside structural positions. The development system of the right police career pattern was able to provide direction for individual police officers to developed themselves. The purposed of this research was to analyzed case studies related to the career development of the Police Grand Commissioner ranked that took place at the Institution of Indonesian National Police. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. This study concluded that career development was an police's efforts to achieve a career plan. In this case, there were organizational efforts in the form of programs and activities to assisted the career development of Police Grand Commissioner personnel. Another important thing was related to education and training provided to Police Grand Commissioner personnel must be in accordance with the requirements needed, so that the quality improvement of Police Grand Commissioner personnel would be truly fulfilled and aimed to developing police competencies and careers in accordanced with the needs and challenges of Grand Commissioner Police personnel performance.
