Almond milk is a plant-based milk drink made from almonds. Almond juice has a paler color and a thicker texture than regular milk. As for the benefits of almond milk in the world of health, namely to increase breast milk production, prevent high blood pressure, strengthen immunity, protect bone health, maintain baby's heart health, prevent free radicals, facilitate digestion, make skin bright after childbirth. Data mining is part of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process stage. Therefore, the authors provide a classification solution in Data Mining is done using the Algorithm C4.5. With the Algorithm C4.5 you will get a Decision Tree that is easy to understand and easy to understand. Thus, it can help the owner determine the almond milk production plan that is most in demand and without worrying about excess goods or shortages of ingredients.

Malnutrition is one of the major challenges for infants and children throughout the world. Breast feeding is a natural way of providing infants with the essential nutrients and is recommended as a perfect food for newborns. According to the WHO, breast feeding should be initiated within the first hour of birth and should be continued up to six months. Qilla al-Laban is a condition mentioned in Unani medicine in which breast milk production decreases or becomes scanty. It is due to the altered blood quality or quantity, Sū'-i-Mizāj and Ghalaba-i-Akhlat. Muwallid-i-Laban is an agent that promotes the secretion of milk. Synthetic drugs for augmentation of lactation have major safety concerns. Several galactogogues like Satawar, Musli safaid, etc. are being successfully prescribed by Unani physician since ancient times. This chapter describes various galactogogue mentioned in Unani system of medicine for promoting the production and secretion of milk. The dietary recommendations and drugs used to increase milk production are from natural source and chances of adverse effects are minimal.

ABSTRACT Background: Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life is recommended by the World Health Organization and United Nations Children’s Fund. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding for up to 6 months and continuous breastfeeding for up to 2 months. Exclusive breastfeeding is the most effective intervention to reduce infant mortality. It is estimated that it can prevent 13% of under-five mortality in low-income countries. This study aimed to analyze the difference in breastmilk volume before and after the mother received the oxytocin massage using innovative massage tool and conventional effleurage techniques. Subjects and Methods: This was a quasi-experiment study with a non-randomized control trial pretest-posttest design was conducted in Kediri from August to September 2020. The sample used was post-partum women on days 4 to 10 using purposive sampling technique. The dependent variable was amount of breast milk production. The independent variables were oxytocin massage treatment with effleurage technique, and the combination of oxytocin massage, effleurage technique and innovation massage tool. The data was analyzed by T-Test. Results: In the oxytocin massage treatment group used the conventional Effleurage method (Mean = 42; SD = 29) while in the massage treatment group using an innovative massage tool (Mean = 60; SD = 51) this was very different in the control group (Mean = 3.4; SD = 8.8) and it was statistically significant (p= 0.005). Conclusion: Giving oxytocin massage using an innovative massage device were higher than oxytocin massage using the conventional Effleurage method and massage using this innovative massage device had a statistical impact on increasing breast milk production Keywords: oxytocin massage, breast milk production, innovative massage tool Correspondence: Nining Istighosah. Backgroud: The World Health Organization (WHO) explained that the number of Hyperemesis Gravidarum cases reached 12.5% of the total number of pregnancies in the world and the results of the Demographic Survey conducted in 2007, stated that 26% of women with live births experienced complications. The results of the observations conducted at the Midwife Supriyati Clinic found that pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum, with a comparison of 10 pregnant women who examined their contents there were about 4 pregnant women who complained of excessive nausea and vomiting. Objective: to determine the hyperemesis Gravidarum of pregnant mother in clinic. Methods: This study used Qualitative research methods by using a case study approach (Case Study.) Result: The description of excessive nausea of vomiting in women with Hipermemsis Gravidarum is continuous nausea and vomiting more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the body weight decreases and interferes with daily activities days The factors that influence the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum are Hormonal, Diet, Unwanted Pregnancy, and psychology, primigravida does not affect the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Conclusion: Mothers who experience Hyperemesis Gravidarum feel nausea vomiting continuously more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the weight decreases and interferes with daily activities, it is because there are several factors, namely, hormonal actors, diet, unwanted pregnancy, and psychology.

Background: Children are the precious gift from the Almightily Allah and breast milk is an ideal product given to the human being by nature to fulfill all requirements of the offspring until they are matured enough to take adult food. Objective: To assess the services provided for lactating mothers at lactation management centre in selected tertiary level hospitals. Materials and Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted among 100 Lactating mothers who were selected conveniently and were interviewed by pre-tested semi-structured questionnaire and an observational checklist. Collected data were processed and analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) software. Results: Lactation management centre (LMC) is supervised by a consultant and separate room is allotted in both out-patient and in-patient departments. Mothers came with lactation problems were more likely in the first month of the baby (73%) and feeling of not enough milk production was common (49%).Highly significant relationship was found between breast problems of lactating mother and age of child (p<0.001). About 84% respondents received practical demonstration on position and attachment of the baby during lactation. About 91% respondents got dietary advice for enough breast milk production, 75% got dietary advice regarding their child’s weaning food chart and69% got health education. Maximum mothers were informed about LMC by doctor & nurse (82%). Conclusion: Information about LMC services should be disseminated across the country. Lactating mothers should be familiarized with LMC and public awareness should be enhanced for effective management of breastfeeding problem to promote, protect and support the breastfeeding. Milk is an important intake to meet nutritional needs. Both consumed by children, and adults. Indonesia has many producers of fresh milk, but it is not sufficient for national milk needs. Data mining is a science in the field of computers that is widely used in research. one of the data mining techniques is Clustering. Clustering is a method by grouping data. The Clustering method will be more optimal if you use a lot of data. Data to be used are provincial data in Indonesia from 2000 to 2017 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study are in Clusters based on 2 milk-producing groups, namely high-dairy producers and low-milk producing regions. From 27 data on fresh milk production in Indonesia, two high-level provinces can be obtained, namely: West Java and East Java. And 25 others were added in 7 provinces which did not follow the calculation of the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, including in the low level cluster.

Background:Hypertension occurred in 30-80% of TAK patients around the world. The occurrence of hypertension might severely worsen TAK prognosis. Nevertheless, data describing the specific imaging features in hypertensive TAK patients and the associations between hypertensive severity, blood pressure control status and long-term outcome were still lacking.Objectives:To investigate the characteristics and associations of hypertensive characteristics with adverse events-free survival in Takayasu arteritis (TAK) patients with hypertension.Methods:This research was based on a prospectively on-going observational cohort-East China Takayasu Arteritis (ECTA) cohort. In all, 618 TAK patients, who registered in the ECTA cohort up to December 2019, were enrolled. The main outcome was the adverse-events-free survival among hypertensive TAK patients during the follow-up ended on August 2020.Results:Totally, 204 (33.0%) patients suffered from hypertension, with 48 (23.5%), 62 (30.4%), and 94 (46.1%) mild, moderate, and severe hypertension, respectively. Cluster analysis indicated three imaging phenotypes for hypertensive TAK patients: Cluster 1: involvement of the abdominal aorta and/or renal artery (n=56, 27.5%); Cluster 2: involvement of the ascending aorta, thoracic aorta, and the aortic arch and its branches (n=38, 18.6%); Cluster 3: combined involvement of Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 (n=111, 54.4%). By the end of the follow-up, the blood pressure control rate was 50.8%, while the adverse-events-free survival was 67.9% in the entire hypertensive population. Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that well-controlled blood pressure (HR=2.13, 95%CI 1.32–3.78, p=0.047), co-existence of severe aortic valve regurgitation (HR=0.87, 95%CI 0.64–0.95, p=0.043), Cluster 1 (HR=0.69, 95%CI 0.48–0.92, p=0.017) and Cluster 3 (HR=0.72, 95%CI 0.43–0.94, p=0.048) imaging phenotype was associated with the adverse-events-free survival.Conclusion:Patients with controlled hypertension showed better adverse-events-free survival, while those with the Cluster 1 imaging phenotype were more likely to suffer from worse adverse-events-free survival. Major Depression Disease has been increasing in the last few years, affecting around 7 percent of the world population, but nowadays techniques to diagnose it are outdated and inefficient. Motor activity data in the last decade is presented as a better way to diagnose, treat and monitor patients suffering from this illness, this is achieved through the use of machine learning algorithms. Disturbances in the circadian rhythm of mental illness patients increase the effectiveness of the data mining process. In this paper, a comparison of motor activity data from the night, day and full day is carried out through a data mining process using the Random Forest classifier to identified depressive and non-depressive episodes. Data from Depressjon dataset is split into three different subsets and 24 features in time and frequency domain are extracted to select the best model to be used in the classification of depression episodes. The results showed that the best dataset and model to realize the classification of depressive episodes is the night motor activity data with 99.37% of sensitivity and 99.91% of specificity.

Obesity has emerged as the most potential cardiovascular risk factor and has raised concern among public and their health related issues not only in developed but also in developing countries. The Worldwide obesity occurrence has almost has gone three times since 1975. Research suggests there are about 775 million obese people in the World including adult, children, and adolescents. Nearly 50% of the children who are obese and overweight in Asia in are below 5 years. There is a steep incline of childhood obesity when compared to 1971 which is not only in developed countries but also in developing countries. A considerable amount of weight gain occurs during the transition phase from adolescence to young adulthood. It is also suggested that those adultswho were obese in childhood also remained obese in their adulthood with a higher metabolic risk than those who became obese in their adulthood. In India, the urban Indian female in the age group of 30-45 years have emerged as an 〝at risk population” for cardiovascular diseases. To understand how obesity can influence cardiovascular function, it becomes immense important to understand the changes which can take place in adipose tissue due to obesity. There are two proposed concepts explaining the inflammatory status of macrophage. The predominant cause of insulin resistance is obesity. Epidemiological and research studies have indicated that the pathogenesis of obesity-related metabolic dysfunction involves the development of a systemic, low-grade inflammatory state. It is becoming clear that targeting the pro-inflammatory pathwaymay provide a novel therapeutic approach to prevent insulin resistance, particularly in obesity inducedinsulin resistance. Some cost effective interventions that are feasible by all and can be implemented even in low-resource settings includes - population-wide and individual, which are recommended to be used in combination to reduce the greatest cardiovascular disease burden. The sixth target in the Global NCD action plan is to reduce the prevalence of hypertension by 25%. Reducing the incidence of hypertension by implementing population-wide policies to educe behavioral risk factors. Reducing cigarette smoking, body weight, blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood glucose all have a beneficial impact on major biological cardiovascular risk factors. A variety of lifestyle modifications have been shown, in clinical trials, to lower bloodpressure, includes weight loss, physical activity, moderation of alcohol intake, increased fresh fruit and vegetables and reduced saturated fat in the diet, reduction of dietary sodium intake, andincreased potassium intake. Also, trials of reduction of saturated fat and its partial replacement by unsaturated fats have improved dyslipidaemia and lowered risk of cardiovascular events. This initiative driven by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, State Governments, Indian Council of Medical Research and the World Health Organization are remarkable. The Government of India has adopted a national action plan for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) with specific targets to be achieved by 2025, including a 25% reduction inoverall mortality from cardiovascular diseases, a 25% relative reduction in the prevalence of raised blood pressure and a 30% reduction in salt/sodium intake. In a nutshell increased BMI values can predict the nature of obesity and its aftermaths in terms inflammation and other disease associated with obesity. It’s high time; we must realize it and keep an eye on health status in order to live long and healthy life.
