<p class="A">Start from the development of domestic and foreign fine good, the basic principles and practice from government policy program and formulation, as well as interviews with experts and surveys for the tourists based on physical truth of the Macao culinary tourism development, we did research for the customers satisfaction of Macao culinary tourists and designed strategies and concrete measures of the public policy &amp; marketing. The paper will present policy action suggestions via measure the relationship of government public marketing and customers satisfaction of food tourists through factor analysis from multiple regression analysis.   </p>The research believes regional tourism as a quasi-public product, public department plays significant role in its marketing practice. To design the public marketing strategies based on integration of government organizations, tourism industry and civil society groups will offer more comprehensive marketing capacity of private organizations, citizens and other stakeholders. It will very helpful to promote the overall value of Macao tourism, boost regional welfare and sustainable development in tourism industry.

In order to trigger economic and technological development in Mexico, the government of this country is trying different ways to boost innovation. One of them is through the public policy "Program of Stimuli for Innovation (PSI)". This consists of granting subsidies to companies for the development and commercialization of technological innovations that trigger new markets. However, although annual reports of the PSI management have been generated, studies conducted to evaluate this program in terms of industrial property appropriation are still unknown. For the foregoing, the object of this studywas to evaluate the PSI to know its national impact in terms of appropriation of industrial property in the period 2009-2016. The evaluation consisted of making a quantitative, statistical, descriptive and inferential analysis of the PSI, using databases generated by Mexican public institutions. The results of this research showed that although the PSI grants motivated the link between research centers and companies for the development of innovative technologies, the appropriation of industrial property managed by Mexicans was modest. Likewise, it was found that the grants were not granted in an equitable manner to the different types of companies that participated in the program. Concluding that it is necessary to evaluate and supervise this public policy with objective indicators that allow it to be more effective. It is expected that this study will contribute to making a proposal for improvement to this public policy that contributes to the economic and technological growth of this country.

The global focus on nation states’ responses to the COVID-19 pandemic has rightly highlighted the importance of science and evidence as the basis for policy action. Those with a lifelong passion for evidence-based policy (EBP) have lauded Australia’s and other nations’ policy responses to COVID-19 as a breakthrough moment for the cause. This article reflects on the complexity of the public policy process, the perspectives of its various actors, and draws on Alford’s work on the Blue, Red and Purple zones to propose a more nuanced approach to advocacy for EBP in health. We contend that the pathway for translation of research evidence into routine clinical practice is relatively linear, in contrast to the more complex course for translation of evidence to public policy – much to the frustration of health researchers and EBP advocates. Cairney’s description of the characteristics of successful policy entrepreneurs offers useful guidance to advance EBP and we conclude with proposing some practical mechanisms to support it. Finally, we recommend that researchers and policy makers spend more time in the Purple zone to enable a deeper understanding of, and mutual respect for, the unique contributions made by research, policy and political actors to sound public policy.

This study was intended to establish a relationship between the strategic foresight dimensions with the public policy attributes of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government. The data was collected through questionnaire survey staffs of UAE government organizations. A total of 397 valid responses were collected and analysed. The collected data was used to develop the relationship using AMOS software. It was found that the measurement model has fulfilled or achieved all the required criteria. For structural model evaluation, it found that the model has achieved all the set criteria of the evaluation. Results of the structural model evaluation found that strategic foresight influence 69 % of the public policy making. It also found that the model has the significant relationship between strategic foresight dimensions and public policy. It was found that the model has 47% predictive relevancy. This result indicates that there is a substantial and direct effect between the strategic foresight and public policy. Hypothesis testing was conducted on the model and found that there is a significant relationship between strategic foresight dimensions and public policy is achieved. This indicates that the model can be applicable to UAE authority and contributes to the body of knowledge for further research.

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Described as units developing public policies in a design-oriented manner, Policy Labs are tasked to innovate to gain in policy effectiveness and efficiency. However, as public policymaking is a context-dependent activity, the way in which these novel organisations operate significantly differs. This study discusses the emergence of design approaches for policy innovation. The purpose is to map how Policy Labs in Europe introduce design approaches at distinct stages of the policymaking cycle. For this study, 30 organisations in Europe operating at various levels of government were surveyed. Based on the public policymaking process model, it investigates which design methods are Policy Labs deploying to innovate public policies. The study exposed a gap in the awareness of the utilised methods' nature. It also showed that the use of design methods is of less importance than the introduction of design mindsets for public policy innovation, namely ‘user-centredness’, ‘co-creation’, and ‘exploration’.

The anthropological literature on transplant, though theoretically and ethnographically rich, does not address religion in any substantial way. And while bio-ethical considerations of transplant regularly address religion, treatments are generally circumscribed to a list of various faith traditions and their stance toward organ transplant. Such a presentation reduces “religion” to the world’s recognized faith traditions, “religious actors” to the official spokespersons of these traditions, and “religious belief” to moral injunctions. The objective of the thesis was to illuminate the prominent place of religion in the lived experience of transplant recipients and donors, in the public policy and professional activities of transplant officials, and in the transplant discourses of North America

The article is devoted to research of theoretical problems of the concepts of the subject and object of public marketing. The definitions of these concepts are considered in the article, the evolution of their development is studied. The article provides an analysis of the main approaches to the notion of subjects and objects of public marketing, their relationship and role in the processes of public marketing. The authors proposes concrete approaches to their systematization. These approaches allow us to identify specific types of public marketing and their main characteristics. Relying on the analysis of the concept of “subject of public (state) management”, it is concluded that as bodies of state marketing, most often act as executive bodies of state power. In this case, the following levels of marketing subjects in the system of public administration are allocated: the highest level of executive power; Branch central bodies of executive power; Local government bodies; Separate government agencies. It is noted that the diversity of subjects of public marketing is explained, first of all, by the dependence on the tasks of the state and municipal government, the possibilities of introducing the marketing concept of these subjects and certain characteristics of the said objects of state marketing. It is noted that the concept of “subject of public marketing” is not always the identical notion of “subject of public administration”. First, not all public authorities are subjects of state marketing. In some cases, this is not appropriate, for example, in the activities of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine or the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Secondly, state marketing is just one of many alternative management concepts, which is not always the most effective in the public administration system.

Public policy is a decision to deal with a particular problem situation, that identifies the objectives, principles, ways, and means to achieve them. The ability and understanding of policy makers in the policy-making process is very important for the realization of public policy of rapid, accurate and adequate. The product to suit the needs of the public policy, public participation in the policy process is needed in the policy cycle, from policy formulation to policy evaluation. This paper attempts to review the importance of community participation and other forms of public participation in the policy process, in particular, policy areas.
