Classical background, topics of schooling history in high school and university bring attention to the existence of global challenges of the 21st century common today. These calls necessitate the creation of new historical study from the younger contemporaries allowing to enter consciously the real world of the people living before and near it, able to analyze historical events, owning proper, commercial, socio-political knowledge, valuing cultural traditions of other people. In the article elements of a professional representation of the history teacher of the 21st century are discriminated from positions of modern historical and pedagogical approaches, it is determined that the main ways of development of professionalism are the scientific character of historical thinking of the teacher, development of individual style of teaching and participation in innovative activity. The practical value of results consists of the practical use of conscious need of the modern teacher of history for continuous professional self-improvement.

This historical study examines the spread of Christianity in India in the 16th and 17th centuries, and lessons to be drawn by Christian churches in Ghana in the 21st century. Personal interview and content analysis of primary and secondary source documents were used for data collection. The grounded theory design was used to develop four theories, namely: “cultural rejection approach”, “cultural replacement approach”, “cultural sharing approach” and “cultural transformation approach” to mission. The research findings revealed that Christianity was introduced in India to liberate the people from ignorance. The Jesuit understood the motives of mission to be cross-cultural, international, co-operative and holistic in nature. It further revealed that the Jesuit used the “cultural transformation approach” to mission, which required the use of “radical identification”, “culture transfer”, “indigenization”, “inculturation” and “primal religion” as evangelistic methods to fulfil the mission mandate. The study recommended that churches in Ghana adapt the “cultural transformation approach” to mission to suit their cultural environments, so that the use of “radical identification” and “culture transfer” will reduce inequality, in fulfilment of UN SDG 10; while the use of “indigenization”, “inculturation” and “primal religion” will provide inclusive and equitable quality (theological) education, in fulfilment of UN SDG 4.

Relevance. The market-imposed system of consumerism overstepped the boundaries of bifurcation and entered into “legitimate rights” to abolish the living traditional world, thereby disturbing the balance in society and thereby signed the death sentence to itself. The problem of research. Exploring the possibilities of social reloading from consumerism to communitarianism to restore the balance of power in society. Scientific novelty and research results. Around the devotee of piety, voluntary monastic settlements were created, which grew into suburbs. Of these, the ascetic-hesychast stood out, who went into the forest and chopped down a new temple. To the righteous people flocked, yearning for a just life. This is how a new community was created. There was a new prayer book and then the big man blessed him to organize other settlements. The state should be interested in finding new forms of solutions for educational, economic, technical, cultural and food programs, therefore the initiative of communitarianists should not be punished, but supported. Today, foreign investors are becoming owners of not only factories, but even entire branches of domestic industry and are able to significantly influence domestic politics in our country. The growing number of immigrants as a destabilizing factor is becoming increasingly important. In such a situation, the fate of the country depends on the ability of the people to a new unification. It is necessary to unite on the basis of religious and cultural traditions on the principle of professional fraternities; if only there would be more centers of spiritual culture, but not by the principle of quantity, as is always the case with officials, but by the qualitative qualification of the “big man” as a center of creative and integrative power. From the foregoing, the idea of building ideational (communitarian) cohorts is born, which, through their ascetic life and creative work, should set a new vector for historical development (“salt”) consumer society.

Barbaric, savage, horrific-these were terms to define the decision of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) to murder its captured Jordanian pilot by burning him alive inspired a thesaurus of horror and revulsion. The men who did it, the perpetrators were described by the media as mad men, thugs, monsters. To most of the people, the act itself seemed inexplicable and without sense. However, behind the choreographed and videotaped violence lies a calculated horrible cold logic. Although, ISIS is often portrait as a mighty force on the ground in Syria and Iraq, facts state that they control mainly communications between various provinces in both countries, and, as most guerrilla armies, are militarily weak by conventional measure. ISIS has little or almost none defense against the bombing campaign that is facing now, while US has formed a coalition that is confronting them on the ground as well, after President Barack Obama published the “New Security Doctrine” which includes degrading and finally destroying ISIS. ISIS, however, have proven to be very organized in promoting dramatic acts of violence against their enemies and promoting them two achieve two goals: use terror tactics as a psychological weapon against all those facing them and all those that are to face them in combat. Secondly, through usage of social network platforms to promote killings and executions, the aim of ISIS is to encourage recruits from out of Syria and Iraq, and elsewhere, to join them in their cause. Online operations of ISIS fall under a production group called the Al Hayat Media Center. The Center was created to seduce Westerners into joining the ranks of ISIS and also to distribute propaganda through social and media platforms. It is difficult to assess the success of this operation, but solid sources provided by US military and intelligence estimate that at least 300 Americans are fighting in the ranks of ISIS (at least two Americans have been killed fighting for ISIS in Iraq/Syria region) while the number of Europeans is in thousands. The US Response to this psychological kind of warfare came when President Barack Obama established the Center for Strategic Counterterrorism Communications (CSCC) aiming to combat terrorist propaganda. The main strategy of CSCC is not directly to confront ISIS operatives, but rather than that to deal with the people they are trying to recruit. Now, with almost entire international public opinion on their side, it is time for US to more actively respond to ISIS especially in the manner of psychological warfare since it is obvious that operations of “winning hearts and minds” of people in Iraq and Syria are not enough compared to ruthless tactics of ISIS which “winning hearts and minds” by brute force, terror, and vivid violent images. The online propaganda war is a new component to conflicts of 21st century that allows enemies to reach one another’s home fronts directly. ISIS might seem not so strong on the ground but it has captured one fundamental flaw of the media of 21st century-the one that bad news is always good news and that televised violence will always have an audience. ISIS has proclaimed that its goal is to create a caliphate of 21st century but its psychological warfare and propaganda is inspiring individuals throughout the West to commit horrible terrorist crimes. Could this be another mind game set up by ISIS, it remains to be seen. However one thing is for certain, US and its allies must tackle ISIS not only by planes and other military means, but also by a strategy that would eliminate its influence in spreading their propaganda.

Comparative-historical study of languages makes it possible to represent the diachronic process of structuring the world and forming the corresponding concepts. The abovementioned process is inherently integral and reflected in such socio-cultural areas of human life as language, art, religion, farming, ethno-traditional customs, culture (in its broadest sense), etc. The proto-language reconstructed as a result of the comparative-historical study and the picture of its diachronic development provide some information about the genetic relations between the people speaking the corresponding related languages, about their original homeland and the directions of their historical migrations, about their knowledge, ideas and representations. This time we have analyzed the semantic field of the lexemes denoting the human body parts, which are reconstructed at the Proto-Kartvelian language and exist in the contemporary Kartvelian languages (Georgian, Megrelian, Laz, and Svan) and some dialects (notably, Gurian, Rachian, Xevsurian, and Kiziqian). Our goal is to reveal the semantic structure of the mentioned field, to analyze the respective concepts as well as to outline processes of the development and the establishment of corresponding tokens (resp. lexemes). Vocabulary denoting a human body (resp. Somatic lexemes), its parts and inner organs is a constituent part of the basic core vocabulary of a language and presumably ought to be fixed in the ancient times’ reflecting data. Analysis of the lexical units, which have been reconstructed either at the Common-Kartvelian or Georgian-Zan level on the basis of regular sound correspondences between the Kartvelian languages, allows us to highlight the main course of forming and developing the linguistic units we are concerned with; namely, the accumulation of “knowledge” had been carried out due to the process of differentiation and detailed elaboration of the human body anatomy and respectively, the corresponding semantic field, somatic vocabulary, had been underway to be enriched based on the relation of cognitively interpreted markedness. Language changes and development, formation of new categories and concepts, and consequently, creation of new linguistic units is mainly carried out as the result of detailed elaboration, further specification and partition of unmarked categories: an unmarked category undergoes the division-differentiation on the basis of formally marked oppositions that leads to the formation of new linguistic units and structures and reflects the dynamic picture of enhancement of linguistic cognition of the universe. Dialectic material enriches the semantic space even more and specifies and fills the meanings of lexemes to be studied.

Abstract Akyem Abuakwa is one of the largest states of the Akan ethnic group in Ghana. Notwithstanding its size and important contribution to Ghana’s development, historians have paid little attention in doing academic research on the health history of the people. Using a qualitative method of research, this paper does a historical study on public health policies in Akyem Abuakwa from the 1850s to 1957. We utilised documentary and non-documentary sources to discuss the various public health policies implemented in Akyem Abuakwa from the pre-colonial era to the colonial era. We examined the impact of the policies on the people of Akyem Abuakwa and the various challenges faced by the British colonial administration in their quest to implement public health policies.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel ini bertujuan mengonstruksi metodologi untuk memurnikan akuntansi pertanian kembali pada fitrah kesuciannya sehingga dapat menempati strata tertinggi bersama tulisan dan angka, sebagaimana kemunculan pertama kalinya di masa revolusi pertanian 12.000 tahun lalu. Konstruksi metodologi pemurnian akuntansi dilakukan melalui telaah kesejarahan pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun dan konsep pemurnian dalam Islam. Hasil konstruksi menunjukkan bahwa metodologi tazkiyah bersubstansi nilai dinamis berkeadilan bagi individu dan masyarakat serta lingkungan alam, dengan cara melalui penyucian terus-menerus. Temuan konstruksi juga menunjukkan bahwa kesucian akuntansi telah hilang dan tersisih sejak Revolusi Industri yang berorientasi materi dan pertumbuhan (ekonomi). Praksis akuntansi tanpa kesucian mewujud dalam standar IFRS dan PSAK di Indonesia hingga abad 21 berkolaborasi dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRACT</em></p><p><em>This article aims to construct a methodology to refine agricultural accounting back to its nature of holiness so that it can occupy the highest strata along with writing and numbers, as it first appeared during the agricultural revolution 12,000 years ago. The construction of the accounting refinement methodology is carried out through the historical study of Ibn Khaldun's thought and the concept of purification in Islam. The results of the construction show that the tazkiyah methodology has a dynamic value of justice for individuals and communities and the natural environment, by means of continuous purification. The construction findings also show that the sanctity of accounting has been lost and marginalized since the material revolution and growth (economic) orientation. Accounting practices without holiness embodied in IFRS and PSAK standards in Indonesia until the 21st century in collaboration with the Industrial Revolution 4.0.</em></p>

The research in this paper leads to peace education in Poso. Local wisdom approach focus to achieve it. Local wisdom in question is a tradition of cultural in sintuwu maroso and padungku. Researchers considered that culture sintuwu maroso and padungku a primal's hospitality owned Poso then and now. The distinctive feature of this research center at the local wisdom area. That approach is not without reason. Social unrest conflicts that have occurred in Poso, leaving wounds that are difficult unresolved grudges. Seventeen years ago the conflict was going on, now remaining trauma and feels haunted. Yet the return of all refugees to their original place, not awakening back all the buildings or houses in the former debris destruction mass, separation is expressly settlements Islamic-Christian, social community is still limited, and military approach that is very dominant, not apart from monitoring the author. Watched it is balanced with the security situation, a conducive atmosphere andhospitality of the people of Poso today. Objectives achieved in this study were (1) to find out how the understanding and meaning of the Poso community’s hospitality (2) to find out ways of appreciation and practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku as a form of tradition's hospitality in Poso and (3) to determine the role and the application of hospitality in traditions of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku for peace education in addressing the conflict in Poso. The data collection process is conducted qualitatively. Interviews and observations is his method, followed by a description of the data. Analysis of data using analytical approachto Theology-CRE (Christian Religious Education). This approach was chosen because they are the research student of CRE. After conducting research and data analysis as a whole, the picture of hospitality in Poso this time will be presented in a straightforward and unequivocal. Likewise, appreciation and practice of cultural sintuwu maroso and padungku in everyday life. The people of Azerbaijan have created a rich and different culture, an important part of which is decorative and applied art. It can be said that the growing interest of young creative people in batik over time is the greatest support for the preservation of our national customs and traditions. Continuing the traditions of this art in their future activities is an indication that Azerbaijani national art and batik will always be in the center of attention. Considering that the art of kalagai is a UNESCO non-profit organization under the title "Traditional kalagai art and symbolism, preparation and use of women's silk headdresses". The Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage was included in the 9th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Paris on November 24-28, 2014, and therefore in modern times batik and kalagai are already of interest to local scholars as well as foreign scholars. was.
